Description

The present invention relates to a pipe mounting clamp.

Single pipes (hereinafter referred to as "pipes") are used for assembly-type frames of temporary buildings such as material tents for storing building materials in advance, temporary stages installed at outdoor events, and scaffolding at construction sites. .) Is widely used. Various clamps have been proposed and commercially available as members for connecting and fixing pipes to each other (for example, Patent Documents 1 to 3).

FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing an example of a conventional clamp. The clamp CL shown in this figure connects and fixes two pipes Pa and Pb in an orthogonal state, and the two clamp portions Ca and the bottom portion of the main body of the clamp portion Cb are connected in the orthogonal direction. The two clamp portions Ca and Cb have the same structure, and are rotatably attached to one end of the clamp main body 41 having a substantially L-shaped inner peripheral surface having an arc-shaped recess 411 and the clamp main body 41. A lid body 42 having an arcuate concave portion 421 on the inner peripheral surface and a fastening bolt 43 rotatably attached to the other end of the clamp body 41 are provided, and a fastening bolt 43 is provided at the other end of the lid body 42. A nut receiving portion 422 for engaging and tightening the tip portion of the nut 44 is formed.

In the clamp CL having such a configuration, the pipes Pa and Pb are surrounded by the recess 411 of the clamp body 41 and the recess 421 of the lid 42, and the pipes Pa and Pb are orthogonal to each other by tightening the fastening bolts B and nuts N. Fix to state.

特開平08−128194号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 08-128194 特開平10−102765号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 10-102765 特開2000−266014号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2000-266014

According to the conventional clamp CL having such a configuration, the connection and fixing of the two pipes Pa and Pb can be reliably performed, but the assembly assembled by connecting and fixing the pipes Pa and Pb using the clamp CL. Then, in the connecting portion of the pipes Pa and Pb, since the clamp portions 41 and 42 project outward from the outer peripheral surface of the pipes Pa and Pb, for example, a plurality of pipes are arranged so that the outer peripheral surfaces are in contact with the same plane. When the flat plate is mounted on the plurality of pipes, a convex portion is inevitably generated at a position corresponding to the clamp portion on the surface of the flat plate. In order to avoid this, it is necessary to cut out the portion that hits the clamp so that the flat plate does not come into contact with the clamp.

In addition, since the conventional clamp has a large number of parts and is heavy, it takes a lot of labor to connect and assemble the pipe.

The present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a clamp capable of connecting and fixing two pipes in an orthogonal state without covering a part of the pipes at a connecting portion of the pipes. There is.

Another object of the present invention is to reduce the weight as compared with the conventional clamp.

The pipe clamp according to the present invention that achieves the above object is a clamp that connects and fixes two pipes in an orthogonal state, and is a pair of holding plates arranged so as to be separated from each other and the pair of holding plates. It is provided with a screw type fastening member that tightens one side portion facing each other in a direction approaching each other, and one pipe can be inserted into each of the other side portion on the opposite side to the one side portion of the pair of holding plates, and a peripheral opening is provided. The portion is shorter than the outer diameter of the one pipe, and when the one pipe is inserted, a notch portion is formed in which a part of the one pipe protrudes outward, and the notch portion and the screw type The distance between the fastening members is such that the other pipe can be inserted between the pair of holding plates and between the notch and the screw type fastening member, and the one pipe is inserted into the notch. The other pipe is inserted between the pair of holding plates and between the notch and the screw type fastening member, and the screw type fastening member is tightened to tighten the one pipe and the other pipe. It is characterized in that and is connected and fixed in an orthogonal state.

In the pipe clamp having the above configuration, it is preferable that the distance between the notch and the screw type fastening member is substantially the same as the outer diameter of the other pipe.

In the pipe clamp having the above configuration, the screw type fastening member has a fastening bolt and a nut, the pair of holding plates have through holes at opposite positions on one side, and the fastening bolt has the through holes. The pair of holding plates may be tightened in a direction approaching each other by inserting each of the above and screwing a nut into the tip of the fastening bolt.

