Abstract
Description
図1に示すように、蓄電装置1は、収容部2と、収容部2内に収容されるセル群3,3と、エンドプレート4,4と、を有する。なお、各図中の矢印で示す方向において、X方向に沿う方向は、蓄電装置1及び収容部2の長さ方向を示す。Y方向に沿う方向は、蓄電装置1及び収容部2の幅方向を示す。Z方向に沿う方向は、蓄電装置1及び収容部2の高さ方向を示す。
図1及び図8に示すように、収容部2の内部に収容されたセル群3,3は、1つのセル群3について2本ずつの挿入部材8,8によって固定される。

Claims (8)
- 第一面にそれぞれ端子を有する複数の電池セルを積層したセル群と、
前記セル群を収容する筒状の収容部と、
前記セル群における前記電池セルの前記第一面から前記第一面に隣接する前記電池セルの側面にかけて延在し、前記セル群と共に前記収容部に収容される第1のプレート部材と、
前記第1のプレート部材における前記電池セルの前記側面に延在する部位から前記収容部の内壁面に向かって突出するセル側突出部と、
前記セル側突出部、及び前記セル側突出部よりも前記第一面側に配置される前記内壁面にそれぞれ接触して圧入され、前記セル側突出部を介して前記セル群を前記第一面が面する側と反対側に押圧する挿入部材と、を備える、蓄電装置。 - 前記セル群と前記収容部の前記内壁面との間に、前記挿入部材によって押圧される前記セル群の荷重を受ける弾性部材を有する、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記弾性部材は、前記セル群を挟んで前記挿入部材と対角位置にある角部に配置される、請求項2に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記セル群において前記第一面と反対側に配置される前記電池セルの第二面側を覆うように配置され、前記セル群と共に前記収容部に収容される第2のプレート部材を備え、
前記弾性部材は、前記第2のプレート部材に設けられる、請求項2又は3に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記第2のプレート部材は、前記セル群の下面の長さ方向に沿う両側部に延在する一対の側枠部を有し、
前記弾性部材は、前記一対の側枠部の長さ方向に沿って上下に交互に配置される上側爪部と下側爪部との間にそれぞれ挟持され、
前記上側爪部は、前記電池セルの前記側面に接触する接触部をそれぞれ備える、請求項4に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記セル側突出部は、前記第1のプレート部材における前記電池セルの両側面側にそれぞれ配置される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記セル側突出部よりも前記第一面側に配置される前記収容部の前記内壁面に、前記セル側突出部との間で前記挿入部材を挟着する内面を有する接触凹部が設けられる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記セル側突出部と対向する前記収容部の前記内壁面に、前記セル群側に向けて突出する内壁側突出部を有し、
前記内壁側突出部は、前記挿入部材を挟んで前記セル側突出部と反対側に配置されるとともに、前記第一面を臨む側から見て、前記セル側突出部に対して少なくとも一部が重なっている、請求項7に記載の蓄電装置。
