Abstract
Description
図1は、3Dプリント構造1の例示的な第1の実施形態の概略断面図を示し、3Dプリント構造1は、第1の軸Aに沿って延在する複数の層を有する第1の壁2を備える。第1の壁2は、一次構造層3、第1の可撓性層4、及び第2の可撓性層5を備える。この例示的な実施形態では、第1の壁2は、二次構造層6、三次構造層7、及び四次構造層8を含む。二次構造層6と三次構造層7、ならびに三次構造層7と四次構造層8は、それぞれ、2つの可撓性層9、10、及び、11、12によって分離されている。すなわち、一次構造層3及び第1、第3の可撓性層4の構造が、壁2の縦方向Aにおいて、壁2の長さに沿って繰り返されている。
Claims (14)
- 少なくとも第1の層及び第2の層を有する弾性材料の3Dプリント構造であって、
第1の軸の方向に力が加えられたときに変形するように構成され、加えられた前記力が取り除かれたときに元の形態に戻るように構成された少なくとも1つの第1の壁であって、少なくとも1つの一次構造層及び少なくとも1つの第1の可撓性層を備える前記第1の壁と、
第1の軸の方向に力が加えられたときに変形するように構成され、加えられた前記力が取り除かれたときに元の形態に戻るように構成された少なくとも1つの第2の壁であって、少なくとも1つの二次構造層及び少なくとも1つの第2の可撓性層を備える前記第2の壁と、
前記第1の層及び前記第2の層と交差し、前記一次構造層及び前記二次構造層と交差する第3の軸と、を備え、
前記一次構造層は、第1の剛性を有し、
前記第1の可撓性層は、第2の剛性を有し、
前記第1の剛性は、前記第2の剛性よりも大きい、3Dプリント構造。 - 第3の層と、
さらに選択的に、少なくとも1つの三次構造層及び少なくとも1つの第3の可撓性層を備える少なくとも1つの第3の壁と、を備え、
前記第3の軸は、前記第3の層及び前記三次構造層と交差する、請求項1に記載の弾性材料の3Dプリント構造。 - 前記第1の壁、前記第2の壁、及び/または前記第3の壁は、それぞれ、一次第1の軸、二次第1の軸、及び三次第1の軸を備える、請求項1または2に記載の3Dプリント構造。
- 前記一次構造層及び前記二次構造層は、前記3Dプリント構造の異なる層に配置される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリント構造。
- 前記三次構造層は、前記3Dプリント構造の前記一次構造層及び/または前記二次構造層と異なる層に配置される、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリント構造。
- 前記第1の壁は、前記第2の壁と当接し、かつ/または、前記第3の壁は、前記第2の壁と当接する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリント構造。
- 前記第1の壁及び前記第2の壁は、所定のセルの容積を画定するクローズドセルの一部を形成する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリント構造。
- 前記第3の軸は、螺旋軸及び/または渦巻き軸である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリント構造。
- 前記一次構造層は、前記第1の層の一部であり、
前記二次構造層は、前記第2の層の一部である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリント構造。 - 前記一次構造層における前記第3の軸の交点は、前記第1の層における交点と同じ位置にあり、
前記二次構造層における前記第3の軸の交点は、前記第2の層の交点と同じ位置にある、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリント構造。 - 前記三次構造層と前記第3の軸との交点は、前記第3の層と前記第3の軸との交点と同じ位置にある、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリント構造。
- 前記弾性材料は、シリコン材料またはシリコン材料の混合物である、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリント構造。
- 前記構造層は、第1の材料組成から製造され、及び/または、
