Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a torsional vibration reducing device that reduces fluctuations in input torque (torsional vibration), and more particularly to a device that reduces torsional vibration by vibrating an inertial body with a delay with respect to a rotating body to which torque is input. It is a thing.
An example of this type of device is described in Patent Document 1. The device is capable of relative rotation and torque transmission between a rotating body that rotates by receiving torque, an inertial body provided concentrically with the rotating body on the outer side in the radial direction of the rotating body, and the rotating body and the inertial body. It is equipped with a rolling element that can be connected as possible. A support portion is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the rotating body to restrain the rolling element in the rotation direction of the rotating body and to allow the rolling element to move in the radial direction of the rotating body. A rolling surface on which the rolling element is pressed by centrifugal force is formed at a position corresponding to the support portion in the inertial body. The rolling surface is a concave curved surface whose central portion is recessed outward in the radial direction of the rotating body. The radius of curvature of the rolling surface is smaller than the radius from the rotation center axis of the rotating body at the position where the rolling surface is provided. In the circumferential direction of the rotating body, the central portion of the rolling surface is located at the position farthest from the rotation center axis of the rotating body. Therefore, when the rolling element is pressed against the rolling surface by centrifugal force and the torque does not fluctuate, the rolling element is located at the center of the rolling surface. When the rolling element is removed from the central portion of the rolling surface, the component force caused by the centrifugal force acting on the rolling element acts as a torque in the direction of matching the central portion of the rolling surface with the rolling element. Therefore, when the torque input to the rotating body fluctuates, the rolling element reciprocates relatively along the rolling surface.
The rolling element frequently reciprocates in the radial direction with respect to the support portion due to the vibration of the torque input to the rotating body, and frequently rolls along the rolling surface. Therefore, friction is inevitably generated at the contact portion and the sliding portion between the rolling element and the support portion and the rolling surface. In Patent Document 1, in order to suppress wear at the contact portion and the sliding portion, the torsional vibration reducing device is immersed in oil, or oil is forcibly or indirectly applied to the rolling element or the rolling surface. It is stated that it will be supplied and lubricated. Furthermore, by providing a wall member or a cover member on the inertial body, the flow of oil flowing toward the rolling element in the circumferential direction is changed, and the reciprocating movement of the rolling element is hindered by the resistance that the rolling element receives from the oil. It is described to suppress that.
The action of pressing the rolling element against the rolling surface and the reciprocating movement of the rolling element along the rolling surface due to torque fluctuations occur when the centrifugal force generated in the rolling element is larger than gravity due to the high rotation speed of the rotating body. .. On the other hand, when the rotation speed of the rotating body is low, the centrifugal force generated in the rolling body becomes smaller than the gravity, and the rolling body falls due to gravity. When the rolling element falls with respect to the rotating body, the rolling element may collide with the rotating body, which may cause abnormal noise or vibration. Therefore, a cushioning member is provided at a position corresponding to the inner portion of the support portion of the rotating body in the radial direction of the rotating body to receive the rolling body falling with respect to the rotating body due to gravity, so that the rotating body collides with the rolling body. , It is being studied to suppress the generation of abnormal noise and vibration accompanying it. However, when the oil for lubricating the contact portion and the sliding portion described above is supplied to the torsional vibration reducing device provided with such a cushioning member, the cushioning member is located inside the rolling element in the radial direction. The oil adheres to the rotating body, and the flow of oil toward the contact portion or the sliding portion is blocked by the cushioning member due to the centrifugal force. As a result, there is a possibility that the amount of oil that lubricates the sliding portion or the contact portion is insufficient, and the contact portion or the sliding portion is worn, resulting in deterioration of the durability of the device as a whole.
The present invention was conceived by paying attention to the above technical problems, and is a torsional vibration reducing device capable of lubricating a contact portion or a sliding portion with a small amount of oil without deteriorating the vibration damping performance. Is intended to provide.
In order to achieve the above object, a rotating body that rotates by transmitting torque, an inertial body that is arranged coaxially with the rotating body so as to be relatively rotatable with respect to the rotating body, and the rotating body and the above. A rolling element that connects to the inertial body so that it can rotate relative to each other and can transmit torque, and a rolling element that is formed on the outer peripheral portion of the rotating body to regulate the movement of the rolling element in the rotational direction of the rotating body, and A support portion that holds the rolling element so that it can move outward from a predetermined limit position in the radial direction of the rotating body, and a curvature formed on the inner peripheral portion of the inertial body and having a curvature larger than the outer diameter of the rolling element. A rolling surface that is recessed in an arc shape with a radius and opens toward the center of rotation of the inertial body, the rolling element is pressed by centrifugal force, and the rolling element reciprocates while rolling due to fluctuations in the torque. It is provided with a cushioning member that comes into contact with a part of the rolling element and suppresses the rolling element from reaching the limit position in the support portion, and the torsional vibration of the rotating body is caused by the relative rotation of the inertial body with respect to the rotating body. In the torsional vibration reducing device, the cushioning member is provided at a position corresponding to the inner portion of the support portion on at least one side surface of the side surface in the axial direction of the rotating body, and the above-mentioned The cushioning member is characterized by having an oil supply unit that is attached to one of the side surfaces and supplies oil to the support portion that flows outward in the radial direction of the rotating body by centrifugal force. Is.
