Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
2. Description of the Related Art In a surgical operation in a hospital or the like, an operator approaches a patient lying on a bed or a chair and performs surgical operation. Practitioners usually operate in a standing position, move around the room, frequently change surgical instruments such as scalpels, scissors, and forceps during the operation, and give instructions to nurses, etc., who assist the operation. The need to give and turn the head also arises.
In such cases, the medical lighting equipment worn by the practitioner overhead to irradiate the treatment site with light may fluctuate and become misaligned, or may be installed above or on the side of the bed or chair. Movement of the head mount may occur due to contact with various instruments, surgical assistants, and nurses.
In addition, it is necessary to smoothly attach the medical illumination device in a short time as preparation before starting the treatment. Furthermore, after mounting the medical lighting device, the practitioner needs to perform operations to finely adjust the mounting position of the medical lighting device and to correct the irradiation direction of the light source. In addition, when the practitioner feels that the illuminance at the surgical site at hand is insufficient during the operation, it becomes necessary to adjust the irradiation luminosity of the medical lighting device to increase.
For this reason, conventionally, the ease of mounting of the medical lighting device is excellent, and the light from the light source can be emitted in the same direction as the operator's line of sight, so that sufficient illuminance can be secured at the treatment site of the operator. Various types of medical illumination devices have been devised (see, for example,
In the medical illumination device of
In addition, the medical lighting device of Patent Document 2 transmits a control signal when the user's visual field direction is directed toward an object desired by the operator, so that the operator can use the medical head during the procedure. Disclosed is an illuminating device that reduces the need for fine adjustment and changing operations of the light irradiation direction of the mount.
In addition, the medical head mount of Patent Document 3 includes a group of LEDs arranged in an array on a circuit board in the headrest, a power supply for supplying power to the LEDs, and a control and a control unit including a switch.
Furthermore, in Patent Document 4, similarly to
Due to the need for anesthesia and blood transfusion, surgical procedures must be started quickly after the operator enters the operating room, and the wearing of the head mount must be completed quickly and smoothly. be. Also, after wearing the head mount, the operator slightly corrects the mounting position of the head mount and corrects the irradiation direction of the light source. In addition, if the operator needs fine and accurate operations such as suturing blood vessels during the operation, or if the operator feels that the illumination at the surgical site at hand is insufficient during the operation, the irradiation light intensity of the headrest It may be necessary to perform an adjustment operation to raise the .
In addition, when the treatment lasts for a long time (5 hours or more), the headrest is recommended for the practitioner to maintain a constant angle toward the treatment site during the treatment and to perform the treatment in a stooped posture. should be as small, lightweight, and low-heat-generating as possible. In order to maintain a stooped posture for a long time, the torque (length x weight) acting on the head with the headrest in the direction of gravity should be minimized. There is a need.
For this reason, in recent years, as disclosed in
However, conventional head mounts including the head mount described above have the following problems to be solved. i.e.
(a) The above-described conventional head mounts are not necessarily satisfactory in terms of easiness of wearing the head mount and easiness of operation during treatment. In other words, since the hands and fingers of the operator have blood and bodily fluids attached to them during the treatment, the operation of the headrest should be simpler and easier.
(b) Practitioners must perform treatment mainly in a standing position, move around the room, frequently change surgical instruments such as scalpels, scissors, forceps, etc. Since it is necessary to give instructions and change the direction of the head, the head mount attached to the head may fluctuate and become misaligned, or various devices installed above or on the side of the bed or chair. , By contacting the surgical assistant or nurse, the head mount may move or come off the head.
(c) LED elements are highly efficient, but the batteries that drive them are heavy. etc. to connect. In such a case, in order to enable long-term use with a small battery capacity, even if the light guide part including the optical fiber cable is long, the amount of light leakage should be minimized and the light emitted from the light irradiation part should be minimized. It is necessary to prevent the illuminance of the light from decreasing.
In view of the above problems, the present invention has excellent wearability, excellent operability, there is no danger that the head mount will move or come off the head, and it can be used for a long time without getting tired. An object of the present invention is to provide a medical head mount capable of
In order to solve the various problems of the above-described conventional medical head mount, the present invention provides a medical head mount that mounts an LED light source device in front of a headband, the headband comprising: The LED light source device is mounted so that the direction of illumination from the forehead of the operator can be freely adjusted in either the vertical direction or the horizontal direction, and is circulated from the forehead to the sides and back of the head without a break. A belt around the head formed to keep both sides of the head of the operator in a pressed state so as not to shift position, and the forehead to the back of the operator's head behind the mounting location of the LED light source device are connected in a semicircular shape. and a crown belt, which is provided at the rear connection point of the head belt and the crown belt, and is a first adjustment knob for adjusting the length of the head belt by rotating clockwise or counterclockwise. and a second adjustment knob provided in front of the parietal belt for adjusting the length of the parietal belt by rotating it clockwise or counterclockwise. It provides.
In addition, in the present medical head mount, an imaging device mounting portion provided near the LED light source mounting portion for detachably mounting an imaging device for capturing an image in a direction irradiated by the LED light source; A binocular loupe mounting part for detachably mounting a binocular loupe for visually enlarging and viewing the treatment site provided below the LED light source mounting part; A detachably mountable control unit is attached between the connecting part with the head circumference belt, and can be equipped with a control unit for turning on/off the LED light source device and/or the imaging device, adjusting the amount of light, or adjusting the recorded image. and a control unit mounting portion for.
