Description

The present invention relates to an envelope formed by folding a sheet body.

Conventionally, the envelope body is formed by gluing the sides of the front and back leaf pieces that are folded and overlapped by the first folding curve, and the opening of the envelope body that is continuous from the front leaf piece and folded by the second folding curve. Envelopes with a covering leaf piece are known (see, eg, Patent Document 1).

Utility Model Registration No. 3047632

By the way, the conventional envelope has a perforation along the side portion of the glued envelope body and a cut portion formed on the front leaf piece. Then, by cutting off the perforations and the cutout portion, the envelope body is opened and unfolded. Therefore, the areas of the front and back leaf pieces when the envelope body is unfolded are smaller than those before unfolding by the amount cut out. Moreover, the sealed leaf piece remains adhered to the back surface of the back side leaf piece together with the end portion of the front side leaf piece cut by the cut portion. This causes a problem that the information that can be written on the inner surface of the envelope body is reduced and that the information cannot be written on the sealed leaf piece.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an envelope in which a large amount of information can be described.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an envelope formed by folding a sheet body, and a weak adhesive layer capable of peeling off the side portions of the front side leaf pieces and the back side leaf pieces that are folded and overlapped by the first folding curve. The envelope body is formed into a bag shape by adhering through the envelope body, and the envelope body is continuous from the front side leaf piece, folded at the second folding curve, overlaps with the back side leaf piece, and covers the opening of the envelope body. ing. The sealed leaf piece has a flap region whose sides are adhered to the envelope body via a weak adhesive layer that is continuous from the front side leaf piece and can be peeled off, and a strong adhesive layer having a stronger adhesive force than the weak adhesive layer. It comprises a remnant region adhered to the backside leaf piece via a breakable perforation that separates the flap region and the remnant region.

Therefore, in the envelope of the present invention, the sealed leaf piece is cut by breaking the perforation and separated into a flap region and a residual region. Since the flap region is adhered to the envelope body via a weak adhesive layer that can be peeled off, the flap region can be easily peeled off from the envelope body. As a result, the opening of the envelope body covered with the envelope pieces can be exposed and the envelope body can be opened. Further, by pulling the opening edge of the exposed opening, the front side leaf piece and the back side leaf piece to which the side portion is adhered can be peeled off via the peelable weak adhesive layer, and the envelope body can be unfolded. At this time, since it is not necessary to cut off the side portion of the envelope body, the area of the front side leaf piece and the back side leaf piece does not become smaller than the state before unfolding, and it is possible to print on the entire surface of the front side leaf piece and the back side leaf piece. .. Moreover, since the flap area of the sealed leaf piece is connected to the front leaf piece, it is possible to print on this flap area as well. Therefore, a large amount of information can be described.

Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the envelope of the present invention will be described with reference to Example 1 shown in the drawings.

(Example 1)
The envelope E in the first embodiment is a so-called crimping envelope formed by folding a paper (sheet body) such as a strip-shaped high-quality paper. The envelope E includes a front leaf piece 10, a back leaf piece 20, and a sealed leaf piece 30. In this envelope E, a bag-shaped envelope body E1 is formed by the front side leaf piece 10 and the back side leaf piece 20, and the envelope body E1 is sealed by the bag-shaped leaf piece 30. In the following, the "inside surface of the sealed envelope E" is the inner surface of each leaf piece 10, 20, 30 and the "outer surface of the sealed envelope E" is the outside of each leaf piece 10, 20, 30. The side.

The front leaf piece 10 is a rectangular piece of paper, and the first folding curve M1 is formed along one long side, and the second folding curve M2 is formed along the other long side. The first fold curve M1 and the second fold curve M2 become valley fold lines when the envelope E is unfolded and the inner surfaces of the leaf pieces 10, 20, and 30 are viewed as shown in FIG. 1, and as shown in FIG. When the envelope E is unfolded and the outer surfaces of the leaf pieces 10, 20, and 30 are viewed, a mountain fold line is formed. Further, the front leaf piece 10 is formed with a window portion 11 that penetrates the paper piece. The window portion 11 may be covered with a transparent film or the like.

