図1に示すように、内視鏡システム10は、内視鏡12と、光源装置14と、カメラヘッド15と、プロセッサ装置16と、モニタ18と、コンソール19と、を備える。
上記第1実施形態では、第2モードにおいて観察画像とICG画像とを生成している。これに対し、第2実施形態では、第2モードにおいて観察画像と赤色酸素飽和度画像とを生成する。なお、第1モードにおいては、第2実施形態も第1実施形態と同様の手順で観察画像と青色酸素飽和度画像とを生成するため、第1モードの説明は省略する。

Claims (11)
- 被写体を照明し、被写体からの戻り光を撮像する内視鏡システムにおいて、
赤色光、緑色光、青色光を含む白色光からなる通常光と、前記赤色光、前記緑色光、前記青色光とはピーク波長の異なる第1特定光と、を発光する光源と、
前記第1特定光により照明された被写体からの戻り光である第1特定戻り光を透過させ、前記通常光により照明された被写体からの戻り光である通常戻り光を反射する分光素子と、
前記通常戻り光が入射する通常撮像素子と、
前記第1特定戻り光が入射する特定撮像素子と、
を備えた内視鏡システム。 - 第1特定光は、波長473nmの第1青色光を含み、
前記通常光は、波長445nmの第2青色光を含む請求項1に記載の内視鏡システム。 - 前記光源は、前記赤色光、前記緑色光、前記青色光、前記第1特定光とはピーク波長の異なる第2特定光を発光し、
前記分光素子は、前記第2特定光により照明された被写体からの戻り光である第2特定戻り光を透過させ、
前記特定撮像素子には、前記第2特定戻り光が入射する請求項1または2に記載の内視鏡システム。 - 前記第2特定光は、波長805nmの励起光を含み、
前記第2特定戻り光は、前記励起光により励起された波長835nmの蛍光を含む請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡システム。 - 前記分光素子と前記特定撮像素子との間に、前記励起光をカットする光学素子を設けた請求項4に記載の内視鏡システム。
- 前記光学素子は、ノッチフィルタである請求項5に記載の内視鏡システム。
- 前記通常光は、波長640nmの第1赤色光を含み、
前記第2特定光は、波長800nmの第2赤色光を含む請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡システム。 - 前記第1特定光の光量を、複数段階のいずれかに制御する光量制御部を備えた請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡システム。
- 前記特定撮像素子は、露光時間を変化させ、撮像画像の輝度を制御する請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡システム。
- 前記特定撮像素子は、モノクロ撮像センサである請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡システム。
- 前記分光素子は、ダイクロイックフィルタである請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡システム。
