TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to electronic devices that use technology for transmitting power wirelessly.
Conventionally, in the technical field of wireless power transmission, an electromagnetic induction method, a resonant power transmission method, a microwave method, and the like are known. Among them, energy harvesting using microwaves such as wireless LAN and mobile phone communication has advantages such as no charging, no battery, enabling wireless, no CO2 emission and environmentally friendly. Yes, and it's getting a lot of attention.
A wireless power receiving system using a rectenna is known as a technology for receiving power using microwaves, and the technology is disclosed in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2.
Patent Document 1 discloses a receiving means for receiving microwaves, first and second rectifying circuits for rectifying the received microwaves, and a hybrid system interposed between the receiving means and the first and second rectifying circuits. A rectenna with a circuit is disclosed.
Further, Patent Literature 2 discloses a wireless power transmission system that measures electric currents received by a plurality of antennas and selects an antenna with the maximum efficiency from the plurality of antennas.
The wireless power receiving systems disclosed in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 receive wireless communication data and charge a battery or the like as shown in FIG. In FIG. 7, an
8 shows the output power of radio waves, the power received by
However, in the conventional technologies disclosed in Patent Documents 1 and 2, in an environment where the amount of wireless communication data transmitted by a transmitter that transmits microwaves such as wireless LAN and mobile phone communication is small, the amount of received power is becomes less. Therefore, for example, at a communication frequency similar to that of a beacon when data communication is not performed, the power consumed by the

Next, FIG. 3 is a sequence diagram showing communication operations between the
In the
When the wireless
When the
After that, in step S310, the
When the wireless
Next, FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the state of each part when the sequence of FIG. 3 is performed. 4 shows the output power of radio waves when the wireless communication device 300 (corresponding to the
When the voltage of the
When
Here, when the transmittable communication distance of the first communication used by the wireless
Moreover, the case where the voltage of the
(Second embodiment)
An electronic device according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6. FIG. In the second embodiment, a method for solving the problem that the remaining amount of the

Next, FIG. 6 is a sequence diagram showing communication operations of
3 is after the wireless
The
When the wireless
After that, steps S309 to S314 are the same as those in FIG. 3, and the difference from FIG. is.
The
As described above, in the above-described second embodiment, since dummy data is transmitted by the