In the pipe clamp having the above configuration, the pair of holding plates are rectangular, and a screw type fastening member is provided on one side in the longitudinal direction of the pair of holding plates, and the peripheral edge of the notch is provided on the side edge on the other side in the longitudinal direction. The configuration may be such that an opening is formed.

Here, each of the pair of holding plates may be configured to be able to be divided and combined at a portion extending from a side edge on one side in the longitudinal direction to the notch portion.

Then, the two separated pieces are united by engaging the first uneven portion formed on one divided piece of the two-divided holding plate and the second uneven portion formed on the other divided piece. However, the first concavo-convex portion and the second concavo-convex portion may be configured to be removable only from the thickness direction of the holding plate.

Further, in the pipe clamp having the above configuration, a screw type fastening member is provided on one side in a predetermined direction of the pair of holding plates, and the notch portion is provided on one side edge in a direction intersecting the predetermined direction on the other side in the predetermined direction. A peripheral opening may be formed.

Here, a screw type fastening member is provided on one side in the horizontal direction, and a peripheral opening of the notch portion is formed on the upper side edge in the vertical direction on the other side in the horizontal direction. The shaft center may be located above the shaft center of the notch portion in the vertical direction.

In the pipe clamp according to the present invention, two pipes can be connected and fixed in an orthogonal state without covering a part of the pipe at the connecting portion of the pipe. As a result, by attaching the plate-shaped body so as to come into contact with the portion of the pipe that is not covered by the clamp, the convex portion due to the clamp does not occur on the plate-shaped body, and the contact with the clamp is performed as in the conventional case. It is no longer necessary to form a notch in the plate-like body to avoid contact.

Further, the pipe clamp according to the present invention has a smaller number of parts and can be reduced in weight as compared with the conventional clamp.

Hereinafter, the pipe clamp according to the present invention (hereinafter, may be referred to as “clamp”) will be described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.

(First Embodiment)
FIG. 1 shows a front view and a right side view of the clamp C1 according to the first embodiment. The clamp C1 of FIG. 1 is composed of a pair of rectangular holding plates 1a and 1b, a bolt B connecting the holding plates 1a and 1b, and a nut N. In this embodiment, the bolt B and the nut N form a screw type fastening member.

Since the holding plates 1a and 1b have the same shape, the holding plate 1a will be described as a representative. The holding plate 1a is a rectangular plate member, and the four corners are rounded. An arcuate notch 13 is formed at the center of the upper side edge of the holding plate 1a in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) in the front-rear direction (short direction), and in the central part of the lower front-rear direction of the holding plate 1a. Is formed with a through hole 14 through which the shaft portion of the bolt B can be inserted. The radius of the notch 13 is the same as or slightly larger than the radius of the pipe P1 (shown in FIG. 2), and the width D of the peripheral opening 11 of the notch 13 is set shorter than the diameter of the pipe P1. Further, the distance L from the lower end of the notch portion 13 to the upper end of the through hole 14, that is, the upper end of the shaft portion of the bolt B is set to be the same as or slightly larger than the diameter of the pipe P2 (shown in FIG. 2).

The clamp C1 is assembled by inserting the shaft portion of the bolt B into the through holes 14 formed in the holding plates 1a and 1b facing each other and screwing the nut N to the tip of the shaft portion of the bolt B.

As shown in FIG. 2, when connecting and fixing the pipe P1 and the pipe P2 by the clamp C1 having such a configuration, first, the pipe P1 is inserted into the notch 13 of the holding plates 1a and 1b facing each other from the left and right directions. Will be done. Next, the pipe P2 is inserted between the lower end of the pipe P1 and the upper end of the shaft portion of the bolt B from the front-rear direction. In this state, the clamp C1 can move relative to the pipes P1 and P2, and is moved and installed at a predetermined fixed position of the pipes P1 and P2. Of course, the insertion order of the pipe P1 and the pipe P2 to the clamp C1 may be reversed.

