Claims (13)
- プラグインコネクタ部(2)のモジュール(1)であって、
スリーブ(10)と、
前記スリーブ(10)内に配置され、それぞれプラグ端子(21A、21B)および少なくとも1つの負荷線(30)が接続可能または接続されている、少なくとも2つのバスバー(11A、11B)と、
前記スリーブ(10)内またはスリーブ上に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの熱容量要素(12A~12D)と、
を備え、
前記プラグインコネクタ部(2)に取り付けられ得る、
モジュール(1)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの熱容量要素(12A~12D)が、0.5kJ/(kg K)超、特に1.0kJ/(kg K)超の比熱容量を有する材料から作られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のモジュール(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの熱容量要素(12A~12D)が、絶縁材料から作られたハウジング部品(15)を用いて前記バスバー(11A、11B)のうちの1つに取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のモジュール(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの熱容量要素(12A~12D)が、前記バスバー(11A、11B)のうちの1つに対して緊密に接して位置することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール(1)。
- 少なくとも2つの熱容量要素(12A~12D)が設けられ、該熱容量要素の間には前記少なくとも2つのバスバー(11A、11B)が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール(1)。
- 少なくとも1つのインターフェースが、前記スリーブ(10)を閉じかつ前記プラグ端子(21A、21B)のそれぞれのための開口部を有する取付けアダプタ(14)を用いて、予め組み立てられたモジュール(1)を前記プラグインコネクタ部(2)に取り付けるように設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール(1)。
- 前記バスバー(11A、11B)が、前記スリーブ(10)内に配置される絶縁支持体(13)上に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール(1)。
- 前記バスバー(11A、11B)のそれぞれが、前記負荷線(30)の1つよりも大きな断面、特に、少なくとも2倍大きな断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール(1)。
- 前記少なくとも2つのバスバー(11A、11B)が、互いにある角度をなす2つのセクション(110、111)をそれぞれ有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール(1)。
- 前記スリーブ(10)が内部空間(100)を形成し、前記内部空間(100)が密封されることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール(1)。
- ハウジング(20)と、
前記ハウジング(20)内に配置された請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのモジュール(1)と、
を有する、嵌合コネクタ部(4)への接続のためのプラグインコネクタ部(2)。 - 車両充電プラグとして設計されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のプラグインコネクタ部(2)。
- 嵌合コネクタ部(4)への接続のためのプラグインコネクタ部(2)を製造する方法であって、
モジュール(1)を形成するように、少なくとも2つのバスバー(11A、11B)と少なくとも1つの熱容量要素(12A~12D)とを組み立てるステップと、
前記モジュール(1)をハウジング(20)内に取り付けるステップと、
を含む、方法。
