- 上流部分と下流部分とを有する単一ジャンクションであって、前記上流部分と前記下流部分との間に複数の湾曲した流体経路を画定する前記単一ジャンクションと、
前記複数の湾曲した流体経路のうちの少なくとも1つと流体連通するように前記ジャンクションにシールされた少なくとも1つの可撓性流体導管と、
前記少なくとも1つの可撓性流体導管に接続された少なくとも1つの容器と、を備え、
前記上流部分及び前記下流部分の少なくとも1つは、前記複数の流体経路にそれぞれ対応する複数の雄インサートを備え、前記複数の雄インサートは、流体連通を容易にするために少なくとも1つの流体導管に挿入される、
流体移送組立体。 - 前記少なくとも1つの容器が、バッグ、ビーカー、ボトル、キャニスター、フラスコ、タンク、バット、バイアル、チューブ、シリンジ、又はこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項20に記載の流体移送組立体。
- 前記単一ジャンクションは、材料の複数の層から形成され、各層はほぼ同じ厚さである、請求項20に記載の流体移送組立体。

請求項20に記載の流体移送組立体。 - 前記少なくとも1つの可撓性流体導管は、各インサートが前記少なくとも1つの可撓性流体導管のそれぞれの管腔と係合するように、前記複数の雄インサートと等しい複数の管腔を備える、請求項20に記載の流体移送組立体。
- 前記複数の雄インサートが、互いに実質的に平行である、請求項20に記載の流体移送組立体。
- 前記複数の雄インサートが、前記ジャンクションの中心軸線の周りに放射状に配置される、請求項20に記載の流体移送組立体。
- 前記ジャンクションは、前記複数の雄インサートのうちの1つの雄インサートに隣接する標識を含み、前記雄インサートのうちの1つの雄インサートに隣接する前記標識は、前記ジャンクションの中心軸線に沿ってアクセス可能な流体経路に対応する、請求項28に記載の流体移送組立体。
- 付加製造装置を用いて材料の連続した層を形成して、上流部分と下流部分とを有する単一ジャンクションを形成する工程であって、前記単一ジャンクションは前記上流部分と前記下流部分との間に複数の湾曲した流体経路を画定し、前記上流部分及び前記下流部分の少なくとも1つは、前記複数の流体経路にそれぞれ対応する複数の雄インサートを含む、前記工程と、
前記複数の雄インサートの少なくとも1つを可撓性流体導管の管腔へ挿入する工程と、
前記可撓性流体導管を前記ジャンクションに固定する工程と、
を含む流体移送組立体の製造方法。 - 前記堆積する工程は、前記複数の流体経路から密封された中空キャビティを前記ジャンクション内に形成する工程を含む、請求項30に記載の流体移送組立体の製造方法。
- 前記可撓性流体導管を前記ジャンクションに固定する工程は、前記導管を前記ジャンクションにオーバーモールディングすることを含む、請求項30に記載の流体移送組立体の製造方法。
- さらに、前記ジャンクション及び前記可撓性流体導管を実質的に無菌状態にする工程と、
使用の準備ができるまで実質的に無菌状態を維持するために、前記ジャンクション及び前記可撓性流体導管を包装する工程と、
を含む請求項30に記載の流体移送組立体の製造方法。 - さらに、前記ジャンクションの外部表面を処理する工程を含む、請求項30に記載の流体移送組立体の製造方法。
- 単一ジャンクションを介した流体移送の方法であって、
前記単一ジャンクションの上流部分に接続された第1の容器に流体を提供する工程であって、前記上流部分は、前記第1の容器のコネクタに係合するための接続組立体を有する、前記工程と、
前記単一ジャンクションを通って画定された複数の流体経路の1つ以上の湾曲した流体経路を通して流体を移送する工程と、
可撓性導管を介して前記単一ジャンクションの下流端と連通する第2の容器内の流体を受け入れる工程と、
を含む、単一ジャンクションを介した流体移送の方法。
