Abstract
Description
本出願では、仮出願第62/718,114号(2018年8月13日に出願)からの優先権に対する利益を主張する。なお、この文献の全体の内容は参照により本明細書に組み込まれている。
外科用クリップは、ステンレス鋼、チタン、タラナム、プラチナなどの金属、または金属の合金から形成され得るか、またはポリマー材料から形成され得る埋め込み型装置である。外科用クリップは20世紀の前半から使用されており、低侵襲外科手術の出現に伴って種々の外科訓練の間で広範囲に使用されている。
Claims (16)
- 血管の切断及び出血の制御を同時に行うための外科用クリップであって、
それぞれ平坦面及び切断面を含む2つの脚部と、
前記2つの脚部を結合するように構成された湾曲部と、
を含む、前記外科用クリップ。 - 前記2つの脚部のうちの一方の前記切断面は前記2つの脚部のうちの他方の前記切断面に対してずれている、請求項1に記載の外科用クリップ。
- 前記2つの脚部のそれぞれの上で、前記切断面は前記平坦面に隣接している、請求項1に記載の外科用クリップ。
- 前記外科用クリップが閉状態にあるとき、前記2つの脚部のそれぞれの前記切断面は、ハサミ切断動作の間に前記血管を切断するために互いを回避するように構成されている、請求項2に記載の外科用クリップ。
- 前記外科用クリップが閉状態にあるとき、前記2つの脚部のそれぞれの前記平坦面は前記血管の内腔を塞ぐように構成されている、請求項1に記載の外科用クリップ。
- 前記外科用クリップは単一片の材料から形成されている、請求項1に記載の外科用クリップ。
- 前記材料は、ステンレス鋼、チタン、タラナム、プラチナ、金属の合金、またはポリマー材料のうちの1種である、請求項6に記載の外科用クリップ。
- 前記材料は、前記外科用クリップが取り付けられた身体によって受け入れ可能である、請求項6に記載の外科用クリップ。
- 血管の分割及び出血の制御を同時に行う外科用クリップを取り付けるためのアプリケータであって、
2つの外科用クリップを同時に保持するように構成された2つの掴み具と、
前記2つの掴み具に前記2つの外科用クリップに変形力を及ぼさせるように構成された2つの柄部と、を含む、前記アプリケータ。 - 前記2つの掴み具は、少なくとも前記2つの外科用クリップを互いに接近させて所定の距離に保持する少なくとも2つの溝であって、前記掴み具が前記2つの外科用クリップに前記変形力を及ぼしたときに組織を切断するためのハサミ切断動作を可能にする、前記少なくとも2つの溝を含む、請求項9に記載のアプリケータ。
- 前記2つの掴み具はさらに、前記2つの切断用外科用クリップのいずれかの側または両側に1つ以上のさらなるクリップを保持するための少なくとも1つ以上のさらなる溝を含む、請求項10に記載のアプリケータ。
- 前記2つの掴み具は、少なくとも2つの外科用クリップを互いにずらして保持して、前記外科用クリップを置く間に前記外科用クリップの刃先が組織と接触しないように覆うように構成されている、請求項9に記載のアプリケータ。
- 血管切断及びクランピングシステムであって、
血管の切断及びクランピングを同時に行うように構成された一対の外科用クリップであって、前記一対の外科用クリップはそれぞれが、
それぞれ平坦面及び切断面を含む2つの脚部と、
前記2つの脚部を結合するように構成された湾曲部と、を含む前記一対の外科用クリップと、
アプリケータであって、前記一対の外科用クリップを互いに接触させて保持し、前記一対の外科用クリップを変形させるように圧力を印加して前記外科用クリップに前記血管の切断及びクランピングを同時に行わせるように構成された前記アプリケータと、を含む、前記血管切断及びクランピングシステム。 - 前記一対の外科用クリップは同じ断面プロファイルを有する、請求項13に記載の血管切断及びクランピングシステム。
- 前記一対の外科用クリップは異なる断面プロファイルを有する、請求項13に記載の血管切断及びクランピングシステム。
- 前記一対の外科用クリップは互いの鏡像である断面プロファイルを有する、請求項15に記載の血管切断及びクランピングシステム。