In the torsional vibration reducing device of the present invention, the rolling element is located on at least one side surface of both side surfaces of the rotating body in the axial direction and at a position corresponding to the inner portion of the support portion, and at a limit position in the support portion. A cushioning member is provided to prevent the vehicle from reaching. Therefore, when the rotating body rotates by receiving torque, the oil adhering to one side surface of the rotating body receives centrifugal force and flows outward in the radial direction, and collects on the inner portion of the cushioning member. The cushioning member is formed with an oil supply portion that supplies oil adhering to one wall surface of the rotating body and receiving centrifugal force to the support portion. Therefore, the oil collected as described above is supplied to the support portion via the oil supply portion by centrifugal force. In this way, oil is supplied to the support portion and the rolling element, the sliding portion and the contact portion between the supporting portion and the rolling element can be lubricated, and the progress of wear in those portions can be suppressed. That is, it is possible to prevent or suppress the flow of oil toward the sliding portion or the contact portion by the cushioning member, and prevent or suppress the shortage of the amount of oil for lubricating the sliding portion or the contact portion. Further, the oil that lubricates the support portion further moves outward in the radial direction due to centrifugal force, reaches the rolling surface located on the outer peripheral side of the supporting portion in the radial direction, lubricates the rolling surface, and rolls. The progress of wear on the moving surface can be suppressed. Further, in the present invention, the oil adhering to the rotating body is collected by centrifugal force, and the collected oil lubricates the sliding portion, the contact portion, and the like, so that the amount of oil used for lubrication can be reduced. That is, since the oil is not excessively supplied, it is possible to prevent or suppress that the oil stays excessively on the rolling surface, the reciprocating movement of the rolling element is hindered by the viscous resistance of the oil, and the vibration damping performance is deteriorated. ..
The torsional vibration reducing device according to the embodiment of the present invention is configured to reciprocate the inertial body in response to the vibration of the torque input to the rotating body, and reduce the torsional vibration of the rotating body by the reciprocating motion of the inertial body. ing. The rotating body and the inertial body are connected to each other via a rolling body so as to be relatively rotatable and torque transferable. Therefore, in the torsional vibration reducing device according to the embodiment of the present invention, a portion where the rolling element slides and contacts the rotating body or the inertial body (hereinafter, referred to as a sliding portion or a contact portion) is provided. Yes, they are configured to lubricate their sliding and contact parts with oil. In the example shown here, the torsional vibration reducing device according to the embodiment of the present invention is arranged in the case where the oil is scattered, and the sliding portion and the contact portion are lubricated by the oil scattered in the case. It has become.

The torsional vibration reducing device 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention is, in essence, housed or arranged in a case where oil is scattered. In the example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the torsional vibration reducing device 1 includes a
The so-called main body of the
Since the rolling element 4 is held by the guide portion 5, it rotates together with the
The rolling element 4 has a substantially H-shaped cross-sectional shape by integrating a
Next, the
Of the outer peripheral portion of the
As described above, the rolling element 4 is restrained in the rotational direction by the groove of the guide portion 5 with respect to the
Further, in the central portion 12a of the rolling
The
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the cushioning
Since the cushioning
In the example shown in FIG. 3, the inner wall surface (hereinafter referred to as the inner wall surface) 15c of the cushioning
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line IV-IV shown in FIG. In the example shown in FIG. 4, the
The
Next, the operation of the above-mentioned torsional vibration reducing device 1 will be described. Torque is input to the
When the rolling element 4 is deviated from the central portion 12a of the rolling
On the other hand, when the torque input to the
Further, as described above, since the torsional vibration reducing device 1 is housed or arranged in the case where the oil is scattered, the oil scattered from the device or the member around the torsional vibration reducing device 1 is the
Since the rolling
Further, when the rotation speed of the
(Second Embodiment)
FIG. 5 is a front view showing an example of a cushioning member according to the second embodiment of the present invention. The example shown here is an example in which the
Next, the operation of the second embodiment will be described. When oil scattered from devices and members around the torsional vibration reducing device 1 adheres to one side surface of the
Therefore, even in the second embodiment shown in FIG. 5, similarly to the first embodiment, the sliding portion and the contact portion of the torsional vibration reducing device 1 according to the present invention are not immersed in oil, and are around the sliding portion and the contact portion. Sliding parts and contact parts can be lubricated with a small amount of oil scattered from devices and members. Further, since the curvature of the
(Third Embodiment)
FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing a part of the torsional vibration reducing device according to the third embodiment of the present invention. In the example shown here, instead of forming the
Next, the operation of the third embodiment will be described. When oil scattered from the devices and members around the torsional vibration reducing device 1 adheres to the side surface of the
Therefore, even in the third embodiment shown in FIG. 6, the sliding portion and the contact portion of the torsional vibration reducing device 1 according to the present invention are immersed in oil as in the first embodiment and the second embodiment. Instead, the sliding and contact parts can be lubricated with a small amount of oil scattered from the surrounding devices and members. Further, since the oil does not excessively stay on the rolling
When the centrifugal force acting on the rolling element 4 is smaller than the gravity due to the low rotation speed of the
(Fourth Embodiment)
FIG. 7 is a front view showing an example of a cushioning member according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. The example shown here is an example in which the
Next, the operation of the fourth embodiment will be described. When oil scattered from the devices and members around the torsional vibration reducing device 1 adheres to the side surface of the
Therefore, even in the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 7, similarly to each embodiment, the device around the sliding portion and the contact portion of the torsional vibration reducing device 1 according to the present invention are not immersed in oil. The sliding and contact parts can be lubricated with a small amount of oil scattered from the parts and members. Further, since the curvature of the
