Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a ventilation device and a ventilation method.
Conventionally, in a ventilation device that ventilates air between indoors and outdoors, a technique of detecting a substance contained in indoor air and appropriately performing operation control according to the concentration thereof has been known. For example,
In the prior art such as the above patent document, the control is started after detecting that the concentration of the substance to be detected exceeds a predetermined concentration, so that the ventilation control is started until the concentration inside or near the ventilation device deteriorates. Can not do it. That is, the purpose of this ventilation device is to detect the air quality of the space in which the ventilation device is installed, and the operation control for ventilation is performed based on the detected value. For example, a ventilation device in a kitchen (for example, a range hood) is operated and controlled so as to discharge oil smoke and combustion gas during cooking to the outside. In such a case, a ventilation device is installed. Detects the air quality of the kitchen near the space, that is, the ventilation system, and controls the operation based on it.
However, even though the CO2 concentration is rising in a space away from the space where the ventilation system is installed, for example, in a living room where people tend to gather, the ventilation system in the kitchen detects the deterioration of the air quality. It is not possible to control the operation for ventilation based on it. Then, when the source of the substance to be detected is far from the installation location of the ventilation device, it cannot be detected by the conventional ventilation device and ventilation control cannot be performed. Therefore, a considerable amount of the substance has already accumulated in the vicinity of the source. Is expected. It is desired that the ventilation device installed in a specific place indoors detect not only the space in which the ventilation device is installed but also the air quality in a space that communicates with the space but is some distance away. There is.
Therefore, in the present invention, not only the space in the vicinity of the ventilation device or the space in which the ventilation device is installed, but also the space in the space away from the space in which the ventilation device is installed and in which the substance to be detected is assumed to exist. Provided are a ventilation device and a ventilation method in which the air quality is detected by the ventilation device and the operation is controlled based on the detection information.
In order to solve the above problem, it is a ventilation device that generates an air flow by operating the first blower, sucks indoor air from a suction port, and discharges the air, and detects indoor air quality as detection information. A unit and an operation control unit that controls the operation of the first blower based on the detection information detected by the detection unit are provided, and the operation control unit controls the operation based on the detection information after sucking a predetermined amount of air. Ventilation equipment is provided.
According to this, by performing operation control based on the detection information after sucking a predetermined amount of air, the detection target is not only in the vicinity of the ventilation device but also in the space away from the space where the ventilation device is installed. It is possible to provide a ventilation device that detects the air quality of the space in which the substance is assumed to exist by the ventilation device and controls the operation based on the detection information.
Further, it has a ventilation mode for continuously sucking air and a search mode for intermittently sucking air, and the operation control unit searches for sucking a predetermined amount of air each time in the search mode. The operation may be performed at a predetermined cycle, and the detection unit may determine a control method of the subsequent search mode search operation or ventilation mode ventilation operation according to the air quality detected by the search operation.
According to this, by repeating the search operation of sucking in a predetermined amount of air at a predetermined cycle, the air in the space away from the space where the ventilation device is installed and where the substance to be detected is assumed to exist is sent to the ventilation device. It can be attracted and the air quality can be detected by the ventilation system. The ventilator can determine the search operation or the control method of the ventilation operation based on this detection information.
Further, the operation control unit may be characterized in that, in the search mode, the cycle of the subsequent search operation is determined according to the air quality detected by the search operation.
According to this, the cycle of the subsequent search operation is determined according to the air quality detected by the search operation in the search mode, and when the air quality is likely to deteriorate, the operation cycle is shortened to quickly deteriorate. It will be possible to detect and connect to ventilation.
Further, the operation control unit may be characterized in that, in the search mode, the cycle of the subsequent search operation is determined to be one of a plurality of cycles of the search operation according to the air quality detected by the search operation.
According to this, by determining one of a plurality of search operation cycles according to the air quality detected by the search operation in the search mode, the cycle is lengthened when the air quality is not bad. It is possible to suppress the noise associated with it.
Further, the operation control unit shifts to the ventilation mode when the air quality detected by the search operation in the search mode exceeds a predetermined threshold value, and after continuing the ventilation mode for a predetermined period, the detection unit detects by the ventilation operation. It may be characterized in that the control method of the ventilation operation of the ventilation mode is determined according to the air quality.