The back side leaf piece 20 is continuous from one long side of the front side leaf piece 10 on which the first folding curve M1 is formed, and is folded along the first folding curve M1 and overlaps the front side leaf piece 10 as shown in FIG. The back side leaf piece 20 of the first embodiment is formed by stacking rectangular pieces of paper having a larger area than the front side leaf piece 10 at the time of unfolding at a crease O1 parallel to the first folding curve M1 toward the inside of the envelope body E1. Has been done. That is, the back side leaf piece 20 has a first leaf piece 21 and a second leaf piece 22 that are folded and overlapped at the crease O1. The first leaf piece 21 is continuous from one long side of the front leaf piece 10. The second leaf piece 22 is continuous from the first leaf piece 21 via the crease O1. The area of the second leaf piece 22 is smaller than that of the first leaf piece 21, and the area of the back side leaf piece 20 in which the first leaf piece 21 and the second leaf piece 22 are overlapped is smaller than that of the front side leaf piece 10.

The first leaf piece 21 and the second leaf piece 22 have a pair of first adhesive regions 23 that overlap at least along the side portion α of the envelope body E1 when folded, and the weak adhesive layer 41 (see FIGS. 4A and 4B). ) Is glued. Here, the "side portion α of the envelope body E1" is a pair of sides orthogonal to the first folding curve M1 and the second folding curve M2. Further, the "weak adhesive layer 41" can be peeled off by pulling with a predetermined force, and is formed by applying an adhesive having a weak adhesive force or applying a surface treatment having a high removing force.

Further, the back side leaf piece 20 formed by the first leaf piece 21 and the second leaf piece 22 which are folded and overlapped at the crease O1 is folded along the first folding curve M1 and then the second adhesive along the side portion α of the envelope body E1. The region 24 is adhered to the third adhesive region 25 of the front leaf piece 10 via a peelable weak adhesive layer 42 (see FIGS. 4A and 4B). The second adhesive region 24 is located on the outer surface of the second leaf piece 22 (see FIG. 2), and the third adhesive region 25 is located on the inner surface of the front leaf piece 10 (see FIG. 1). Further, on the outer surface of the second leaf piece 22, an address area 26 on which the destination of the envelope E is printed is formed at a position facing the window portion 11 when the back side leaf piece 20 is overlapped with the front side leaf piece 10. The address area 26 is exposed through the window portion 11 when the envelope E is sealed, and the printed destination can be confirmed from the outside of the envelope E (see FIG. 5).

The sealed leaf piece 30 is a rectangular piece of paper having a size substantially the same as that of the first leaf piece 21, and is continuous from the other long side of the front side leaf piece 10 on which the second folding curve M2 is formed. As shown in FIG. 3, the sealed leaf piece 30 is folded along the second folding curve M2, overlaps the back side leaf piece 20, and covers the opening K of the envelope body E1. A perforation 33 is formed on the sealed leaf piece 30. The perforation 33 is formed by a row of continuous small holes and a row of repeating slits and uncut portions, and the sealed leaf piece 30 can be cut by breaking the uncut portion. The sealed leaf piece 30 is divided into a flap region 31 and a residual region 32 by the perforation 33.

The flap region 31 is a region between the second folding curve M2 and the perforation 33, and is continuous from the front leaf piece 10. The flap region 31 is bonded to the fifth adhesive region 27 of the envelope body E1 via the detachable weak adhesive layer 43 of the pair of fourth adhesive regions 34 along the side portion α of the envelope body E1 (see FIG. 4A). ). The fifth adhesive region 27 is formed on the outer surface of the first leaf piece 21 (see FIG. 2).

On the other hand, the remaining region 32 is a region located closer to the tip of the sealed leaf piece 30 than the perforation 33, and is separated from the flap region 31 by breaking the perforation 33. The remaining region 32 is adhered to the outer surface of the first leaf piece 21 of the back side leaf piece 20 via the strong adhesive layer 44 having a stronger adhesive force than the weak adhesive layers 41, 42, 43 (see FIG. 4B).

