Abstract
Description
- 少なくとも1種類の粉末材料とバインダーの混合物から前駆体を作成するステップと、
- 型内への注入又は押すことによって材料体を形成して、材料体に最終部品の形状を与えるステップと、及び
- 前記材料体を焼結して、硬化させ、所望の部品を得るステップと
を行う方法を用いる。
セラミックス体を形成する形成ステップと、
前記セラミックス体の少なくとも1つの部分にOxNyタイプのオキシ窒化物成分によって作られたオキシ窒化物層を堆積させる堆積ステップと、及び
好ましくは加熱によって、前記オキシ窒化物層の少なくとも1つの部分を酸化する酸化ステップと
を行うという点で画期的である。

Claims (12)
- 特に携行型時計の製造のための、真珠様光沢の効果のあるセラミックス部品(10、15)を作成する方法(1)であって、
セラミックス体(8)を形成する形成ステップ(2)と、
前記セラミックス体(8)の少なくとも1つの部分(13)にOxNyタイプのオキシ窒化物成分によって作られたオキシ窒化物層(9)を堆積させる堆積ステップ(4)と、及び
好ましくは加熱によって、前記オキシ窒化物層(9)の少なくとも1つの部分(13)を酸化する酸化ステップ(6)とを行う
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記形成ステップ(2)は、少なくとも1種類の粉末材料とバインダーとの混合物から前駆体を生成するサブステップを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記形成ステップ(2)は、型内への注入又はプレスによって、前記セラミックス体(8)のために望む形をした材料体を形成するサブステップを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記形成ステップ(2)は、前記材料体を硬化させて所望の形状を得るように前記材料体を焼結するサブステップを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記形成ステップ(2)の間に形成されるセラミックス体(8)は、一体的に作られ、好ましくは白色セラミックスによって作られる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記酸化ステップ(6)の前に、前記オキシ窒化物層を構造化する構造化ステップ(5)を行う
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記構造化ステップ(5)は、フォトリソグラフィーによって、又は直接アブレーション、例えばレーザーによるもの、によって行う
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記オキシ窒化物成分は、ZrOxNyタイプのオキシ窒化ジルコニア、CrOxNタイプのオキシ窒化クロム、及びTiOxNyタイプのオキシ窒化チタンから選択される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記セラミックス体(8)は、前記酸化ステップ(6)の間に、少なくとも500℃、好ましくは少なくとも600℃、まで加熱される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記堆積ステップ(4)は、PVDタイプの物理蒸着によって行う
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記形成ステップ(2)の間に形成されるセラミックス体(8)は、好ましくは、全体的にジルコニアを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記堆積ステップ(4)の前に、前記セラミックス体(8)を研磨する研磨ステップ(3)を行う
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
