Claims (15)
- エアロゾル発生装置(100)用の誘導加熱アセンブリ(1)であって、前記誘導加熱アセンブリ(1)は、使用中にエアロゾル発生物品(200)を収容するための加熱チャンバ(6)と、前記加熱チャンバ(6)を実質的に取り囲む誘導コイルアセンブリ(14;32;36;40;44;48)とを備え、前記誘導コイルアセンブリ(14;32;36;40;44;48)は、電気絶縁層(24)及び導電性トラック(22;34;42;46;50)を備え、前記誘導コイルアセンブリ(14;32;36;40;44;48)は、実質的に管状の構造を有し、前記誘導コイルアセンブリ(14;32;36;40;44;48)の少なくとも部分が、前記誘導コイルアセンブリ(14;32;36;40;44;48)の別の部分と軸方向に重なっている、誘導加熱アセンブリ(1)。
- 前記誘導コイルアセンブリ(14;32;36;40;44;48)はスパイラル構造を有する、請求項1に記載の誘導加熱アセンブリ(1)。
- 前記導電性トラック(22;34;42;46;50)の端部(22a,22b)に電気的に接続され前記導電性トラック(22;34;42;46;50)から突出している、コネクタ脚部(26,28)を更に備える、請求項1又は2に記載の誘導加熱アセンブリ(1)。
- 前記誘導コイルアセンブリ(14)の軸方向端部(14b)を支持する基部(8)を更に備える、請求項3に記載の誘導加熱アセンブリ(1)。
- 前記基部(8)は、前記コネクタ脚部(26,28)を収容するためのスロット又は開口部(30)を備える、請求項4に記載の誘導加熱アセンブリ(1)。
- 前記誘導コイルアセンブリ(14)を実質的に取り囲む電磁シールド(16)を更に備える、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の誘導加熱アセンブリ(1)。
- 前記誘導コイルアセンブリ(14)と前記電磁シールド(16)との間にギャップ(18)が存在する、請求項6に記載の誘導加熱アセンブリ(1)。
- エアロゾル発生装置(100)用の誘導加熱アセンブリ(1)であって、前記誘導加熱アセンブリ(1)は、使用中にエアロゾル発生物品(200)を収容するための加熱チャンバ(6)と、前記加熱チャンバ(6)を実質的に取り囲む誘導コイルアセンブリ(14;32;36;40;44;48)とを備え、前記誘導コイルアセンブリ(14;32;36;40;44;48)は、導電性トラック(22;34;42;46;50)を備え、前記導電性トラック(22;34;42;46;50)の少なくとも部分が、前記導電性トラック(22;34;42;46;50)の別の部分と軸方向に重なっている、誘導加熱アセンブリ(1)。
- 前記誘導コイルアセンブリ(14;32;36;40;44;48)は、少なくとも前記導電性トラック(22;34;42;46;50)の前記重なっている部分の間に位置する電気絶縁層(24)を含む、請求項8に記載の誘導加熱アセンブリ(1)。
- 誘導加熱アセンブリ(1)を製造する方法であって、前記方法は、
加熱チャンバ(6)を形成するステップと、
前記加熱チャンバ(6)の実質的に周囲に、誘導コイルアセンブリ(14;32;36;40;44;48)を形成又は配置するステップと、を含み、前記誘導コイルアセンブリ(14;32;36;40;44;48)は、(i)電気絶縁層(24)及び導電性トラック(22;34;42;46;50)を備え、前記誘導コイルアセンブリ(14;32;36;40;44;48)は実質的に管状の構造を有し、前記誘導コイルアセンブリ(14;32;36;40;44;48)の少なくとも部分が、前記誘導コイルアセンブリ(14;32;36;40;44;48)の別の部分と軸方向に重なっている、又は、(ii)導電性トラック(22;34;42;46;50)を備え、前記導電性トラック(22;34;42;46;50)の少なくとも部分が、前記導電性トラック(22;34;42;46;50)の別の部分と軸方向に重なっている、方法。 - 前記誘導コイルアセンブリ(14;32;36;40;44;48)を形成又は配置する前記ステップは、前記誘導コイルアセンブリ(14;32;36;40;44;48)がスパイラル構造を有するように、前記電気絶縁層(24)及び/又は前記導電性トラック(22;34;42;46;50)を前記加熱チャンバ(6)の周囲に巻き付けるステップを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱チャンバ(6)は支持体(2)の1つ以上の壁(4)によって画定され、前記電気絶縁層(24)及び/又は前記導電性トラック(22;34;42;46;50)は、前記1つ以上の壁(4)の周囲に巻き付けられており、前記支持体(2)は少なくとも1つのフランジ(8a,12a)を備え、前記少なくとも1つのフランジ(8a,12a)は前記1つ以上の壁(4)から外向きに延び、前記巻き付けプロセス中に、前記電気絶縁層(24)及び/又は前記導電性トラック(22;34;42;46;50)を導く、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記誘導コイルアセンブリ(14;32;36;40;44;48)は、前記導電性トラック(22;34;42;46;50)の端部に電気的に接続されたコネクタ脚部(26,28)を備え、前記誘導コイルアセンブリ(14;32;36;40;44;48)を形成又は配置する前記ステップは、前記コネクタ脚部(26,28)が前記導電性トラック(22;34;42;46;50)から突出するように実施される、請求項10~12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記コネクタ脚部(26、28)をエアロゾル発生装置(100)の本体アセンブリ(102)のコネクタ(108、110)に電気的に接続するステップを更に含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記誘導コイルアセンブリ(14;32;36;40;44;48)の実質的に周囲に、電磁シールド(16)を形成又は配置するステップを更に含む、請求項10~14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
