Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an interdental cleaning tool.
Conventionally, an interdental cleaning tool inserted between teeth has been known. Patent Document 1 describes the structure of a patterned dental floss in which a U-shaped opening is provided in a plastic frame and a high-strength, high-toughness dental floss is provided in the U-shaped opening. In the structure of the patterned dental floss described in Patent Document 1, both ends of the dental floss are stretched out of the plastic frame, and further cut and baked to form a lump. These two masses conflict with the outside of the plastic frame.
However, the interdental cleaning tool described in Patent Document 1 still has room for improvement in terms of the holding performance of dental floss by the plastic frame.
An object of the present invention is to provide an interdental cleaning tool having a structure capable of improving the holding performance of a floss portion.

A thick large-diameter portion is provided, and each of the two support portions abuts on a stepped portion or a tapered portion between the small-diameter portion and the large-diameter portion of the floss portion, and the length of the floss portion is provided. It is equipped with a pull-out control unit that regulates pull-out inward in the direction.
As one embodiment of the present invention, the pull-out restricting portion is configured by the inner surface of the through hole of the support portion.
As one embodiment of the present invention, the small-diameter portion and the large-diameter portion of the floss portion are formed to have different thicknesses by varying the degree of crimping in the length direction.
As one embodiment of the present invention, the floss portion is composed of a plurality of multifilaments arranged in parallel without being twisted, and the small diameter portion and the large diameter portion are at least among the plurality of multifilaments. It is composed of both ends in the length direction of one multifilament.
As one embodiment of the present invention, the floss portion is composed of a plurality of twisted multifilaments, and the small diameter portion and the large diameter portion are composed of both ends in the length direction of the entire floss portion. Has been done.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an interdental cleaning tool having a configuration capable of improving the holding performance of the floss portion.

<Floss
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
Further, in the
The thickness of each multifilament 21 is not particularly limited, but when they are arranged in parallel without being twisted as in the present embodiment, the thickness of each multifilament 21 is, for example, 1.7 mm to 2.0 mm. Is preferable. The thickness of each multifilament 21 is preferably 1300 decitex to 1450 decitex, more preferably 1330 decitex to 1400 decitex. Although details will be described later, at least one multifilament 21 constituting the
Further, each multifilament 21 may be made by twisting a plurality of monofilaments formed of, for example, polyethylene. The material for forming the monofilament constituting the multifilament 21 is not limited to polyethylene, and may be, for example, nylon, Teflon (registered trademark), vinylon, polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polyacrylonitrile, polystyrene, polypropylene and the like. Further, a plurality of monofilaments constituting one multifilament 21 may be formed from different forming materials. Further, the multifilament 21 is not limited to a configuration in which a plurality of monofilaments are twisted together, and may be a configuration in which a plurality of monofilaments are bundled without twisting.
The number of monofilaments constituting each multifilament 21 is preferably 15 to 120, more preferably 30 to 100, and particularly preferably 50 to 100. If the number of monofilaments is too small, the synthetic resin material of the cleaning tool
Further, when each multifilament 21 is configured by twisting a plurality of monofilaments, the number of twists per 1 m of each multifilament 21 is preferably 500 times or less. Specifically, it is preferably 300 times or less, more preferably 200 times or less, and particularly preferably 170 times or less. If the number of twists of the multifilament 21 is too large, the synthetic resin material of the cleaning tool
The lower limit of the number of twists per 1 m of each multifilament 21 is not particularly limited. As described above, each multifilament 21 may be bundled without twisting a plurality of monofilaments.
Further, the multifilament 21 can contain a reinforcing material. Examples of the reinforcing agent include fibrous reinforcing materials such as glass fiber and amide fiber, granular reinforcing materials such as talc, and plate-shaped reinforcing materials such as plate-shaped glass and mica.
Next, the details of the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
Since the
Here, in the
More specifically, the
However, as described above, the
It is sufficient that each of the plurality of
Each multifilament 21 in the present embodiment is partially subjected to bulk processing such as false twist processing in the length direction A. As a result, each multifilament 21 is formed with a portion having a different degree of crimping in the length direction A. As a result, each multifilament 21 is formed with portions having different thicknesses in the length direction A.
In addition to the false twisting process described above, the bulky process applied to each multifilament 21 includes, for example, twisting, heat fixing, untwisting method, scraping method, pushing method, shaping method, air injection method, and composite winding. A processing method such as a reduction method may be used.
Further, the
As shown in FIG. 3, in each multifilament 21 of the
As shown in FIG. 3, each multifilament 21 of the
Here, when the
Further, when the
When the
Next, with reference to FIG. 4, the details of the portion of the
As shown in FIG. 4, the
It should be noted that each of both ends of the
As shown in FIG. 4, the
As described above, the pull-out restricting
The interdental cleaning tool 1 is used by inserting the
The pull-out restricting
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, one end of the
From the viewpoint of suppressing the pulling out of the
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the
As described above, the
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the
Further, in the present embodiment, the relationship between one end of the
Next, a method of manufacturing the interdental cleaning tool 1 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6.
First, a
Next, the resin for the cleaning tool
When the injection of the resin is completed, after a predetermined time has elapsed, the plurality of cleaning tool
Next, the outline and the result of the sensory test for the interdental cleaning tool 1 of the present embodiment will be described. In this sensory test, four types of
[Table 1] shows the diameter center value, the maximum diameter value, and the minimum diameter value of the multifilament 21 used for each of the four types of interdental cleaning tools 1 as an example. In addition, [Table 1] shows the results of sensory tests on insertability and cleanability in each of the four types of interdental cleaning tools 1 as examples.
The "diameter center value" of the multifilament 21 in [Table 1] is the diameter of the yarn bundle in a state where a 25 cm yarn bundle is twisted once / cm under a load of 4.9 N (500 gf). Is measured at 10 points with a micrometer, and means the average value.
In addition, the results of the sensory test of insertability and cleanability in [Table 1] show the highest evaluation among the five-grade evaluation of 19 monitors.
As shown in [Table 1], according to the interdental cleaning tools 1 of Examples 1 to 4, it can be seen that high insertability and cleaning property can be obtained. In particular, the difference between the maximum diameter Dmax and the minimum diameter Dmin of each multifilament 21 used in the interdental cleaning tool 1 is set to 0.05 mm to 0.15 mm, and further to 0.09 mm to 0.11 mm. It can be seen that both insertability and cleanability can be achieved at a very high level. In the above test, an interdental cleaning tool 1 in which six of each of the four types of
Finally, a pull-out test from the