According to this, when the air quality detected by the exploratory operation exceeds a predetermined threshold value, the control method of the ventilation operation is determined immediately after shifting to the ventilation mode, and before the air in the distant space is attracted. In order to prevent the control method from being changed, the air quality in the distant space is appropriately measured by determining the control method for the ventilation operation in the ventilation mode according to the air quality detected after continuing for a predetermined period. Can be done.
Further, a change acquisition unit for acquiring a change in air quality in the search operation in the search mode is further provided, and the operation control unit determines a control method for the ventilation operation in the ventilation mode according to the change acquired by the change acquisition unit. May be a feature.
According to this, by determining the control method of the ventilation operation in the ventilation mode according to the change of the air quality in the search operation, the ventilation operation can be controlled according to the condition of the air quality.
Further, in the ventilation mode, the first ventilation operation and the second ventilation operation having a larger air volume than the first ventilation operation are performed, and the operation control unit continues the first ventilation operation for a predetermined time, and then the air quality detected by the detection unit. If does not fall below a predetermined threshold value, the second ventilation operation may be performed.
According to this, it is possible to prevent the state where the air quality is not good from continuing by ventilating with a larger air volume than when the air quality does not improve even if the air quality is continued for a predetermined time.
Further, a second blower having a detection unit on the flow path and having a smaller air volume than the first blower is further provided, and the operation control unit operates the first blower in the ventilation mode and the second blower in the search mode. May be a feature.
According to this, since the second blower is not operated in the ventilation mode in which cooking is done, it is possible to reduce the adhesion of oily smoke or the like to the detection unit and reduce the risk of contamination and failure.
Further, the operation control unit may be characterized in that the second blower is operated after performing the search operation in the search mode.
According to this, the air quality of the distant space is efficiently detected by operating the second blower after attracting the air in the space away from the space where the ventilator is installed by the first blower having a large air volume. can do.
In order to solve the above problem, it is a ventilation method in which an air flow is generated by operating a blower, indoor air is sucked in from a suction port, and the air is discharged. The indoor air quality is detected as detection information, and a predetermined amount is obtained. A ventilation method for controlling the operation of the blower based on the detection information after inhaling the air is provided.
According to this, by controlling the operation of the blower based on the detection information after sucking in a predetermined amount of air, the air quality in the space where the substance to be detected is supposed to exist is detected, and the detection information is used. A ventilation method for controlling operation based on the above can be provided.
As described above, according to the present invention, there is a substance to be detected not only in the vicinity of the ventilation device or in the space where the ventilation device is installed but also in the space away from the space where the ventilation device is installed. It is possible to provide a ventilation device and a ventilation method that detect the air quality of the assumed space by the ventilation device and control the operation based on the detection information.
Hereinafter, each embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
<First Example>
The
The air quality in the present specification refers to substances constituting the air (for example, oxygen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, etc.) and substances contained in the air (for example, water, oil, dust, odorous substances, etc.) in the form of fine particles. Alternatively, it is in the form of gas), an index (temperature) indicating the kinetic energy of air, etc., and is a concept indicating the quality of air that can be felt or affected by humans. Therefore, in this embodiment, the
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the
The
Since the motor that rotates the
The
The RH control unit 20 is provided inside the main body unit 92 (not shown), and controls the operation of the
The
The
A control method of the RH control unit 20 will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 to 13. In addition, S in the figure means a step. FIG. 6 shows the control of the mode setting by the CO2 ventilation on / off button of the

FIG. 7 shows the control in the CO2 search mode. In the CO2 search mode, the RH control unit 20 interrupts the S200 when the air volume setting button indicating the air volume instruction in the ventilation operation or the constant ventilation on / off button indicating the constant ventilation instruction is pressed, and from the CO2 search mode. Priority is given to control. If interrupt processing is not performed, subsequent processing is performed. In S202, the RH control unit 20 confirms whether or not it is the first search (search) after shifting to the CO2 search mode.
