Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for constructing a precast concrete structure and a connection structure thereof, and more particularly to a method for reducing the complexity of work and constructing a precast concrete structure more efficiently and a connection structure thereof.
To construct a road bridge, etc., a floor slab, which is a precast concrete member, is placed on a girder supported by a support such as a pier, and concrete is placed between adjacent floor slabs to make each other. A method of connecting is known (see, for example,
When a precast concrete member is used as the floor material when constructing the floor slab, the work man-hours can be significantly reduced as compared with the case where the member is formed by using cast-in-place concrete. However, it still takes a lot of work man-hours to arrange a large number of reinforcing bars at intervals in the width direction and the vertical direction in the defined space between the facing ends of the flooring material. Therefore, there is room for improvement in reducing the complexity of bar arrangement work and constructing the precast concrete structure more efficiently.
An object of the present invention is to provide a method capable of constructing a precast concrete structure more efficiently by reducing the complexity of work and a connecting structure thereof.
In order to achieve the above object, in the method for constructing a precast concrete structure of the present invention, one precast concrete member and the other precast concrete member are arranged so as to face each other with a gap, and the precast concrete member is arranged in the gap. A large number of reinforcing bars extending from each of the opposing ends toward the opposing ends on the opposite side are arranged with a lateral spacing and a vertical spacing. A precast concrete structure in which concrete is placed in the gap to solidify the concrete in which a large number of the reinforcing bars are embedded to connect and integrate the precast concrete members. In the construction method of the above, each of the opposite end portions is formed in a step shape having an upper end surface and a lower end surface protruding in a direction toward the opposite end portion on the opposite side of the upper end surface. A large number of reinforcing bar connecting portions arranged at lateral intervals are provided on the lower end surface, and a large number of upper reinforcing bars arranged at horizontal intervals are provided on each of the upper end surfaces on the opposite side. The protruding ends are projected in the direction toward the facing ends, the protruding ends are set within an allowable range so as not to protrude by a predetermined length or more from the lower end surface on the own side, and the respective precast concrete members are placed between the facing ends of each other. After arranging the above-mentioned gaps, a lower connecting reinforcing bar is connected to each of the above-mentioned reinforcing bar connecting portions and extends toward the opposite end of the other side, and extends from each of the opposite ends. In the lower reinforcing bar arranging work in which the lower connecting reinforcing bars are arranged in an overlapping state, the upper connecting reinforcing bars are arranged between the upper connecting reinforcing bars extending from the respective upper end faces and facing each other. This is characterized in that it is performed prior to the upper bar arrangement work in which the upper reinforcing bars facing each other are connected to each other.
In the connection structure of the precast concrete structure of the present invention, one precast concrete member and the other precast concrete member are arranged so that their opposing ends are spaced apart from each other, and a large number of reinforcing bars arranged in the gap. And a cast-in-place concrete portion in which a large number of the reinforcing bars are embedded and solidified by being placed in the gap by post-construction, and the large number of the reinforcing bars are opposed to each other from the opposite end portions. The concrete that extends toward the opposite end of the concrete and is arranged with a lateral spacing and is arranged with a vertical spacing, and the opposing precast concrete members are solidified. In the connection structure of the precast concrete structure which is connected and integrated via the portion, each of the facing ends protrudes from the upper end face and the upper end face in the direction toward the facing end on the other side. It is formed in a stepped shape having a lower end face, and each of the lower end faces has a large number of reinforcing bar connecting portions arranged at lateral intervals, and each of the upper end faces has a lateral direction. A large number of upper reinforcing bars arranged at intervals are set so as to project in the direction toward the opposite end on the mating side, and the protruding end does not protrude by a predetermined length or more from the lower end surface on the own side. A lower connecting reinforcing bar is connected to each of the reinforcing bar connecting portions, and extends toward the opposing end portion on the other side, and extends from the respective facing end portions. The connecting reinforcing bars are arranged in an overlapping state, and above the lower connecting reinforcing bars arranged in advance, between the upper reinforcing bars extending from the respective upper end faces and facing each other. It is characterized in that the upper reinforcing bars facing each other are connected to each other by the arranged upper connecting reinforcing bars.
According to the present invention, the opposite end portions of the respective precast concrete members are formed in a step shape having the upper end surface and the lower end surface. Further, the lower end surface has a large number of reinforcing bar connecting portions arranged at lateral intervals, and the upper end surface has a large number of upper reinforcing bars arranged at lateral intervals on the mating side. It is set in a range in which the protruding end protrudes toward the facing end portion of the above and the protruding end does not protrude by a predetermined length or more from the lower end surface on the own side. Therefore, in the gap between the facing ends, the lower reinforcing bars are arranged so that the lower connecting reinforcing bars extending from the facing ends overlap each other by using the respective reinforcing bar connecting portions. By performing the work in advance, it is possible to prevent the upper reinforcing bar from becoming an obstacle and an obstacle to the lower reinforcing bar arrangement work. Further, since the upper reinforcing bar arrangement work for connecting the upper reinforcing bars facing each other by the upper connecting reinforcing bar is performed above the lower connecting reinforcing bar that has already been arranged, the lower connecting reinforcing bar becomes an obstacle. You can avoid getting in the way. Therefore, the complexity of rebar arrangement work when connecting the precast concrete members is reduced, which is advantageous for more efficiently constructing the precast concrete structure.
Hereinafter, a method for constructing the precast concrete structure of the present invention and a connection structure thereof will be described based on the embodiment shown in the figure.
There are various precast concrete structures to be the subject of the present invention, but in this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the
The
A large number of lower reinforcing
In order to construct the
Each of the facing
The
On the
In this embodiment, the width
Next, the lower bar arrangement work is performed prior to the upper bar arrangement work. In the lower bar arrangement work, as illustrated in FIGS. 6 and 7, the lower connecting reinforcing
In this embodiment, the opposing reinforcing
Next, as illustrated in FIGS. 8 and 9, in order to ensure the integrity of the
Further, as the reinforcing reinforcing bars, the width
Next, in the upper reinforcing bar arrangement work illustrated in FIGS. 10 and 11, the upper connecting reinforcing
In this embodiment, the upper reinforcing
Next, as illustrated in FIGS. 12 and 13, the width
The lower bar arrangement work is performed prior to the upper bar arrangement work, but not only the upper bar arrangement work is started after all the lower bar arrangement work is completed, but also before all the lower bar arrangement work is completed. Part of the upper bar arrangement work may be started. For example, above the region where the lower connecting reinforcing
Next, concrete is poured into the gaps between the
By solidifying the cast-in-place
As described above, the facing
The gap between the
