Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a hybrid vehicle.
In a hybrid vehicle equipped with a so-called mild hybrid system in which the driving force of an engine and a motor are used together, for example, as shown in
The front motor is mainly responsible for starting the engine and generating electricity, and the rear motor is responsible for power regeneration, driving assistance, and motor driving, but the vehicle condition (for example, the vehicle speed exceeds the allowable upper limit rotation speed of the rear motor). Depending on the situation (such as when the temperature of the rear motor is high), the front motor may regenerate electric power or assist driving. However, the front motor tends to cause rotation loss of the engine, continuously variable transmission, and the like. Therefore, it is preferable to regenerate the electric power as much as possible with the rear motor, which has a higher regeneration efficiency than the front motor.
The rear motor has a relatively high regenerative efficiency as compared with the front motor, but when the rear motor is not used for driving, the rear motor is rotated with the drive shaft to become a load on the drive shaft. It is possible to eliminate the load on the drive shaft by energizing the rear motor with a correction current of opposite phase corresponding to the load, but the power consumption associated with energization becomes a problem. Since this power consumption increases in proportion to the increase in the motor rotation speed (vehicle speed), this problem becomes remarkable especially in the high vehicle speed range.
It is possible to eliminate the rotation of the rear motor by disengaging the clutch provided between the rear motor and the drive shaft, but in this disengaged state, the power cannot be regenerated by the rear motor, and the front motor with relatively low regeneration efficiency. Power must be regenerated.
Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to reduce the rotation loss of the motor and efficiently regenerate the electric power.

Equipped with
When the control unit detects deceleration while traveling in the disengaged state of the first clutch, the synchronous operation is started and the second clutch is connected to the second motor to regenerate the synchronous operation. A hybrid vehicle that controls the first clutch and the second clutch, respectively, so as to disengage the second clutch and regenerate the first motor with the first clutch connected after the operation is completed. Configured.
In the above configuration,
The second clutch is arranged between the engine and the second drive shaft.
The control unit drives the first drive shaft with the driving force of the first motor while the first clutch is in the connected state and the second clutch is in the disengaged state at the time of starting, and the vehicle speed becomes a predetermined vehicle speed. When it reaches the position, the first clutch may be switched to the disengaged state and the second clutch may be switched to the connected state to control the driving of the second drive shaft by the driving force of the engine.
In the configuration in which the first clutch is connected when starting,
When the charge amount of the battery is smaller than the predetermined reference charge amount, the control unit sets the first clutch in the disengaged state and the second clutch in the connected state at a vehicle speed lower than the predetermined vehicle speed. The first clutch and the second clutch can be controlled so as to drive the second drive shaft by the driving force of the engine.
In each of the above configurations,
When the control unit detects deceleration while traveling in the disengaged state of the first clutch, the deceleration is maintained in the disengaged state of the first clutch when the deceleration is smaller than the predetermined reference deceleration. While the second motor regenerates with the second clutch in the connected state, when the deceleration is equal to or higher than the reference deceleration, the first clutch is switched to the connected state and the second clutch is switched to the disconnected state. The first clutch and the second clutch can be controlled so as to be regenerated by the first motor.
In the configuration where the standard deceleration is set in advance,
The control unit has a map showing the relationship between the vehicle speed and the reference deceleration, and the map may be configured such that the larger the vehicle speed, the smaller the reference deceleration.
In each of the above configurations,
The control unit may be configured to control the first clutch so that the first clutch is disengaged when the vehicle speed reaches the upper limit rotation speed allowed for the first motor.
In the present invention, the control unit controls switching between the connected state and the disconnected state of the first clutch to suppress the rotation of the drive shaft and the first motor while the vehicle is running, and the first motor efficiently powers the vehicle. Can be regenerated.
FIG. 1 shows an example of the
The
The
The
The
The
In this
The
FIG. 2 shows a first example of control of the
In this series of control, the
When the deceleration is detected by the
When the synchronous operation of the
On the other hand, when the vehicle speed exceeds the allowable upper limit rotation speed of the
When the synchronous operation of the
A second example of control of the
When the state of charge of the
When the state of charge of the
When the predetermined battery travel upper limit vehicle speed is reached during acceleration by the rear motor 4 (P in FIG. 3), the
When the deceleration is detected by the
When the synchronous operation of the
A third example of control of the
When deceleration is detected by the
When the synchronous operation of the
When all of the above (a) to (c) are satisfied, the connected state of the
By controlling the
A fourth example of control of the

When the amount of depression of the brake pedal is small and the deceleration is small, the amount of electric power consumed for the synchronous operation of the
When the brake pedal is depressed even more strongly during slow deceleration and the depression amount becomes a sudden deceleration equal to or greater than the depression threshold value (A1 in FIG. 5), the
When the synchronous operation of the
The stepping threshold value (or reference deceleration) may be a constant value, but it may be a smaller value as the vehicle speed increases. By doing so, it is possible to promptly start the regeneration by the
In the above, the magnitude of deceleration was determined by the amount of depression of the brake pedal, but the deceleration was determined based on the depressing off state of the accelerator pedal or the value detected by the separately provided acceleration sensor. It may be possible to determine the size.
