Claims (15)
- 超音波画像における解剖学的測定値を取得するためのコンピュータ実装方法であって、
前記超音波画像内の二つ又はそれより多くのユーザ選択ポイントのセットを表すユーザ入力データを受信するステップと、
前記画像内で、前記ユーザ選択ポイントの少なくとも1つの位置に対応する解剖学的領域を識別するステップと、
前記ユーザ選択ポイントのセットの幾何学的特徴を識別するステップと、
測定テンプレートの事前記憶されるセットにアクセスするステップであって、セット内の各測定テンプレートは一つ又はそれより多くの既知の解剖学的領域及び幾何学的特徴に関連付けられており、前記識別される解剖学的領域及び幾何学的特徴に関連付けられる測定テンプレートを選択するステップと、
前記測定テンプレートを使用して、ユーザ規定ポイントのセットから解剖学的測定値を導出するステップと
を有する、方法。 - 前記幾何学的特徴を識別するステップは、前記ポイントの少なくとも一つのサブセットによって記述されるパターン又は線の形状を識別するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記測定値を導出する際に使用される前記測定テンプレートに従って、前記測定値にラベル付け又はタグ付けするステップをさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記幾何学的特徴が、前記ポイントのセット内の幾何学的パターン又は前記ポイントの幾何学的特徴を有する、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記幾何学的特徴は、前記2つのポイントの間の分離の前記形態で前記ポイントの幾何学的特徴を有する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 測定テンプレートを選択する前記ステップは、最初に、前記識別される解剖学的領域及び幾何学パターンに関連付けられる測定テンプレートのセットを識別し、その後、ユーザ入力に基づいて前記セットの1つを選択するステップを有する、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記解剖学的領域を決定するステップは、前記超音波画像に対して画像セグメンテーションプロシージャを実行するステップを有する、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、胎児測定方法であり、前記解剖学的領域は、前記画像に取り込まれる胎児の領域である、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、生体測定を取得するための生体測定方法である、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、胎児の生体測定値を取得するためのものであり、オプションとして、前記方法は、両頭頂径、BPD、頭囲、HC、腹囲、AC、大腿骨の長さ、FL、頸部の半透明性、NT、及びクラウンランプの長さ、CRLの測定値の一つ又はそれより多くを取得するためのものである、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記得られた測定値を、前記適用されるラベル又はタグと共に記憶するステップをさらに有する、請求項3乃至10の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- コンピュータ上で実行されるとき、請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の方法を実行するように適応されるコンピュータプログラムコードを有するコンピュータプログラム手段。
- 超音波画像の解剖学的測定値を得るための画像分析装置であって、前記装置は、
異なる解剖学的測定を実行する際の使用のための測定テンプレートの予め記憶されるセットを有するデータベースであって、前記セット内の各測定テンプレートは、一つ又はそれより多くの既知の解剖学的領域及び幾何学的特徴に関連付けられる、データベースと、
測定プロセッサであって、
前記超音波画像内の二つ又はそれより多くのユーザ選択ポイントのセットを表すユーザ入力データを受信し、
前記画像内で、前記ユーザ選択ポイントの少なくとも1つの位置に対応する解剖学的領域を識別し、
前記ユーザ選択ポイントのセットの幾何学的特徴を識別し、
測定テンプレートの前記事前記憶されるセットから、前記識別される解剖学的領域及び幾何学的特徴に関連付けられる測定テンプレートを選択し、
前記測定テンプレートを使用して、ユーザ規定ポイントの前記セットから解剖学的測定値を導き出す
ように構成される測定プロセッサと
を有する、画像分析装置。 - 前記超音波画像内の前記ユーザ選択ポイントのセットを入力する際のユーザによる使用のためのユーザインターフェース手段をさらに有する、請求項13に記載の画像分析装置。
- 超音波撮像装置であって、
超音波画像データを取得するための一つ又はそれより多くの超音波撮像プローブと、
前記画像データを処理して超音波画像を導出するように構成される画像プロセッサと、
前記導出される超音波画像において解剖学的測定値を取得するように適応される、請求項13又は14に記載の画像分析装置と
を有する、超音波撮像装置。