As shown in FIG. 3, the perforations 33 are continuously provided between one side portion α of the envelope body E1 and the other side portion α, and when the sealed leaf piece 30 is stacked on the back side leaf piece 20, the envelope is formed. It is located closer to the tip of the sealed leaf piece 30 than the opening K of the main body E1. Further, the perforation 33 has an arc portion 33a and a pair of straight line portions 33b extending from both ends of the arc portion 33a to the side portions α, respectively.

The arc portion 33a is located at the central portion in the width direction of the envelope body E1 and is curved toward the tip of the sealed leaf piece 30. The straight line portion 33b is formed so as to gradually approach the front leaf piece 10 from the central portion in the width direction of the envelope main body E1 toward the side portion α of the envelope main body E1.

Hereinafter, the method for manufacturing the envelope E in the first embodiment in the sealed state will be described.

In order to manufacture the envelope E in the sealed state, first, a strip-shaped sheet body is formed by cutting out a piece of paper having a predetermined length from the roll paper. Then, arbitrary printing is performed on the area other than the inner side surface of the remaining area 32 of the sealed leaf piece 30 in the sheet body. Here, the "region other than the inner surface of the remaining area 32" refers to the inner surface of the front leaf piece 10, the inner surface of the back leaf piece 20 (first leaf piece 21 and the second leaf piece 22), and the flap region 31 of the sealed leaf piece 30. In the flap region 31 of the inner surface, the outer surface of the front leaf piece 10, the outer surface of the sealed leaf piece 30 (flap area 31 and the residual area 32), the outer surface of the second leaf piece 22 of the back side leaf piece 20, and the outer surface of the first leaf piece 21. It is a covered part.

Further, the window portion 11 is formed by cutting a predetermined position of the sheet body, and the address area 26 is formed on the outer surface of the second leaf piece 22, and the destination of the envelope E is printed. It is optional to form the window portion 11 or the address area 26, and it is not necessary to form the window portion 11 as necessary.

Further, on the first leaf piece 21 and the second leaf piece 22 of the back side leaf piece 20, not only printing but also perforations are formed, and postcards for reply, coupon tickets, cards and other paper pieces are formed on the first leaf piece 21 and the second leaf piece 22. It may be cut off from the two leaf pieces 22. The shape of the piece of paper that can be cut out by the perforation can be arbitrarily determined. Further, a seal sheet provided with a seal, a thin article such as a cosmetic sample, or the like may be attached to the inner surface of the front leaf piece 10 or the inner surface of the first leaf piece 21 of the back leaf piece 20. .. Here, "thin" means a thickness that can be sandwiched between the front leaf piece 10 and the back leaf piece 20.

After printing is applied to the sheet body, the back side leaf piece 20 is folded at the crease O1, and the second leaf piece 22 is overlapped with the first leaf piece 21. At this time, the pair of first adhesive regions 23 along the side portion α of the envelope body E1 are adhered via the weak adhesive layer 41. As a result, the area of the back side leaf piece 20 becomes smaller than that of the front side leaf piece 10.

Next, the back side leaf piece 20 is folded from the first folding curve M1, and the back side leaf piece 20 is overlapped with the front side leaf piece 10. At this time, the second adhesive region 24 of the back side leaf piece 20 is adhered to the third adhesive region 25 of the front side leaf piece 10 via the weak adhesive layer 42. As a result, the side portions of the front side leaf piece 10 and the back side leaf piece 20 are adhered to each other, and a bag-shaped envelope body E1 is formed.

Since the envelope body E1 is bag-shaped, as shown in FIG. 6, an enclosed material X such as a card, a coupon, a letter, a cosmetic sample, or other thin article is inserted into the envelope body E1 through the opening K. It is possible to do.

