Claims (14)
- レゼクトスコープ(10)用の電極器具(22)であって、遠位端(14)に電極(23)を有し、近位端(24)で電気接点を介して前記レゼクトスコープ(10)のトランスポータ(17)に着脱可能に結合されるものにおいて、
2つの電極シース管(26、27)が前記電極(23)から前記近位端(24)へ通じており、前記電気接点として、一方がアクティブ接点(28)、他方がリターン接点(29)を有することを特徴とする、電極器具。 - 前記電気アクティブ接点(28)が電極シース管(26)内に電気的に絶縁して配置され、前記電気リターン接点(29)が電極シース管(27)のシースによって形成されているか、または少なくとも1つの電極シース管の前記シースと導電的に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極器具。
- 前記アクティブ接点(28)は、電気的接触のために、前記近位端(24)において前記電極シース管(26)から突出していることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電極器具。
- 前記電極シース管(26、27)の少なくとも遠位区分と近位区分(32、33)が互いに平行に延びており、好ましくは前記電極シース管(26、27)がその全長にわたって互いに平行に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電極器具。
- 前記電極シース管(26)の近位区分および遠位区分(32、33)の長手軸が共通の第1の平面上に位置し、前記電極シース管(27)の近位区分および遠位区分(32、33)の長手軸が共通の第2の平面上に位置し、前記第1の平面および前記第2の平面が互いに平行に配置され、前記電極シース管(26、27)の間隔がそれらの全長にわたって同じであることを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の電極器具。
- 前記電極シース管(26、27)の前記近位区分(32)、特に前記アクティブ接点(28)および前記リターン接点(29)が、少なくとも24mm、好ましくは少なくとも40mmの長さにわたって真っ直ぐに形成され、および/または、前記電極シース管(26、27)の前記遠位区分(33)が、少なくとも100mm、好ましくは少なくとも200mmの長さにわたって真っ直ぐに形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の電極器具。
- 前記電極シース管(26、27)の遠位区分(33)の遠位長手軸が、前記電極シース管(26、27)の近位区分(32)の近位長手軸に対してそれぞれ少なくとも1つのオフセット(30)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の電極器具。
- 前記オフセット(30)が2.5mm~3.5mm、特に2.7mm~3.1mm、好ましくは2.9mmであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電極器具。
- 前記オフセット(30)が最大30mm、好ましくは最大15mmの長さでS字形に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項7または請求項8に記載の電極器具。
- 前記近位区分(32)における前記電極シース管(26、27)の前記間隔が、5.4mm~5.8mm、好ましくは5.6mm、および/または前記遠位区分(33)における前記電極シース管(26、27)の前記間隔が、5.4mm~5.8mm、好ましくは5.6mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の電極器具。
- 前記電極シース管(26、27)の直径が1mm~1.4mm、好ましくは1.2mmであり、前記電極シース管(26、27)の断面が、少なくとも部分的に、好ましくは前記電極シース管(26、27)の全長にわたって円形または円形状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の電極器具。
- 前記近位区分において前記電極(23)のすべての構成要素、特に前記リターン接点(29)の構成要素が、前記シース管(26、27)から延長された包括円筒面内にあり、かつ前記円筒面から径方向に突出しないことを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の電極器具。
- 前記電極シース管(26、27)が、前記遠位区分(33)における少なくとも1つのガイド要素(25)、特に2つのガイド要素(25)を介して、好ましくは前記遠位区分(33)における第1のガイド要素(25)と前記近位区分(32)における第2のガイド要素(25)とによって接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の電極器具。
- 請求項1~請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の電極器具(22)を備えるレゼクトスコープ。
