Claims (4)
- 複数の蓄電セルが積層方向に積層された蓄電モジュールと、
前記蓄電モジュールを内部に収容する収容ケースと、を備え、
前記複数の蓄電セルの各々は、電極体、前記電極体を封止する外装フィルム、ならびに前記電極体に接続され、前記外装フィルムから突出する正極リードおよび負極リードを含み、
前記外装フィルムは、前記正極リードおよび前記負極リードが前記外装フィルムから突出する方向と異なる方向において前記電極体の外側に、前記外装フィルム内でガスが発生した場合に膨張する膨張部を有し、
前記収容ケースと前記蓄電モジュールとの間には、前記膨張部の膨張を許容する膨張許容空間が設けられている、蓄電装置。 - 前記外装フィルムは、平面視した場合に長辺部および短辺部を有する矩形形状を有し、
前記正極リードおよび前記負極リードは、前記外装フィルムの長手方向に沿って前記短辺部から突出し、
前記膨張部は、前記外装フィルムの短手方向において前記電極体の外側に設けられており、
前記膨張許容空間は、平面視した場合に、前記短手方向において前記電極体の外側に位置する、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記蓄電モジュールは、前記複数の蓄電セルに含まれる前記正極リードのいずれかによって構成される正極端子部と、前記複数の蓄電セルに含まれる前記負極リードのいずれかによって構成される負極端子部と、を含み、
前記収容ケースの外部に設けられた正極外部端子部および負極外部端子部と、前記正極外部端子部と前記正極端子部とを接続する第1導体部材、ならびに、前記負極外部端子部と前記負極端子部とを接続する第2導体部材と、をさらに備え、
前記第1導体部材および前記第2導体部材は、前記膨張許容空間に入り込まないように設けられている、請求項1または2に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記膨張部は、前記外装フィルムの余剰部が折り返されることで形成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
