Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a container, and more particularly to a container equipped with a cooling means for cooling the luggage compartment.
Conventionally, a freezing container capable of cooling the luggage compartment to below freezing point has been used for transporting frozen products. Conventional techniques for this type of refrigerated container or refrigerator include one equipped with an internal combustion engine as a drive source for the refrigerator (see, for example, Patent Document 1), an electric refrigerator mounted, and an external device such as an in-vehicle battery. Examples thereof include those that receive power from a power source (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
By the way, when an internal combustion engine is used as a drive source for a refrigerator, for example, in a container for a railroad vehicle, power is supplied to the refrigerator in a section where the use of the internal combustion engine is prohibited, such as the Seikan Tunnel. It was not possible to operate the internal combustion engine, and it was necessary to operate the container in consideration of the temperature rise in the luggage compartment during that time. Further, since the internal combustion engine is heavy and has a corresponding volume, in order to secure the volume of the luggage compartment, the mounting position of the internal combustion engine in the container is at the lower end closer to the end face. In addition, as a matter of course, it is necessary to consider the arrangement of the fuel filler port, the fuel tank, the exhaust pipe, and the like, and as a result, the installation location of other necessary equipment is also restricted. For example, the position of the controller of the refrigerator is located above the internal combustion engine, specifically, at an intermediate position in the height direction of the container. In this case, there is no problem in operability when the container is placed on the ground, but it is placed on a loading platform such as a container freight car, a truck, or a trailer, that is, a state where it is placed higher than the ground. In this case, the controller is located above the reach of the operator, which causes difficulty in operability. On the other hand, even if an electric refrigerator is installed and power is supplied from an in-vehicle battery as an external power source, the internal combustion engine cannot be operated in a place where an external power source cannot be secured. As with the on-board container, it was necessary to operate the container in consideration of the temperature rise in the luggage compartment.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to enable continuous operation of a refrigerator regardless of the operating environment in a container equipped with a cooling means for cooling the luggage compartment. In addition, the operability when operating the refrigerator is also to be improved.

Specifically, the
As shown in FIG. 4, the
In the illustrated example, the electric circuits constituting the power supply include an integrated controller 32, a DC-
As shown in FIG. 5, an
Further, as shown in FIGS. 1B and 8, the opening / closing
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, rubber packings 46 and 48 are doubly arranged on the end faces 16a to 16d of the
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the wall surface portion of the
Now, according to the embodiment of the present invention having the above configuration, it is possible to obtain the following effects.
In the
Further, in the
Further, in the
Further, in the
Further, the
Further, in the
In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, the