In the case of the first search, the RH control unit 20 operates the
This predetermined amount may be adapted to the volume of the kitchen space. Then, the volume of air equivalent to that of the kitchen space can be exhausted by the first search operation, and the air in the living room, which is a remote space, can be attracted by this. Further, it is preferable that this predetermined amount is applied not only in the initial search operation for CO2 but also in the subsequent search operation in a predetermined cycle. In S206, the RH control unit 20 sets a mode to be shifted based on the detection information of the CO2 concentration detected by the
When performing the second and subsequent searches, the RH control unit 20 assumes that the mode has been changed from the immediately preceding state in S208, and is currently at a predetermined time (for example, 1 minute) after shifting to the current mode. Continue the operating state of (stay mode check processing). This is to prevent the control method of operation from being changed immediately after the mode is changed and before the air in the distant space is attracted.
The RH control unit 20 checks the CO2 concentration detected by the
The RH control unit 20 checks in S214 how long the current operation mode continues (mode stay time). For example, if the ventilation operation is continued with a weak air volume for a predetermined time in the ventilation mode, but the CO2 concentration detected after the continuation does not fall below a predetermined threshold value, the ventilation operation is performed with a medium air volume or a strong air volume. According to this, it is possible to prevent the CO2 concentration from continuing to be high by ventilating with a larger air volume than when the CO2 concentration does not improve even if the CO2 concentration continues for a predetermined time. The RH control unit 20 performs a mode transition determination process in S216, and performs a mode transition process in S218 based on the determination. An example of the mode transition determination process will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9.
FIG. 8 shows a mode transition determination process when the search operation is performed once every three minutes. The RH control unit 20 stays in S300 until one minute has elapsed after shifting to the current search mode (search mode in which the search operation is performed once every three minutes). The RH control unit 20 confirms in S302 whether or not the detected CO2 concentration is 1000 ppm or more. If it is 1000 ppm or more, the RH control unit 20 confirms in S304 whether the difference between the previous time and the present time of the CO2 concentration is equal to or more than a predetermined value, and confirms the standby mode set in the sensor tilt value check process of S212. ..
In S306, the RH control unit 20 sets a threshold value table shown in FIG. 10 and a flag of which air volume to shift to the ventilation mode according to the standby mode. For example, if a sensor value of 1010 ppm is acquired in S302 and a standby mode of medium air volume of 1010 ppm of the sensor value this time, 800 ppm of the previous sensor value, and 210 ppm of difference is set in the confirmation of the standby mode of S304, the medium air volume in S306 is set. Set the transition flag to. This time, the sensor value of 1010 ppm corresponds to the transition to the weak air volume in the threshold table of this figure (A), but since the standby mode is set to the medium air volume, the transition flag to the medium air volume instead of the transition to the weak air volume. Control to set. Further, when the CO2 concentration this time is 1200 ppm, a flag is set to shift to the ventilation mode with a medium air volume, and when the CO2 concentration is 1500 ppm, a flag is set to shift to the ventilation mode with a strong air volume. That is, when the sensor acquisition value is a sensor threshold that shifts to a weak air volume of 1000 ppm to 1199 ppm, a shift flag is set according to the threshold table and the standby mode, and when the sensor acquisition value is 1200 ppm or more, the medium air volume is set regardless of the set standby mode. Alternatively, control is performed to shift to a strong air volume.
If it is less than 1000 ppm in S302, the RH control unit 20 confirms whether or not the detected CO2 concentration in S308 is 800 to 999 ppm. When it is 800 to 999 ppm, the RH control unit 20 maintains the current search mode in S310. If it is less than 800 ppm, the RH control unit 20 sets a flag in S312 to shift to the search mode in which the search operation is performed once every 10 minutes, which has a longer search operation cycle.
As described above, in the search mode, the RH control unit 20 determines the cycle of the subsequent search operation according to the CO2 concentration detected by the search operation, or a plurality of search operations at 3-minute intervals or 10-minute intervals. It is preferable to determine one of the cycles of. According to this, when the CO2 concentration is likely to be high, it is possible to quickly detect the deterioration and lead to ventilation by shortening the operation cycle. Further, when the CO2 concentration becomes low, the noise and the power consumption associated with the operation can be reduced by lengthening the operation cycle.
As described above, the
FIG. 9 shows a mode transition determination process in the ventilation mode during the ventilation operation with a weak air volume. The RH control unit 20 stays in the S400 until one minute has elapsed after shifting to the current weak air volume ventilation mode. The RH control unit 20 confirms in S402 whether or not 15 minutes have passed after shifting to the current ventilation mode. If 15 minutes have not passed, the RH control unit 20 confirms in S406 whether the CO2 concentration detected during the ventilation operation in the current ventilation mode is less than 800 ppm. If it is less than 800 ppm, the RH control unit 20 shifts to the search mode in S408.
When it is 800 ppm or more, the RH control unit 20 confirms whether or not the CO2 concentration is 1000 to 1200 ppm in S410. When the value is 1000 to 1200 ppm, the RH control unit 20 sets a migration flag in S412 with reference to the difference table of FIG. 10 (C). For example, if the difference between the previous CO2 concentration and the current CO2 concentration is 20 ppm, a flag is set to shift to a ventilation operation with a strong air volume. The CO2 concentration in the ventilation mode is acquired every 15 s. The difference between the previous time and this time is the difference every 15s.
If it is not 1000 to 1200 ppm, the RH control unit 20 confirms in S414 whether or not the CO2 concentration is 1200 ppm or more. When it is 1200 ppm or more, the RH control unit 20 shifts to the ventilation mode in S416, for example, if it is 1210 ppm, the ventilation mode has a medium air volume, and if it is 1500 ppm, it has a strong air volume. If none of the above applies, that is, if the CO2 concentration is 800 to 999 ppm, nothing is done and the current ventilation mode with a weak air volume is maintained. Further, when the current ventilation mode with a weak air volume continues even after 15 minutes have passed (S402), the RH control unit 20 sets a flag in S404 to shift to the ventilation mode for the ventilation operation with a medium air volume. Although the ventilation operation with a weak air volume has been described, it is almost the same as the case of the ventilation operation with a medium air volume. The RH control unit 20 does not check the inclination value in the case of the ventilation operation with a strong air volume, and controls the ventilation operation with a strong air volume until it becomes 800 ppm or less.
In this way, the RH control unit 20 shifts to the ventilation mode when the CO2 concentration detected by the search operation in the search mode becomes equal to or higher than a predetermined threshold value, and after continuing the ventilation mode for a predetermined period, the
FIG. 11 is a graph showing an example of a change in CO2 concentration due to the control of the
After that, the ventilation operation with a strong air volume was continued for a while, and since it became less than 800 ppm at around 4900 hours, the search mode was switched to. In this search mode, the search operation was performed in a short cycle (once every 3 minutes). The search operation with a short cycle was continued in this search mode, but since the CO2 concentration of 1000 ppm or more was detected again around 7200 hours, the mode was switched to the ventilation operation with a weak air volume. After that, the ventilation operation with a weak air volume was continued and the CO2 concentration decreased slightly, but it exceeded 800 ppm even at around 8000 hours (corresponding to 15 minutes after the shift to a weak air volume), so the ventilation operation with a medium air volume was started. .. After that, the ventilation operation of the air volume was continued for a while, and since it became less than 800 ppm at around 8600 hours, the search mode was switched to.
In this search mode, the search operation was performed in a short cycle (once every 3 minutes). Since the CO2 concentration of 1000 ppm or more was detected again around the time of 9100 when the search operation with a short cycle was performed twice in this search mode, the mode was switched to the ventilation operation with a weak air volume. After that, the ventilation operation with a weak air volume was continued and the CO2 concentration decreased slightly, but it exceeded 800 ppm even at around 9900 hours (corresponding to 15 minutes after the shift to a weak air volume), so the ventilation operation with a medium air volume was started. .. After that, the ventilation operation with a medium air volume was continued for a while, and it became less than 800 ppm at around 10400 hours, indicating that the search mode was entered.
In the above-mentioned example, the RH control unit 20 performs a search operation for sucking a predetermined amount of air (a suction amount for one minute with an extremely weak air volume) in a search mode at a predetermined cycle, and the CO2 concentration detected by the search operation. The control method of the search operation in the subsequent search mode or the ventilation operation in the ventilation mode is determined according to the above. In this way, by repeating the search operation of sucking in a predetermined amount of air at a predetermined cycle, the space is separated from the space (kitchen) where the
FIG. 12 is a graph showing a state of control of the
After that, the CO2 concentration continued to rise and reached 1000 ppm or more, so that the

The
If the flow path of the airflow flowing from the
The RH control unit 20 is provided inside the main body unit 92 (not shown), and controls the operation of the