Next, the nut N is tightened relative to the bolt B of the clamp C1. As a result, the distance between the head of the bolt B and the nut N is narrowed, the lower portions of the pair of holding plates 1a and 1b move in the approaching direction, and the pair of holding plates 1a and 1b are "lever principle". The pipe P1 and the pipe P2 are sandwiched and fixed by the pipe P1 and the pipe P2. That is, the contact portion between the pair of holding plates 1a and 1b and the bolt B and the nut N is the force point, the contact portion between the pair of holding plates 1a and 1b and the pipe P2 is the fulcrum, and the notch portion of the pair of holding plates 1a and 1b. The contact portion between the 13 and the pipe P1 serves as an action point, and the lower portions of the pair of holding plates 1a and 1b move in the approaching direction, so that the upper portions of the pair of holding plates 1a and 1b are separated from each other. The both ends of the peripheral edge opening 11 of the notch 13 and the inner peripheral surface of the notch 13 slide on the surface of the pipe P1 and press-contact with the surface of the pipe P1, and the pipe P1 is a pair of holding plates 1a. , 1b. At the same time, the pipe P2 is fixed by pressure welding and sandwiching by the sandwiching plates 1a and 1b. In addition, a downward force is applied to the pipe P1 by the holding plates 1a and 1b, and the pipe P2 is sandwiched and fixed between the pipe P1 and the shaft portion of the bolt B. The pipe P1 is sandwiched and fixed between the inner peripheral surface of the notch 13 of the plates 1a and 1b.

According to the connection and fixing of the pipes P1 and P2 by the clamp C1, the pipe P1 and the pipe P2 are connected and fixed orthogonally with a part of the pipe P1 protruding upward from the notch portion 13, for example. As shown in FIG. 3, when a plurality of pipes P1 are connected and fixed on a common pipe P2 with a clamp C1 so that their upper ends are located on the same plane at predetermined intervals in the front-rear direction, the cause is caused by the clamp C1. It is possible to install the flat plate PL on a plurality of pipes P1 without causing a convex portion.

(Modification example)
FIG. 4 shows a modified example of the clamp C1. The clamp C2 shown in this figure has the same basic configuration as the clamp C1 shown in FIG. 1, but each of the pair of sandwiching bodies 1c and 1d constituting the clamp C2 is separated into two split pieces 12a and 12b.・ The difference is that they can be combined. Hereinafter, the sandwiching plates 1c and 1d will be described, but the same configuration as the sandwiching bodies 1a and 1b will be omitted and only the configuration different from the sandwiching bodies 1a and 1b will be described.

The sandwiching bodies 1c and 1d constituting the clamp C2 are two dividing pieces 12a and 12b along a wave-shaped dividing line LN extending from the center of the lower edge in the front-rear direction (short direction) to the lower part of the arc-shaped notch 13. It is possible to divide and combine into. A first concavo-convex portion 15 and a second concavo-convex portion 16 are formed on the division line LN of the division piece 12a and the division piece 12b, respectively. The first concavo-convex portion 15 and the second concavo-convex portion 16 are the same, and the arc-shaped convex portion 151 and the concave portion 161 are alternately and continuously formed. As shown in the enlarged view surrounded by the ellipse of FIG. 4, the convex portion 151 has an arcuate head portion 151a and a neck portion 151b, and the diameter D1 of the head portion 151a is set longer than the minimum width D2 of the neck portion 151b. Has been done. Further, the concave portion 161 has the same shape as the convex portion 151.

The divided pieces 12a and 12b are united by engaging the convex portion 151 and the concave portion 161 of the first uneven portion 15 with the concave portion 161 and the convex portion 151 of the second uneven portion 16, respectively. The convex portion 151 and the concave portion 161 can be engaged only from the thickness direction of the sandwiching body 1c (the direction perpendicular to the paper surface in FIG. 4). In other words, the combined split pieces 12a and 12b do not separate in FIG. 4 even if an external force is applied in the direction away from each other in the front-rear direction.

