Abstract
Description
図1〜図3は、原寸に比例したものではなく、本発明による実施形態で用いられるいくつかの原理を抽象的に示す概略図である。
本出願は、2018年4月30日に出願された米国特許出願公開第15/967、197号明細書に対する優先権を主張する。この出願の開示は、その全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
Claims (13)
- 縦長の鋳造製品(10)の長手方向軸線が垂直方向に配置されるように鋳造ピット(15)内に配置される、前記鋳造製品(10)を前記鋳造ピット(15)から取り出すことを目的とする持ち上げ装置(1)であって、
前記鋳造ピット(15)を囲む地面(25)、特に鋳造施設の床に、任意選択的に永久的に、固定される支持構造体(20)と、
第1の縦長の持ち上げアーム(31)と第2の縦長の持ち上げアーム(32)とを備えた持ち上げ構造体(30)であって、前記第1の持ち上げアーム(31)及び前記第2の持ち上げアーム(32)が各々、それぞれの支持軸受(40)を介して前記支持構造体(20)に回転可能に接続され、並びに頭部(45)が、前記第1の持ち上げアーム(31)及び前記第2の持ち上げアーム(32)に対して横断方向に配置され、且つ前記第1の持ち上げアーム(31)及び前記第2の持ち上げアーム(32)に接続される、前記持ち上げ構造体(30)と
を備え、
前記頭部(45)が、前記持ち上げ構造体(30)に回転可能に接続されるとともに、前記鋳造製品(10)に選択的に取り付くことができ、且つ持ち上げ距離(L)が前記支持軸受(40)と前記頭部(45)との間に画定され、
前記装置(1)が、前記鋳造製品(10)を前記鋳造ピット(15)から持ち上げるために、前記鋳造ピット内で前記鋳造製品に接触するように、前記支持軸受の周囲で前記持ち上げ構造体(30)を第1の方向に回転させ、前記頭部を前記鋳造製品に選択的に取り付け、
前記鋳造製品を前記鋳造ピット(15)から、特に前記鋳造ピット(15)から外に持ち上げるために前記頭部(45)が前記鋳造製品(10)に取り付けられたまま、前記支持軸受(40)の周囲で前記持ち上げ構造体(30)を反対の第2の方向に回転させるように構成される、
持ち上げ装置(1)。 - 前記持ち上げ構造体(30)が、前記持ち上げ距離(L)を調整する手段(50)を備える、請求項1に記載の持ち上げ装置(1)。
- 前記持ち上げ距離(L)を調整する前記手段(50)が、前記持ち上げ構造体(30)を互いに対して移動可能なセグメント(31a、32a、31b、32b)に分割する少なくとも1つの軸受によって実現され、請求項1を参照する限りにおいて、前記第1の持ち上げアーム(31)及び前記第2の持ち上げアーム(32)が各々、前記それぞれの持ち上げアーム(31、32)を互いに対して移動可能なセグメント(31a、31b、32a、32b)に分割/連接する少なくとも1つの軸受を備える、請求項2に記載の持ち上げ装置(1)。
- 前記持ち上げ距離(L)を調整する前記手段(50)が、軸方向に調整可能な少なくとも1つの軸受、特に軸方向に調整可能な直動伸縮軸受によって実現される、請求項2又は3に記載の持ち上げ装置(1)。
- 前記軸受が回転軸受である、請求項3又は4に記載の持ち上げ装置(1)。
- 前記持ち上げ構造体(30)が、少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ、特に油圧アクチュエータ、空気圧アクチュエータ又は電動アクチュエータを備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の持ち上げ装置(1)。
- 前記頭部(45)が、同時に2つ以上の鋳造製品(10)に選択的に取り付くことができるように構成される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の持ち上げ装置(1)。
- 複数の鋳造製品(10)が、マトリックス配列を形成するように、前記持ち上げ距離(L)の方向を横断する横列と前記持ち上げ距離(L)の方向に平行な縦列とで前記鋳造ピット(15)内に配置され、
前記頭部が、横一列の全ての鋳造製品(10)に同時に取り付くように構成され、且つ前記マトリックス配列の横列の数に対応する多数の持ち上げ作業で全ての鋳造製品(10)を前記鋳造ピット(15)から持ち上げることができるように、前記持ち上げ距離(L)を調整することによって前記マトリックス配列から横列が選択される、請求項2〜6のいずれか一項を参照する限りにおいて請求項7に記載の持ち上げ装置(1)。 - 前記装置(1)が、前記鋳造製品(10)を垂直方向から水平方向に回転させるための手段(70、75、80)を備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の持ち上げ装置(1)。
- 前記持ち上げ構造体(30)が、前記頭部(45)の垂直運動と前記頭部(45)の水平運動とを互いに別々に制御できるように構成される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の持ち上げ装置(1)。
- 縦長の鋳造製品(10)が、鋳造ピット(15)内にマトリックス配列を形成する縦列及び横列で配置され、且つ前記鋳造ピット(15)内の前記鋳造製品(10)の長手方向が垂直方向である、前記鋳造製品(10)を請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の持ち上げ装置によって鋳造ピット(15)から取り出すことを目的とする方法であって、
前記鋳造ピット(15)から外に持ち上げるべき鋳造製品(10)の横列を決定することと、
持ち上げ装置(1)の静止部、特に支持構造体(20)と、前記鋳造ピット(15)から持ち上げるべき鋳造製品(10)の前記列との間の距離を決定することと、
前記距離の前記決定に基づいて前記持ち上げ装置(1)の持ち上げ距離(L)を調整することと、
前記持ち上げ装置の頭部(45)を鋳造製品(10)の前記横列に向けて移動させるために、前記静止部(20)を中心に前記持ち上げ装置(1)の持ち上げ構造体(30)を第1の方向に回転させることと、
前記頭部(45)を鋳造製品の前記決定した横列の前記鋳造製品(10)に取り付けることと、
前記鋳造製品(10)を前記鋳造ピット(15)から外に持ち上げるために、前記鋳造製品(10)が前記頭部(45)に取り付けられた状態で前記持ち上げ構造体(30)を反対の第2の方向に回転させることと、
前記頭部(45)に取り付けられた各鋳造製品(10)の長手方向軸線を前記垂直方向から水平方向に回転させるように前記鋳造製品(10)を回転させることと
を含む方法。 - 請求項8に記載の持ち上げ装置(1)を用いて前記方法を実行することをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記鋳造製品(10)が、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金からなる、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法又は装置。