Subsequently, the sealed leaf piece 30 is folded from the second folding curve M2, and the sealed leaf piece 30 is superposed on the back side leaf piece 20. At this time, the fourth adhesive region 34 of the sealed leaf piece 30 is adhered to the fifth adhesive region 27 of the envelope main body E1 via the weak adhesive layer 43, and the remaining region 32 is adhered to the back side leaf piece 20 via the strong adhesive layer 44. Adhere to. As a result, the opening K of the envelope body E1 is covered, and the envelope E is sealed. As a result, the envelope E in the sealed state can be manufactured.

Hereinafter, the procedure for opening the envelope E of the first embodiment will be described.

In order to open the envelope E of the first embodiment, the opening person first breaks the arc portion 33a of the perforation 33. Then, the flap region 31 separated from the remaining region 32 is picked, and the flap region 31 is turned up as shown in FIG. 7. As a result, the straight portion 33b of the perforation 33 is gradually broken toward the side portion α of the envelope main body E1, and the sealed leaf piece 30 is cut. Further, by turning up the flap region 31, the fourth adhesive region 34 and the fifth adhesive region 27 adhered by the weak adhesive layer 43 are peeled off, the opening K of the envelope body E1 is exposed, and the envelope body E1 is exposed. Is opened. By opening the envelope body E1, the envelope X can be taken out.

Subsequently, the opening person inserts a fingertip into the opening K of the envelope body E1, puts a finger on the opening edge, and pulls the back side leaf piece 20. As a result, as shown in FIG. 8, the second adhesive region 24 and the third adhesive region 25 bonded by the weak adhesive layer 42 are peeled off, the back side leaf piece 20 is peeled off from the front side leaf piece 10, and the envelope main body E1 is peeled off. Is expanded. Therefore, the inner surface of the envelope body E1 is exposed.

Further, the opening person pulls the end portion of the second leaf piece 22 of the back side leaf piece 20 to peel off the first adhesive region 23 bonded by the weak adhesive layer 41 as shown in FIG. 9, and from the first leaf piece 21. The second leaf piece 22 is peeled off to unfold the back side leaf piece 20. This exposes the inner surface of the backside leaf piece 20. Note that FIG. 9 shows a state in which the sheet-shaped sample product Y is attached to the inside of the second leaf piece 22. Further, the sample product Y is not fixed to the first leaf piece 21 or the second leaf piece 22, but may be simply enclosed between the first leaf piece 21 and the second leaf piece 22.

Hereinafter, the operation of the envelope E of the first embodiment will be described.

As described above, in the envelope E of the first embodiment, the envelope body E1 is opened and then unfolded, and then the back side leaf piece 20 is further unfolded so that the opening person can use the inner side surface of the flap region 31 and the front side leaf piece 10 to open the envelope E1. The inner surface and the inner surface of the first leaf piece 21 and the second leaf piece 22 of the back side leaf piece 20 can be visually observed. As a result, the opener can know the information printed on the inner surface of the front leaf piece 10 and the like.

Here, the front side leaf piece 10 and the back side leaf piece 20 are bonded by the weak adhesive layer 42, and the first leaf piece 21 and the second leaf piece 22 are bonded by the weak adhesive layer 41. Therefore, the area between them can be peeled off by pulling each of them, and the area of the front side leaf piece 10 and the back side leaf piece 20 does not become smaller from the state before deployment. As a result, printing is possible on the entire inner surface of the front side leaf piece 10 and the back side leaf piece 20, and more information can be written on the envelope E than the envelope developed by cutting the periphery.

Further, the flap region 31 of the sealed leaf piece 30 is connected to the front leaf piece 10, and the opening person can visually check the inner surface of the flap region 31 when the envelope E is opened. Therefore, more information can be written on the envelope E by printing on the inner surface of the flap region 31 as well.

Moreover, when the flap region 31 is turned up and the envelope body E1 is opened, the portion of the outer surface of the first leaf piece 21 that is covered by the flap region 31 is exposed. Therefore, the opener can visually recognize a part of the outer surface of the first leaf piece 21 covered by the flap region 31, and a part of the outer surface of the first leaf piece 21 (covered by the flap region 31). By printing on the former part), more information can be written on the envelope E.