According to the clamp C2 composed of the holding plates 1c and 1d which can be divided into different parts, the holding plates 1c and 1d are divided into the divided pieces 12a and 12b even when the pipe is not inserted through the notch 13 in advance. By sandwiching the pipe between the inner peripheral portions that are divided and forming the notch portion 13 and then combining the divided pieces 12a and 12b, the holding plates 1c and 1d can be attached to the desired positions of the pipe later.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, both the convex portion and the concave portion have an arc shape, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the convex portion and the concave portion have the same shape and only from the thickness direction of the holding plate. Any shape may be used as long as it can be inserted and removed.

(Second Embodiment)
FIG. 5 shows a front view and a right side view of the clamp C3 according to the second embodiment. The clamp C3 of FIG. 5 is composed of a pair of rectangular holding plates 2a and 2b, two bolts B1 and B2 connecting the holding plates 2a and 2b, and two nuts N. In this embodiment, two bolts B1 and B2 and two nuts N form a screw type fastening member.

Since the holding plates 2a and 2b have the same shape, the holding plate 2a will be described as a representative. As shown in FIG. 5B, the holding plate 2a has an upper edge 213 having a linear and substantially parallel front side edge 211 and a rear side edge 212, and a step 213a in which the front side is lower than the rear side in the middle of the front-rear direction. And a lower edge 214 having an inclined portion 214a inclined upward from the front side to the rear side in the middle portion in the front-rear direction. Two through holes 24 having a size through which the shaft portions of the bolts B1 and B2 can be inserted are formed in the rear side portion of the holding plate 2a at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction. Further, an arc-shaped notch 23 is formed in front of the step 213a of the upper edge 213. The radius of the notch 23 is the same as or slightly larger than the radius of the pipe P1, and the width D of the peripheral opening 21 of the notch 23 is set shorter than the diameter of the pipe P1. Further, the distance L from the rear end of the notch 23 to the front end of the through hole 24, that is, the front end of the shaft portion of the bolts B1 and B2 is set to be the same as or slightly larger than the diameter of the pipe P3.

The step 213a is formed on the upper end edges 213 of the holding plates 2a and 2b constituting the clamp C3 so that the shaft center O 2 of the bolt B1 is vertically above the shaft center O 1 of the notch 23. This is to ensure that it is located. As shown in FIG. 6, the shaft center O 2 of the bolt B1 is located vertically above the shaft center O 1 of the notch 23, so that the pipe P1 is horizontal to the vertically installed pipe P3 by the clamp C3. Due to the weight of the pipe P1 and the clamp C3, a counterclockwise rotational moment is generated in the clamp C3 around the contact portion between the port B1 and the pipe P3 in FIG. Since the clamp C3 is pressure-welded, the fact that the clamp C3 slides downward along the pipe P3 is suppressed by the frictional resistance between the pipe P1 and the pipe P3, and the connection and fixing work of the clamp C3 to the pipe P3 becomes easy. Of course, when such an action effect is not required, the upper end edges 213 of the holding plates 2a and 2b may be linear.

Further, the reason why the inclined portion 214a is formed on the lower end edges 214 of the holding plates 2a and 2b is that when another clamp is attached to the lower side of the clamp C3 and another pipe is connected and fixed, the clamp C3 and the other are different. This is because the clamp of the above can be installed close to the clamp, and the lower end edge 214 may be linear without providing the inclined portion 214a.

The clamp C3 is assembled by inserting the shaft portion of the bolt B into each of the through holes 24 formed in the holding plates 2a and 2b facing each other and screwing the nut N to the tip of the shaft portion of the bolt B.

As shown in FIG. 6, when connecting and fixing the pipe P1 and the pipe P3 by the clamp C3 having such a configuration, first, the pipe P1 is inserted into the notch 23 of the holding plates 2a and 2b facing each other from the left and right directions. Will be done. Next, the pipe P3 is inserted between the rear end of the pipe P1 and the front end of the shaft portion of the bolt B from the vertical direction. In this state, the clamp C3 can move relative to the pipes P1 and P3, and is moved and installed at a predetermined fixed position of the pipes P1 and P3.

