Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a vibrating machine that transmits the power of an actuator to a vibrating portion in a linear motion via a connecting mechanism.
Conventionally, a vibration exciter described in
According to the above-mentioned conventional exciter, when the force beam is vibrated so as to reciprocate in the horizontal direction, the force beam and the actuator are connected by a rolling swivel for structural reasons, so that the force beam is horizontal. It causes directional rattling, which causes loud noise. Therefore, for example, there is a problem that it cannot be used under conditions such as a vehicle inspection device in which it is desired to hear abnormal noise and noise generated by the vibration target itself by vibrating the vibration target.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and provides a vibrating machine capable of suppressing the generation of noise when power is transmitted to a vibrating portion in a linear motion via a connecting mechanism. The purpose is to do.
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to
According to this exciter, the urging member urges the first support member and the second support member in a direction in which they are separated from each other. Therefore, the first curved surface portion of the first support member is the first connecting member. By making surface contact with the first spherical portion of the above, the first connecting member is pressed toward the first power transmission portion side, whereby the first connecting member is immovably engaged with the first power transmission portion side by the mechanism main body. Be stopped. Similarly, in the second support member, the second curved surface portion comes into surface contact with the second spherical portion of the second connecting member, thereby pressing the second connecting member toward the second power transmission portion, thereby pressing the second connecting member toward the second power transmission portion. , The second connecting member is immovably locked to the second power transmission unit side by the mechanism main body.
In the above state, when power is transmitted from the first power transmission unit to the second power transmission unit in a linear motion via the connecting mechanism, the first connecting member and the first support member are subjected to the second power by the power. It is pressed toward the transmission unit side and moves to the second power transmission unit side. At that time, the moving speed is reduced by the urging force of the urging member. In this way, as the moving speed of the first connecting member and the first supporting member is reduced, the generation of noise is suppressed. Further, the second support member is pressed toward the second power transmission unit side via the urging member, and the second connecting member is also pressed toward the second power transmission unit side, so that the power is transferred to the second power transmission unit side. It will be transmitted.
On the other hand, even when power is transmitted in a linear motion from the second power transmission unit to the first power transmission unit, the second connecting member and the second support member are subjected to the urging force of the urging member in the same manner as described above. As the moving speed of the vehicle is reduced, the generation of noise is suppressed. Therefore, when power is transmitted in a linear motion between the first power transmission unit and the second power transmission unit via the connecting mechanism, it is possible to suppress the generation of noise. As a result, when this exciter is applied to a vibrating device for vehicle inspection, noise and abnormal noise generated from the vibrating vehicle can be appropriately heard.
Further, the first hole of the first support member opens toward the second connecting member side, the inner peripheral surface extends from the opening toward the first connecting member side, and the second support member is the first connecting member. It is slidably fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the first hole via the outer peripheral surface extending from the tip on the member side toward the second power transmission portion side. Therefore, the length of the portion where the second support member is fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the first hole is the length at which the first support member and the second support member overlap each other in the power transmission direction. Equivalent to. Further, since the urging member is provided in the second hole with both ends in contact with the bottom surface of the first hole and the bottom surface of the second hole, the urging member is equal to the length of the overlapping portion. , Does not affect the length of the power transmission direction in the exciter. As described above, the size of the exciter can be reduced by the length of the first support member and the second support member overlapping in the power transmission direction.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, in the
According to this exciter, since the urging member is composed of a disc spring, the length of the exciter in the power transmission direction can be made more compact than when a coil spring or the like is used. .. Further, in a state where power is not transmitted, the second support member is held at a position where a gap exists between the tip surface on the first connecting member side and the bottom surface of the first hole by the urging force of the disc spring. .. In this case, since the second hole has a circular cross section orthogonal to the extending direction of the second hole, the edge of the opening of the second hole becomes circular, so that the first support member of the second support member has a circular cross section. The gap existing between the tip surface on the connecting member side and the bottom surface of the first hole has a shape like an annular groove.
On the other hand, the outer end of the disc spring is arranged so as to abut on the bottom surface of the first hole and close the gap between the tip surface on the first connecting member side and the bottom surface of the first hole. The outer end of the spring keeps this annular groove closed at all times. As a result, even when wear debris is generated due to wear between the two support members due to the vibrating operation by the vibrating machine, it is possible to prevent the wear debris from entering the second hole.

Further,
With the above configuration, the
The
On the other hand, behind the
Further, the
When the
As described above, the left half of the mounting table 2 is configured, and the right half of the mounting table 2 is similarly configured.
Next, in the
Next, the four
Next, the
Next, the vehicle V is moved so as to ride on the mounting table 2 from the
In this state, when the vibration control process is executed by the
Further, the
When the vibration operation is executed as described above and the inspection of the vehicle V is completed, the
In this state, when the vehicle V starts moving forward, the wheel W can easily escape from between the two
Next, the above-mentioned ball joint 20 will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 to 10. As shown in FIG. 8, the ball joint 20 is provided between one of the left and right ends of the
As shown in FIG. 9, the ball joint 20 includes a
In the present embodiment, the ball joint 20 corresponds to the connecting mechanism, the
The
The
The
The
The

The

Further, the

Further, the first
On the other hand, the
Further, the
A male screw (not shown) is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the
Further, a locknut 232 (see FIG. 8) is screwed into the male screw of the
Further, the
Further, inside the
The
The urging
With the above configuration, the inner end of the
When no load is applied to the ball joint 20 due to the urging force of the urging
That is, when wear debris is generated in the ball joint 20 due to sliding during operation of the
On the other hand, the second
On the other hand, the
Further, the
A male screw (not shown) is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the
Further, a locknut 262 (see FIG. 8) is screwed into the male screw of the
As described above, according to the
Similarly, in the
In the above state, when the
At that time, the
After that, when the
At that time, the
Further, in the case of the ball joint 20 configured as described above, as described below, the postures of the two
That is, in the horizontal posture shown in FIG. 11, both of the two
As described above, since the postures of the two
Further, the portion where the
In addition to this, since the urging