As a result, a large amount of information can be described in the envelope E by utilizing the sheet body forming the envelope E without waste. Further, since a part of the envelope E is not cut off, there is an effect that no dust is generated.

Further, in the envelope E of the first embodiment, the back side leaf piece 20 has the first leaf piece 21 and the second leaf piece 22 which are folded and overlapped at the crease O1, and has a larger area than the front side leaf piece 10 when unfolded. Then, the back side leaf piece 20 overlaps with the front side leaf piece 10 in a state of being folded at the crease O1 toward the inside of the envelope main body E1. At this time, in the peripheral edge portion of the back side leaf piece 20, at least a portion (first adhesive region 23) that overlaps along the side portion α of the envelope body E1 when folded is adhered to each other via the weak adhesive layer 41. Thereby, in the envelope E of the first embodiment, the printable area of the back side leaf piece 20 can be expanded without changing the size of the envelope E.

In Example 1, the back side leaf piece 20 has an example in which the first leaf piece 21 and the second leaf piece 22 are folded at the crease O1, but the present invention is not limited to this. As shown in FIG. 10, the backside leaf piece 20 may be divided into a plurality of leaf pieces by two or more creases O1. That is, the backside leaf piece 20 may be formed by connecting a large number of three or more leaf pieces. In this case, the back side leaf piece 20 is formed by folding a plurality of leaf pieces toward the inside of the envelope body E1 at a plurality of folds O1. Further, one leaf piece may be used as the back side leaf piece 20 without forming a crease O1 on the back side leaf piece 20. That is, the number of leaf pieces forming the back side leaf piece 20 can be arbitrarily set.

Note that FIG. 10 shows an example in which a perforation m is formed at an arbitrary position on the back side leaf piece 20 so that the paper piece Z such as a postcard or a coupon can be cut off from the back side leaf piece 20.

Then, in the envelope E of the first embodiment, the straight portion 33b of the perforation 33 formed on the envelope piece 30 gradually moves from the center portion in the width direction of the envelope body E1 toward the side portion α of the envelope body E1 and the front side leaf piece 10 gradually. It is formed to approach. Therefore, the perforation 33 can be broken as the person who opens the envelope E flips up the flap region 31, and the envelope body E1 can be easily opened.

Moreover, in the envelope E of the first embodiment, the perforation 33 has an arc portion 33a curved toward the tip of the sealed leaf piece 30 at the center portion in the width direction of the envelope main body E1. Therefore, it becomes easier for the opener to pick up the flap region 31, and the envelope body E1 can be opened more easily.

Although the envelope of the present invention has been described above based on the first embodiment, the specific configuration is not limited to this embodiment and does not deviate from the gist of the invention according to each claim. As long as the design is changed or added, it is permissible.

In the first embodiment, the horizontally long envelope E in which the first folding curve M1 is formed along one long side of the front leaf piece 10 of the rectangular piece of paper and the second folding curve M2 is formed along the other long side. However, the example is not limited to this. It may be a vertically long envelope in which the first folding curve M1 is formed along one short side of the front leaf piece 10 of a rectangular piece of paper and the second folding curve M2 is formed along the other short side.

Further, in Example 1, an example in which the back side leaf piece 20 is expanded along the arrangement direction of the front side leaf piece 10 and the sealed leaf piece 30 is shown, but the present invention is not limited to this. The back side leaf piece 20 may be folded by the crease O1 to reduce the area, and may be folded along the first folding curve M1 and overlapped with the front side leaf piece 10. Therefore, the back side leaf piece 20 may be a piece of paper that expands in a direction orthogonal to the arrangement direction of the front side leaf piece 10 and the sealed leaf piece 30.

Further, the outer shape of the envelope E is not limited to a rectangular shape, and may be any shape as long as it can be mailed.