Next, the nut N is tightened relative to the bolt B of the clamp C3. As a result, the distance between the head of the bolt B and the nut N is narrowed, the rear sides of the pair of holding plates 2a and 2b move in the approaching direction, and the pair of holding plates 2a and 2b are based on the "lever principle". The pipe P1 and the pipe P3 are sandwiched and fixed. That is, as shown in FIG. 7, the contact portion between the pair of holding plates 2a and 2b and the bolt B and the nut N is the force point, the contact portion between the pair of holding plates 2a and 2b and the pipe P3 is the fulcrum, and the pair of holding plates. The contact portion between the notch 23 of 2a and 2b and the pipe P1 serves as an action point, and the rear side of the pair of holding plates 2a and 2b moves in the approaching direction, whereby the front of the pair of holding plates 2a and 2b As the sides move away from each other, both ends of the peripheral edge opening 21 of the notch 23 and the inner peripheral surface of the notch 23 slide on the surface of the pipe P1 and press contact with the surface of the pipe P1, and the pipe P1 is paired. It is fixed by the holding plates 2a and 2b of. At the same time, the pipe P3 is fixed by being sandwiched by the sandwiching plates 2a and 2b. In addition, a force is applied to the pipe P1 in the rear direction by the holding plates 2a and 2b, and the pipe P3 is sandwiched and fixed between the pipe P1 and the shaft portion of the bolt B, and as a reaction, the pipe P3 is paired with the pipe P3. The pipe P1 is sandwiched and fixed with the inner peripheral surface of the notch 23 of the sandwiching plates 2a and 2b.

According to the connection and fixing of the pipes P1 and P3 by the clamp C3, the pipe P1 and the pipe P3 are connected and fixed orthogonally with a part of the pipe P1 protruding upward from the notch 23. As a result, as shown in FIG. 8, for example, the notch portions 23 are attached to face each other at predetermined height positions of the two pipes P3 erected at a predetermined distance in the left-right direction. When the two pipes P1 are connected and fixed horizontally by the clamp C3 at right angles to the pipe P3, the flat plate PL can be installed between the two pipes P1 without causing a convex portion due to the clamp C3. It will be possible.

(Other clamp examples)
9 and 10 show other examples of clamps. The clamp C4 shown in these figures is composed of a pair of rectangular holding plates 3a and 3b, two bolts B1 and B2 connecting the holding plates 3a and 3b, and two nuts N.

Since the holding plates 3a and 3b have the same shape, the holding plate 3a will be described as a representative. The holding plate 3a is a rectangular plate member, and the four corners are rounded. An arcuate notch 33 is formed at the center of the upper side edge of the holding plate 3a in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) in the front-rear direction (short direction), and both ends in the front-rear direction on the lower side of the holding plate 3a. Is formed with two through holes 34, 35 through which the shaft portion of the bolt B can be inserted. Further, two through holes 36 and 37 are formed below the notch 33 in the central portion in the front-rear direction at a predetermined distance in the vertical direction. The radius of the notch 33 is the same as or slightly larger than the radius of the pipe P1, and the width D of the peripheral opening 31 of the notch 33 is set shorter than the diameter of the pipe P1. Further, the distance between the two through holes 34 and 35 on the lower side of the holding plate 3a in the front-rear direction is set to a length through which the pipe P4 can be inserted. The through hole 37 is for enabling the clamp C4 to be used in the same usage mode as the clamp C1 of the first embodiment, and may not be provided in the present embodiment.

In the clamp C4, the shaft portions of the bolts B1 and B2 are inserted into the two through holes 34 formed in the holding plates 3a and 3b facing each other, and the nut N is screwed into the tip of the shaft portion of the bolts B1 and B2. Assembled.

As shown in FIG. 9, when connecting and fixing the pipe P1 and the pipe P4 by the clamp C4 having such a configuration, first, the pipe P1 is inserted into the notch 33 of the holding plates 3a and 3b facing each other from the left and right directions. Will be done. Next, the upper end of the pipe P4 is inserted between the holding plates 3a and 3b and between the bolts B1 and B2 from the lower side to the upper end. A through hole 91 is formed at the upper end of the pipe P4. The pipe P4 inserted between the holding plates 3a and 3b is adjusted so that the through hole 91 and the through hole 36 are positioned coaxially, and the shaft portion of the bolt (not shown) is formed in the through hole 36 and the through hole 91. It is inserted and fixed between the holding plates 3a and 3b by screwing a nut from the tip of a bolt (not shown). It is preferable that the through hole 36 and the through hole 91 are formed so that the central axes of the through hole 91 and the through hole 36 are coaxial when the upper end of the pipe P4 abuts on the lower end of the pipe P1. .. The clamp C3 to which the pipe P4 is fixed can move relative to the pipe P1 and is moved and installed at a predetermined fixed position of the pipe P1. Of course, the insertion order of the pipe P1 and the pipe P4 into the clamp C1 may be reversed.

Next, as shown in FIG. 10, the nut N is tightened relative to the bolt B1 of the clamp C4. On the other hand, the bolt B2 and the nut N remain at positions that allow the holding plates 3a and 3b to move in the direction in which they are separated from each other. When the distance between the head of the bolt B1 and the nut N becomes narrower, the front side of the lower side of the pair of holding plates 3a and 3b moves in the approaching direction, and the pair of holding plates 3a and 3b are based on the "lever principle". The pipe P1 is sandwiched and fixed. That is, the contact portion between the pair of holding plates 3a and 3b and the bolt B1 and the nut N is the force point, the contact portion between the pair of holding plates 3a and 3b and the pipe P4 is the fulcrum, and the notch portion of the pair of holding plates 3a and 3b. The contact portion between the 33 and the pipe P1 serves as an action point, and the front side of the lower portion of the pair of holding plates 3a, 3b moves in the approaching direction, so that the rear portion of the upper portion of the pair of holding plates 3a, 3b is reared. As the sides move away from each other, both ends of the peripheral opening 31 of the notch 33 and the inner peripheral surface of the notch 33 slide on the surface of the pipe P1 and press-contact with the surface of the pipe P1, and the pipe P1 is paired. It is fixed by the holding plates 3a and 3b of.

On the other hand, the pipe P4 is connected to the holding plates 3a and 3b with bolts (not shown), and is held and fixed between the holding plates 3a and 3b to some extent by tightening the bolts B1 and the nut N. By tightening, the holding and fixing between the holding plates 3a and 3b is further strengthened.

In the embodiment of FIGS. 9 and 10, the pair of holding plates 3a and 3b are tightened by the bolts B1 and B2 and the two nuts N, but the holding plates 3a and 3b are tightened by one bolt and nut. It doesn't matter.

(Other)
The material of the holding plate used in the present invention is not limited as long as the pipe can be held and fixed, but a material having high strength such as stainless steel or steel is desirable. Further, a conventionally known processing method can be used for the forming process of the holding plate, and for example, laser processing, punching processing, cutting processing and the like can be used.

Further, the clamp of the present invention can be applied to conventionally known pipes such as stainless steel pipes, iron pipes and resin pipes. Further, the clamp of the present invention can be used for connecting and fixing pipes having various outer diameters by adjusting the shape of the notch formed in the holding plate.

In the embodiment described above, the cross-sectional shape of the pipe is circular, but the present invention is not limited to this, and an ellipse or a polygon may be used. However, it is desirable that the notch formed in the holding plate has a shape that matches the cross-sectional shape of the pipe.

The clamp of the present invention can connect and fix two pipes in an orthogonal state without covering a part of the pipe at the connecting portion of the pipe, whereby it has a plate shape so as to come into contact with the portion of the pipe not covered by the clamp. By attaching the body, the convex portion due to the clamp does not occur in the plate-shaped body, and it is not necessary to form a notch in the plate-shaped body for avoiding contact with the clamp as in the conventional case. Moreover, the number of parts is smaller than that of the conventional clamp, and the weight can be reduced.
