- 前記第1の嵌合要素が、前記内スリーブの外面から外向きに延在するフランジである、請求項1に記載の送達システム。
- 前記第2の嵌合要素が、片持ち構成で前記本体から延在するウィング部を備える、請求項3に記載の送達システム。
- 前記第2の嵌合要素が、片持ち構成で前記本体の第1の側から延在する第1のウィング部と、片持ち構成で前記本体の対向する第2の側から延在する第2のウィング部と、を備える、請求項3に記載の送達システム。
- 前記第1のウィング部が、前記第1の側から延在する延長部と、前記延長部から延在するタブとを備え、
前記第2のウィング部が、前記第2の側から延在する延長部と、前記第2のウィング部の前記延長部から延在するタブとを備え、
前記延長部はそれぞれ、前記シャフトによって画定された長手方向軸に平行に延在し、前記タブはそれぞれ、前記長手方向軸に対して垂直に延在し、
前記タブは前記フランジに係合して、前記第2の器具を前記第1の器具に固定する、請求項5に記載の送達システム。 - 前記タブが互いに面する、請求項6に記載の送達システム。
- 前記本体が、前記シャフトと同軸の筒部を含み、前記筒部は、ねじ切りされた外面と、前記シャフトの内腔と連通しかつ同軸である開口部を画定する内面とを含む、請求項1に記載の送達システム。
- 前記第1の端部が、本体と、前記第1の端部の前記本体に取り外し可能に結合された先端部とを備え、前記先端部が、前記チャネルと連通しかつ同軸である孔を備える、請求項1に記載の送達システム。
- 前記第1の端部が、前記通路内に回転可能に配置され、ねじ切りされた外面を備える、請求項1に記載の送達システム。
- 送達システムであって、
ねじ切りされたねじと、前記ねじに結合された頭部とを備えるインプラントであって、前記ねじが、前記ねじの対向端部を通って延在する孔を備え、前記頭部がねじ切りされた内面を有する、インプラントと、
通路を画定する外スリーブを備える第1の器具であって、前記通路内に回転可能に配置された第1の端部と、第1の嵌合要素を含む第2の端部とを有する内スリーブを備え、前記第1の端部が、前記ねじ切りされた内面を係合して前記内スリーブを前記頭部に結合するねじ切りされた外面を備え、前記第1の端部が、前記内スリーブを前記ねじに結合するために、前記孔に配置された先端部を備え、前記内スリーブがチャネルを画定する、第1の器具と、
前記チャネル内に配置された中空シャフトと、前記シャフトに結合されたハンドルとを備える第2の器具であって、前記ハンドルが本体と、前記本体から延在する第2の嵌合要素とを備える、第2の器具と
を備え、
前記第2の嵌合要素が前記第1の嵌合要素と係合して、前記第2の器具を前記第1の器具に固定し、それにより、前記第2の器具が前記第1の器具に対して近位に並進することを防止される、送達システム。 - 前記孔が、前記チャネルと連通しかつ同軸である、請求項11に記載の送達システム。
- 前記第1の嵌合要素が、前記内スリーブの外面から外向きに延在するフランジである、請求項11に記載の送達システム。
- 前記第2の嵌合要素が、片持ち構成で前記本体の第1の側から延在する第1のウィング部と、片持ち構成で前記本体の対向する第2の側から延在する第2のウィング部と、を備える、請求項13に記載の送達システム。
- 前記第1のウィング部が、前記第1の側から延在する延長部と、前記延長部から延在するタブとを備え、
前記第2のウィング部が、前記第2の側から延在する延長部と、前記第2のウィング部の前記延長部から延在するタブとを備え、
前記延長部はそれぞれ、前記シャフトによって画定された長手方向軸に平行に延在し、前記タブはそれぞれ、前記長手方向軸に対して垂直に延在し、
前記タブは前記フランジに係合して、前記第2の器具を前記第1の器具に固定する、請求項14に記載の送達システム。 - 前記タブが互いに面する、請求項15に記載の送達システム。
- 前記本体が、前記シャフトと同軸の筒部を含み、前記筒部は、ねじ切りされた外面と、前記シャフトの内腔と連通しかつ同軸である開口部を画定する内面とを含む、請求項11に記載の送達システム。
- 前記筒部に結合された注入器を更に備え、前記注入器が中に骨セメントを備え、前記注入器が、前記開口部及び前記内腔を通して前記孔内に前記骨セメントを送達するように構成されている、請求項17に記載の送達システム。
- 前記第1の端部が、本体と、前記第1の端部の前記本体に取り外し可能に結合された先端部とを備え、前記先端部が、前記チャネルと連通しかつ同軸である孔を備える、請求項11に記載の送達システム。
- 送達システムであって、
ねじ切りされたねじと、前記ねじに結合された頭部とを備える骨締結具であって、前記ねじが、複数の平面内で前記頭部に対して回転可能であり、前記ねじが、前記ねじの対向端部を通って延在する孔を画定する内面を備え、前記ねじが、前記ねじの前記内面及び対向外面を通って延在する開口部を備え、前記頭部がねじ切りされた内面を有する、骨締結具と、
通路を画定する外スリーブを備えるドライバであって、前記通路内に回転可能に配置された第1の端部と、フランジを含む第2の端部とを有する内スリーブを備え、前記第1の端部が、前記ねじ切りされた内面を係合して前記内スリーブを前記頭部に結合するねじ切りされた外面を備え、前記第1の端部が、前記内スリーブを前記ねじに結合するために、前記孔に配置された先端部を備え、前記内スリーブがチャネルを画定する、ドライバと、
