前記クランパーを、その把持部が前記本体部の前端面から離反する方向に付勢する第1の付勢手段と、
前記本体部の後部に後端側が回動可能に支持された操作レバーと、
前記操作レバーの回動角度に応じて前記クランパーの把持部と前記本体部の前端面との間隔が変化するように、前記操作レバーの回動運動を前記クランパーの進退運動に変換する運動変換機構と、
前記操作レバーの前端側が前記本体部から離反する回動方向に前記操作レバーを付勢する第2の付勢手段と、
前記クランパーの把持部が前記本体部の前端面との間に調理器具本体を挟み込んだ把持状態を保持する保持手段と、
前記保持手段による調理器具本体の把持状態の保持を解除する保持解除手段と
を備え、
