Abstract
Description
One of the embodiments of the present invention relates to a method for curing concrete and a member that can be used when curing concrete.
Concrete is used in various buildings as one of the important structural materials due to its excellent mechanical properties, weather resistance, ease of handling, and economy. Concrete is usually prepared by mixing cement, which is the main component, with water, aggregates, additives, etc., and pouring concrete in a fluid state into a mold, hardening it, and then curing it. .. In curing, a waterproof sheet or mat covers the surface of the concrete to prevent evaporation of water. As a result, it is possible to prevent the water required for hydration of the cement from being deficient, and to prevent the occurrence of defects such as cracks due to drying (see Patent Document 1).
One of the embodiments of the present invention is to provide a new method for curing concrete used in various buildings, and a member that can be used in this method. Alternatively, one of the embodiments of the present invention is to provide a method for efficiently fixing carbon dioxide to concrete used in a building, and a member that can be used in this method.

Hereinafter, a method for curing concrete and a member (curing member) applicable to this curing method will be described.
1. 1. Outline of Curing Method FIG. 1 shows a flowchart showing a curing method according to one of the embodiments of the present invention. In this curing method, first, the basic skeleton of a building using concrete is formed. The basic skeleton may be manufactured using steel frames or reinforcing bars, and instead of steel frames or reinforcing bars, or a fiber in which a resin such as epoxy resin or phenol resin is compounded with fibers such as glass fiber or carbon fiber together with the steel frame or reinforcing bar. Reinforced plastic may be used. The shape, composition, and arrangement of the basic skeleton are appropriately determined based on the shape of the building and the required strength. If the basic skeleton is not formed in the concrete, this step is not required. Hereinafter, the description will be continued by taking at least a case where a basic skeleton (reinforcing bar unit) is formed using reinforcing bars as an example.
Next, concrete is placed so as to cover the reinforcing bar unit. Specifically, cement and water are mixed and kneaded. At this time, aggregates and additives may be added as appropriate. Then, at the site where the building is constructed, a wooden, metal, or resin formwork is attached so as to surround the reinforcing bar unit, and concrete in a fluid state is poured into the formwork. At this time, in order to remove air bubbles and excess water mixed in the concrete, compaction work and tapping work may be performed, and further, vibration may be applied to the concrete using a vibrator. If necessary, the surface of the concrete may be treated by applying pressure to the concrete surface using a trowel or the like before the concrete is hardened. The surface treatment flattens the concrete surface and further improves the aesthetic appearance.
Next, carbon dioxide is supplied to the surface of the concrete before it is completely hardened or the surface of the hardened concrete. Specifically, with the formwork left, or with all or part of the formwork removed, the surface of the concrete is covered with a
Subsequently, a gas containing carbon dioxide is introduced into the
Further, as an arbitrary step, the carbon dioxide concentration in the
There are no restrictions on the target to which the above curing method is applied, and this curing method is applied to floor slab concrete, column concrete, ceiling concrete, wall concrete, etc. used for at least a part of the floor, pillar, ceiling, and wall of a building. Can be applied. Alternatively, this curing method may be applied to concrete having a relatively large area or volume such as a batholith of a large building, a footing, or a mask reit such as a pile cap. Hereinafter, a multi-story reinforced concrete building will be taken as an example, and the main curing method and the curing members that can be used in this curing method will be described more specifically.
2. 2. Curing of Floor Slab Concrete First, an embodiment of applying this curing method to the floor slab concrete of the

2-3. Placing concrete Next, concrete 144 is poured into the
(1) First-stage wood iron finishing step Finishing is performed using a wood iron so that the surface of the concrete 144 has a rough flatness. At that time, the penetration resistance value of the concrete 144 is about 0.5 N / mm 2 .
(2) Second-stage wood iron finishing process In order to make the surface of the concrete 144 smoother than that of the first-stage wood iron finishing process, finishing is performed using a wood iron. At that time, the penetration resistance value of the concrete 144 is about 2.0 N / mm 2 .
(3) Gold iron finishing process of the first stage In order to finish the surface of the concrete 144 more smoothly than the wood iron finishing process of the second stage, finishing is performed using a gold iron. At that time, the penetration resistance value of the concrete 144 is about 3.5 N / mm 2 .
(4) Finishing with a gold trowel in the second stage In order to make the surface of the concrete 144 smoother and finish like a mirror than the gold trowel finish in the first stage, finishing with a gold trowel is performed. At that time, the penetration resistance value of the concrete 144 is about 5 N / mm 2 to 6 N / mm 2 .
2-4. Curing (1) Sealing of the concrete surface Next, the concrete 144 placed on the
Specifically, the
After that, the peripheral edge portion of the
Alternatively, as shown in FIGS. 5 (A) to 7 (C), the
The sealing
When the
The first rim 160-1 is composed of a plurality of parts that can be detached from each other, and may be configured so that the curing
As shown in FIG. 8, by arranging a plurality of curing members having the
(2) Supply of Carbon Dioxide The
As shown in FIG. 9A, the
As shown in FIG. 10, the
The carbon
Examples of the carbon
At the start of curing, a gas containing carbon dioxide is supplied from the carbon
As an optional configuration, the
(3) Water supply At the time of curing, a
At the time of curing, the curing environment may be monitored by using the various detectors described above. For example, a
If the carbon dioxide concentration is out of the predetermined range, the carbon
Similarly, if the humidity is outside the predetermined range, the
In this way, by monitoring the situation in the
In the curing method described above, in the
Cement, which is the raw material of
Known methods for immobilizing carbon dioxide on concrete include a method in which hardened concrete is placed in a curing tank filled with carbon dioxide and brought into contact with the concrete, and a method in which carbon dioxide is brought into contact with the surface of the hardened porous concrete. ing. However, these methods are difficult to adapt to large buildings and cannot be used when placing concrete at the site where the building is built.
On the other hand, in the curing method according to one of the present embodiments, not only carbon dioxide can be fixed to the concrete placed at the site where the
3. 3. Curing of column concrete Curing of column concrete can be done in the same way. Specifically, after the concrete 144 covering the column
Then, a gas containing carbon dioxide is introduced from the carbon
4. Curing of ceiling concrete Curing of ceiling concrete can be done in the same way. That is, a formwork is provided on the ceiling of the building 100 (for example, under the deck plate 132), and
Then, a gas containing carbon dioxide is supplied from the carbon

5. Curing of wall concrete Curing of wall concrete can be performed in the same manner. That is, a formwork is provided to sandwich the reinforcing bar unit constituting the wall of the
Then, a gas containing carbon dioxide is supplied from the carbon
The order of curing of the floor slab concrete, pillar concrete, ceiling concrete, and wall concrete described above is not limited, and curing may be performed at two or more places at the same time.
6. Footing curing This curing method is also applicable to mass concrete curing such as footing. When applied to footing, first, as shown in FIG. 15A, a plurality of reinforcing bars are combined to prepare a reinforcing
After that, the
Then, for example, the
Subsequently, a gas containing carbon dioxide is supplied to the space between the