Here, the medical head mount according to the present invention has the following effects. i.e.
(a) Since the LED light source device attached to the front of the headband can freely adjust the direction of illumination from the forehead of the operator in either the vertical direction or the horizontal direction, , By lightly touching a part of the finger or hand, it is possible to accurately irradiate the light in the direction you want to irradiate, while the belt around the head goes around from the forehead to the sides and back of the head without a break. Therefore, under no circumstances will the illumination device come off the practitioner's head.
(b) Furthermore, since the head belt is formed so as to keep both sides of the head of the practitioner in a pressed state and prevent positional displacement, even if the practitioner suddenly moves the head. Even if the first adjustment knob for adjusting the length of the head circumference belt is not tightened too much, the head does not get hurt even if it is used for a long time. This is an important factor in this device because it is easy to understand that even if the left and right ear straps of the mask are loose, the ears will hurt if the mask is used for a long time.
(c) The first adjustment knob for adjusting the length of the head circumference belt can be easily adjusted by rotating it clockwise or counterclockwise, and the first adjustment knob adjusts the length of the head circumference belt. Since it is located at the rear connection point of the belt around the head and the top of the head, once it is adjusted, it will not interfere with your vision. There is no contact with equipment, nurses or surgical assistants.
(d) Since the second adjustment knob for adjusting the length of the parietal belt is arranged behind the forehead of the operator on the parietal belt, it is not obstructive to the visual sense, as with the first adjustment knob described above. Furthermore, since it is not located in front of the parietal area, it does not come into contact with the equipment around the bed where the operation is performed, the nurse, or the operation assistant.
In addition, as a first aspect of the present medical head mount, it is attached between the central part of the parietal belt and the connection part with the head circumference belt at the back of the head, to enable adjustment of the amount of light from the LED light source device and on/off operation. LED light source control unit section is provided. This allows the operator to adjust the amount of light emitted from the LED light source device during treatment.
Here, this control unit is attached to the crown belt so that the practitioner is in the highest position when viewed from the side in a state of stooping forward at a predetermined angle toward the treatment site of the person being treated during treatment. placed. As a result, in this medical head mount,
(e) It is desirable that the headrest should be small, lightweight, and generate little heat as much as possible when the operator performs treatment while maintaining a stooped posture for a long period of time. can minimize the torque (length x weight) acting on the head with the headrest in the direction of gravity, thus minimizing the burden on the lower back and neck of the practitioner.
In this medical head mount, the control unit incorporates an electric circuit for supplying power capable of adjusting the amount of light from the LED light source device and, if necessary, a small-capacity battery. and
(f) As a result, in a relatively short-time treatment, the highly efficient and low power consumption LED light emitting element allows the operator to be light without being restrained by a cord for receiving power supply from the outside. operation can be performed.
Further, in the present medical head mount, the LED light source device is provided with an imaging device comprising a lens and an imaging element, the imaging device is stored in a storage device arranged in the control unit, and the LED The image data may be transmitted to and stored in the storage device by turning on the light source device. As for this imaging device, one arbitrarily selected from one or a plurality of imaging devices prepared in advance is mounted on the imaging device mounting portion or the light source device, and the imaging direction thereof can be adjusted.
The second aspect of the present medical head mount consists of the headband having the structure described above and a belt attached around the waist of the practitioner. It is characterized by a belt power pack equipped with a jack for inserting a cord for electrical connection with the mounted control unit.
(g) As a result, the treatment can be performed for a long time without being restricted by the cord.
Also in this second aspect, the LED light source device is provided with an imaging device composed of a lens and an imaging device, and the imaging device is stored in a storage device arranged in the belt power pack, and the LED light source device When the device is turned on, image data can be transmitted and stored in the storage device.
A binocular loupe can be attached to this medical head mount, but "VR goggles" can be attached instead of the binocular loupe. As a result, for example, when medical students and trainees undergo surgical training, the images of surgeries that are actually being performed at the surgical site (along with the actual surgical images) can be displayed through the "VR goggles". Educational videos and explanations can be shown to the nurses and assistants who are present at the surgery. Various applications can be considered, such as displaying an image or the like prompting the preparation of surgical instruments, or displaying images of successful surgeries in the past for the surgeon's reference.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY As described above, the medical head mount according to the present invention is excellent in wearability and operability, and there is no danger that the head mount will move or come off the head. It made it possible to use it without getting tired.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The best embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows the configuration of a

The
An LED light
As shown in FIG. 5, the LED
A
The head-surrounding
The
The
A
Since the
In this way, the imaging
FIG. 8 shows the back side of the VR goggles 60 (the side facing the user's face when worn). 62a is provided, and is attached to the
A
As shown in FIG. 9(a), the control
The
As for the type of the
In addition, the
As a first aspect of the present invention, the
FIG. 10 shows an explanatory diagram when the
First, the
After wearing the
Then, to adjust the projection position of the LED
As described above, the
Therefore, in a medical optical illumination device that requires a large-capacity battery, as shown in FIG. 12, a
In a medical optical illumination device provided with such a
When the
As described in detail above, the
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications are possible based on the gist of the present invention, and these are not excluded from the scope of the present invention.
