・ 外側ペイン、第1の中間層、第2の中間層、及び内側ペインからなるスタック配列であって、前記中間層は、それぞれの場合において、少なくとも1つの可塑剤を有する少なくとも1つの熱可塑性ポリマーフィルムを含む、スタック配列と、
・ 電気的に制御可能な光学特性を有する機能的要素が、前記第1の中間層と前記第2の中間層との間に、少なくとも部分的に配置され、
ここで、少なくとも1つのバリアフィルムが、前記第1の中間層と前記機能的要素との間、及び前記機能的要素と前記第2の中間層との間に配置され、このバリアフィルムは、少なくとも部分的に、前記機能的要素を越えた張り出し部uを有している。

Claims (17)
- 電気的に制御可能な光学特性を有する機能的要素(5)を有する複合ペイン(100)の製造方法であって、少なくとも
a)第1のバリアフィルム(4a)と第1の中間層(3a)及び/又は第2のバリアフィルム(4b)と第2の中間層(3b)とを、互いに一時的又は永久的に固定的に接合し、
b)外側ペイン(1)、前記第1の中間層(3a)、前記第1のバリアフィルム(4a)、電気的に制御可能な光学特性を有する機能的要素(5)、前記第2のバリアフィルム(4b)、前記第2の中間層(3b)、及び内側ペイン(2)からなるスタック配列を、この空間的順序で互いに上方に配置し、
c)スタック配列を、ラミネーションによって結合させる、
方法。 - 埋め込まれた機能的要素(5)を有する中間層が、前記第1の中間層(3a)及び前記第2の中間層(3b)から形成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のバリアフィルム(4a)及び前記第2のバリアフィルム(4b)が、互いに上方に実質的に一致して配置されている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記バリアフィルム(4a、4b)が、前記機能的要素(5)を越えて張り出し部uを有するように配置され、前記機能的要素(5)が、少なくとも部分的に、好ましくは完全に前記バリアフィルム(4a、4b)で覆われている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記バリアフィルム(4a、4b)が、接着剤結合(7a、7b)によって、溶融結合によって、及び/又はプレス結合によって、前記中間層(3a、3b)に永久的に結合されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記バリアフィルム(4a、4b)及び前記中間層(3a、3b)が、溶媒によって、好ましくは有機溶媒によって、特に好ましくはアセトン、アルコール、特にエタノール、イソプロパノール、又はクロロホルムによって互いに結合され、好ましくは、工程b)のスタック配列の配置の前及び/若しくは後に、並びに/又は工程c)の間に、前記溶媒を揮発させる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法で製造された複合ペイン(100)であって、前記中間層(3a、3b)が、少なくとも1つの可塑剤を有する少なくとも1つの熱可塑性ポリマーフィルムを含み、前記バリアフィルム(4a、4b)が、可塑剤の拡散を、前記バリアフィルム(4a、4b)を介して防止するように実装されている、複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記中間層(3a、3b)が、少なくとも3wt%、好ましくは少なくとも5wt%、特に好ましくは少なくとも20wt%、さらに好ましくは少なくとも30wt%、特に少なくとも40wt%の可塑剤を含み、前記可塑剤が、好ましくはトリエチレングリコール又はテトラエチレングリコールの脂肪族ジエステル、特に好ましくはトリエチレングリコールビス−(2−エチルヘキサノエート)を含むか、又はそれである、請求項7に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記中間層(3a、3b)が、少なくとも60wt%、好ましくは少なくとも70wt%、特に好ましくは少なくとも90wt%、特に少なくとも97wt%のポリビニルブチラール(PVB)を含む、請求項7又は8に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記機能的要素(5)が、ポリマー分散液晶(PDLC)フィルムである、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記バリアフィルム(4a、4b)は、可塑剤が少なく又は可塑剤を含まず、好ましくはポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)又はポリフッ化ビニル(PVF)又はポリエチレン(PE)を含むか、又はそれである、請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記機能的要素(5)を越えた前記バリアフィルム(4a、4b)の張り出し部uが、少なくとも0.5mm、好ましくは少なくとも2mm、特に好ましくは少なくとも5mm、特に少なくとも10mmである、請求項7〜11のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記機能的要素(5)を越えた前記バリアフィルム(4a、4b)の張り出し部uが、50mm未満、好ましくは30mm未満、特に好ましくは20mm未満である、請求項7〜12のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記バリアフィルム(4a、4b)が、前記機能的要素(5)の側端部(5.1、5.2、5.3、5.4)に沿って枠状に配置されている、請求項7〜13のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記バリアフィルム(4a、4b)が、前記工程c)のラミネート工程の後に、前記張り出し部uの領域において互いに固定的に接合されている、請求項7〜14のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記機能的要素(5)及び前記バリアフィルム(4a、4b)が、第3の中間層(3c)によって周方向に取り囲まれている、請求項7〜15のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 車両若しくは建物の内側グレージング又は外側グレージングとしての請求項7〜16のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に制御可能な機能的要素(5)を有する複合ペイン(100)の使用であって、前記電気的に制御可能な機能的要素(5)を、サンスクリーン又はプライバシースクリーンとして使用する、使用。
