Abstract
Description
本発明は、スキンパック包装体に関する。 The present invention relates to a skin pack package.
A skin pack package having a bottom material and a lid material and an object to be packaged between them is used. An example of such a skin pack package is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2016-222259 (Patent Document 1). Since the skin pack package is less likely to wrinkle and has a good appearance, it is suitably used for packaging, for example, ham, raw meat, cooked food, etc. as an object to be packaged. In a skin pack package, it is preferable that the bottom material and the lid material are firmly sealed, and
しかし、底材と蓋材とのシールが強過ぎると、開封時に大きな力が必要となって開けにくくなる。また、ヒートシール強度だけでは、スキンパック包装体の内部での被包装物のずれ難さを適切に評価できない場合があり、例えば搬送時等にスキンパック包装体の内部で被包装物がずれてしまう可能性があった。 However, if the seal between the bottom material and the lid material is too strong, a large force is required at the time of opening and it becomes difficult to open. In addition, the heat seal strength alone may not be sufficient to properly evaluate the difficulty of shifting the packaged object inside the skin pack package. For example, the packaged object may be displaced inside the skin pack package during transportation. There was a possibility that it would end up.
内部で被包装物がずれにくく、かつ、開封し易いスキンパック包装体の実現が望まれる。 It is desired to realize a skin pack package in which the object to be packaged does not easily slip inside and is easy to open.
発明者らは、鋭意研究の結果、シール前の状態での底材と蓋材との動摩擦係数を指標とすることで、スキンパック包装体の内部での被包装物のずれ難さを適切に評価できるとともに、合わせて、開封し易さも評価できることを見出した。 As a result of diligent research, the inventors used the coefficient of dynamic friction between the bottom material and the lid material in the state before sealing as an index to appropriately determine the resistance to slippage of the packaged object inside the skin pack package. It was found that not only can it be evaluated, but also the ease of opening can be evaluated.
本発明に係るスキンパック包装体は、
底材と蓋材とを備え、前記底材と前記蓋材との間に被包装物を有するスキンパック包装体であって、
JIS K 7125に準拠して測定される、シール前の状態での前記底材と前記蓋材との動摩擦係数が、0.15以上1未満である。
The skin pack package according to the present invention is
A skin pack package having a bottom material and a lid material, and having an object to be packaged between the bottom material and the lid material.
The coefficient of dynamic friction between the bottom material and the lid material in the state before sealing, which is measured according to JIS K 7125, is 0.15 or more and less than 1.
The coefficient of dynamic friction between the bottom material and the lid material before sealing can be measured in accordance with JIS K 7125. If the coefficient of dynamic friction between the bottom material and the lid material measured in this way before sealing is less than 0.15, the bottom material and the lid material are relatively easily displaced even after heat sealing, and the skin The object to be packaged tends to slip inside the package. On the other hand, when the coefficient of kinetic friction is 1 or more, the resistance when the bottom material and the lid material are peeled off after heat sealing becomes relatively large, and it becomes difficult to open the package. Therefore, by setting the coefficient of dynamic friction between the bottom material and the lid material in the state before sealing, which is measured in accordance with JIS K 7125, to 0.15 or more and less than 1, the packaged object is less likely to slip inside and the packaged object is not easily displaced. , A skin pack package that is easy to open can be realized.
以下、本発明の好適な態様について説明する。但し、以下に記載する好適な態様例によって、本発明の範囲が限定される訳ではない。 Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited by the preferred embodiments described below.
一態様として、
JIS Z 0238:1998に準拠して測定される、前記底材と前記蓋材との剥離強度が、0.7N/15mm以上6N/15mm以下であることが好ましい。
As one aspect

By using the peel strength between the bottom material and the lid material as an index, it is possible to more directly evaluate the peeling difficulty between the bottom material and the lid material, and the peel strength between the bottom material and the lid material is JIS Z. It can be measured according to 0238: 1998. If the peel strength measured in this way is less than 0.7 N / 15 mm, leakage may occur during the transportation of the skin pack package. On the other hand, if the peel strength exceeds 6 N / 15 mm, a large force is required at the time of opening and it becomes difficult to open. Therefore, by setting the peel strength between the bottom material and the lid material to 0.7 N / 15 mm or more and 6 N / 15 mm or less, which is measured in accordance with JIS Z 0238: 1998, while ensuring the sealing performance of the packaged object. , The ease of opening can be improved.

The
蓋材3の厚みは、特に限定されないが、例えば0.03mm以上0.5mm以下とすることができる。
The thickness of the
底材2及び蓋材3をそれぞれ構成する多層フィルムは、特に限定されないが、例えば共押出法、押出ラミネート法、及び熱ラミネート法等の各方法によって製膜することができる。

被包装物4は、例えば生肉、惣菜、食肉加工品、水産加工品、及び調理済食品等であって良い。被包装物4は、単一種のみであっても良いし、複数種が混在していても良い。 The packaged object 4 may be, for example, raw meat, prepared food, processed meat product, processed marine product, cooked food, or the like. The packaged object 4 may be a single type or a mixture of a plurality of types.
スキンパック包装体1を得るには、例えば底材2上に被包装物4を載置し、蓋材3を加熱して軟化させ、これを真空成型又は圧空成型することによって底材2及び被包装物4の外面に被着させる。そして、底材2と蓋材3との間を真空脱気しながら蓋材3のシーラント層33と底材2のシーラント層22とをヒートシールすることで、底材2と蓋材3との間に被包装物4を挟んで密着した状態でヒートシールされているスキンパック包装体1を得ることができる。
To obtain the
Since the
架橋度が43%以上の蓋材3を用いることで、架橋による強固な3次元構造が形成されているため、蓋材3の耐熱性を向上させることができるとともに、高温での機械的特性を向上させることができる。蓋材3の架橋度(ゲル分率)は、50%以上であることが好ましく、60%以上であることがより好ましい。
By using the

The

The coefficient of kinetic friction between the

As the anti-blocking agent, for example, inorganic particles, organic particles and the like can be used. Examples of the inorganic particles include particles such as silica, zeolite, talc, smectite, vermiculite, mica, and glass. Examples of the organic particles include particles such as acrylic resins, polyolefin resins, polystyrene resins, polyurethane resins, polyester resins, silicone resins, fluororesins, and copolymers thereof. It is preferably inorganic particles, more preferably silica or zeolite, and even more preferably silica. As the silica, either natural silica or synthetic silica may be used. Further, as the anti-blocking agent, only one kind may be used alone, or two or more kinds may be used in combination.

Further, in the
底材2と蓋材3との剥離強度は、0.8N/15mm以上であることが好ましく、1N/15mm以上であることがより好ましい。また、底材2と蓋材3との剥離強度は、5.5N/15mm以下であることが好ましく、5N/15mm以下であることがより好ましい。
The peel strength between the
底材2と蓋材3との剥離強度は、ヒートシール時の加熱温度、シール圧(枠シール部)、及びシール時間の少なくとも1つを調整することによって調整することができる。ヒートシール時の加熱温度は、例えば130℃〜170℃とすることができる。シール圧(枠シール部)は、例えば0.2MPa〜0.9MPaとすることができる。シール時間は、例えば面シール2秒〜25秒、枠シール0.5秒〜5秒とすることができる。
