Claims (7)
- 電線の絶縁被覆から露出された芯線を端子に接合する端子と電線の接合構造であって、
前記端子は、前記芯線が接合された接合面を有し、
前記露出した芯線は、少なくとも2箇所の接合部をそれぞれ有し、
前記端子の接合面に、前記少なくとも2箇所の接合部が加圧溶着によりそれぞれ接合されてなる端子と電線の接合構造。 - 前記少なくとも2箇所の接合部は、所定の間隔を空けて設けられている、請求項1に記載の端子と電線の接合構造。
- 前記少なくとも2箇所の接合部のうち先端側の接合部の高さは、基端側の接合部の高さより低く形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の端子と電線の接合構造。
- 電線の絶縁被覆から露出された芯線を端子に接合する端子と電線の接合方法であって、
前記露出した芯線の少なくとも基端側の露出端部を前記端子の少なくとも基端側の接合面に溶着機にて1回加圧溶着させて接合し、
次に、前記露出した芯線の先端側の露出端部を前記端子の先端側の接合面に溶着機にて2回加圧溶着させて接合する端子と電線の接合方法。 - 前記露出した芯線の基端側の露出端部を前記端子の基端側の接合面に加圧溶着させる際に、同時に前記露出した芯線の先端側の露出端部を前記端子の先端側の接合面に溶着機にて1回加圧溶着させ、その後、前記1回加圧溶着させた前記露出した芯線の先端側の露出端部を前記端子の先端側の接合面に溶着機にてもう1回加圧溶着させて接合する、請求項4に記載の端子と電線の接合方法。
- 前記露出した芯線の基端側の露出端部を前記端子の基端側の接合面に溶着機にて1回加圧溶着させた後に、前記露出した芯線の先端側の露出端部を前記端子の先端側の接合面に溶着機にて2回連続で加圧溶着させて接合する、請求項4に記載の端子と電線の接合方法。
- 前記芯線の露出端部を前記端子の接合面に超音波接合、抵抗溶接又はレーザ溶接のいずれか1つにより接合させる、請求項4から6のいずれか1項に記載の端子と電線の接合方法。
