Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a lower rail and a wire harness mounting structure for the lower rail.
As a device for transmitting and receiving signals from the vehicle body side to the vehicle slide seat, a first electric wire in which one terminal is connected to an electronic device provided in the vehicle slide seat and a second electric wire distributed to the vehicle body side. And a signal transmitting means connected to the other terminal of the first electric wire, and a signal receiving means connected to the terminal of the second electric wire and receiving a signal wirelessly transmitted from the signal transmitting means. In the signal transmitting / receiving device provided, the signal transmitting means and the signal receiving means are arranged in a rail arranged below the slide sheet, and the signal transmitting means is attached to the lower surface of the slide sheet. The signal receiving means is fixed to one end of the rail directly or via another member to the upper rail slidably attached to the rail, and the signal transmitting means and the signal receiving means are aligned in a straight line. A signal transmitting / receiving device arranged to face each other has been proposed (Patent Document 1).
According to such a signal transmitting / receiving device, since the signal receiving means is fixed to one end of the rail and the signal transmitting means and the signal receiving means are arranged so as to face each other in a straight line, the slide sheet slides on the first electric wire. It is not necessary to provide an extra length for the distance, and the entire device can be configured in a simple manner. Further, it has an effect that the reception sensitivity of the wirelessly transmitted signal can be prevented from being lowered by using the rail which is an existing component.
However, there is no problem with wireless transmission as long as the signal is transmitted and received, but in order to send the electricity used as the reclining power of the vehicle seat and the heater of the vehicle seat to the vehicle seat, it is required to send it by wire. May occur.
In such a case, if the wire harness is pulled directly from the vehicle floor to the vehicle seat from the power supply provided on the vehicle side, the vehicle seat slides back and forth, so the length of the wire harness follows this movement. There is a problem that the wire harness moves every time the vehicle seat is slid and moved.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and electricity can be sent from the power source on the floor side of the vehicle to the inside of the lower rail and further to the seat for the vehicle above the upper rail via the seat rail. The main purpose is to provide a mounting structure for lower rails and wire harnesses for lower rails.

Further, in the mounting structure of the lower rail and the wire harness for the lower rail according to the present invention.
The conductive portion of the thin conductor is attached to the bottom surface of the thin conductor mounting member for the lower so as to face the through hole side, and the thin conductor body is guided from the bottom surface to the side surface side so as to be parallel to the side surface of the lower rail. By adopting such a configuration, the thin conductor can be pulled out along the side surface of the lower rail, so that it is possible to prevent the thin conductor from becoming an obstacle when the upper rail is moved.
Next, the mounting structure of the
As shown in FIG. 1, the mounting structure of the
The
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1 or 3, the
The
Next, the mounting structure of the
A through
The lower
The lower
The
The lower thin
Thus, according to the mounting structure of the
Next, the mounting structure of the
The
In the
As shown in FIG. 6, the upper
As shown in FIG. 3, the upper
At this time, as shown in FIG. 8, the
In the mounting structure of the
Therefore, by arranging the
As shown in the above-described embodiment, it can be used as a means for securing a power source for the vehicle seat.
