Abstract
Description
The present application relates to a liquid treatment method, a liquid treatment device, an agglomerate generation method, and an agglomerate generation device.
In Patent Document 1, as a coolant regeneration method for separating silicon cutting chips from used coolant containing silicon cutting chips generated when cutting a silicon material, a polymer flocculant is used so that the silicon cutting chips agglomerate. A method of adding to a coolant and separating agglomerated silicon cutting chips to obtain a recycled coolant is described.
In Patent Document 2, the water to be treated in which the inorganic coagulant is injected in the coagulation mixing basin is stirred in the floc forming pond to form coarse flocs, and then separated into coagulated sediment sludge and sedimented supernatant water in the settling basin to coagulate. A method for treating clean water sludge is described in which sediment sludge is accumulated, discharged from the bottom of a sedimentation basin, and sent to a concentrating means. The concentrated sludge concentrated by the concentrating means is dehydrated by the dewatering means to remove excess water.
CNT(Carbon Nano Tube、以下、「CNT」と記す)は近年用途が急激に拡大している物質である。 CNT (Carbon Nano Tube, hereinafter referred to as "CNT") is a substance whose use has been rapidly expanding in recent years. For example, the use of CNTs is rapidly advancing in semiconductor manufacturing, electrode manufacturing for lithium ion secondary batteries, and the like. However, its structure is tubular and chemically stable, so if it is released directly into the natural environment, there is concern that it will affect the human body and ecosystem. Therefore, at present, the CNT-containing effluent is treated by an inefficient method of incinerating the entire amount.
Further, in general, it is often the case that the dispersant is mixed and the powder or granular materials are aggregated to make it difficult to form colloids or larger particles. Further, in the case of CNT, the surface thereof may be processed to improve the dispersibility. Therefore, for a liquid to be treated containing powders such as CNT, for example, even if an attempt is made to remove the powders using a filtration membrane, the CNT powders are finer than the filtration membrane, and the powders are finer. Things cannot be removed effectively.
Further, a method of decomposing the powders and granules by adding a predetermined chemical to the liquid to be treated is conceivable, but effective removal is difficult when there are many powders and granules.
An object of the present application is to enable effective removal of powders and granules from a liquid to be treated containing fine powders and particles.
In the liquid treatment method of the first aspect, the powders and granules contained in the liquid to be treated are aggregated by a flocculant to generate aggregates, and the aggregates are diffused inside the liquid to be treated. The liquid to be treated is filtered to separate the agglomerates.
In this liquid treatment method, first, the powders and granules contained in the liquid to be treated are agglomerated by a coagulant. In the liquid to be treated, agglomerates in which powders and granules are agglomerated are generated.
Next, the liquid to be treated is filtered while the agglomerates are diffused inside the liquid to be treated. Since the agglomerates are produced by agglomerating the powder or granular material, the particle size of the agglomerates is larger than the particle size of the powder or granular material. Since the agglomerates having a particle size larger than that of the powder or granular material are diffused inside the liquid to be treated, the agglomerates can be effectively removed from the liquid to be treated by using a filtration membrane having an appropriate pore size.
In the second aspect, in the first aspect, the residual powders and granules are decomposed from the filtrate from which the aggregates are separated from the liquid to be treated.
Since the residual powder and granules are decomposed for the filtered liquid having less powder and granules, the decomposition treatment of the residual powder and granules is more effective than that of the unfiltered liquid to be treated. It can be carried out.
In the third aspect, in the first or second aspect, the liquid to be treated is housed in a coagulation tank, and the liquid to be treated is agitated with the coagulant charged in the liquid to be treated.
Since the liquid to be treated is agitated with the coagulant charged in the liquid to be treated, the formation of agglomerates can be promoted. Further, in the liquid to be treated in which the agglomerates are generated by the aggregating agent, the precipitation of the agglomerates can be suppressed and the state in which the agglomerates are diffused can be maintained.
In the fourth aspect, in the third aspect, the time T1 from the time when the stirring is started to the time when the filtration is performed is 10 ≦ T1 ≦ 12 (minutes).
By setting the time T1 from the start of stirring to the time of filtration to 10 ≦ T1 (minutes), the liquid to be treated can be sufficiently stirred and variation in the size of the agglomerates produced can be suppressed. Furthermore, the residual unreacted flocculant can be suppressed. When the liquid treatment is performed by the continuous liquid flow type, the residence time in the stirring tank is T1.
Further, by setting T1 ≦ 12 (minutes) as this time T1, it is possible to prevent the agglomerates from being excessively agglomerated and settling. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent the produced aggregates from being shredded and subdivided by stirring.
In the fifth aspect, in any one of the first to fourth aspects, the jelly strength (bloom value) J of the aggregate is 1 ≦ J ≦ 400 (g).
When the jelly strength (bloom value) J of the agglomerates is 1 ≦ J (g), it is possible to suppress the agglomerates from being subdivided in the liquid to be treated.
Further, when the jelly strength (bloom value) J of the agglomerates is J ≦ 400 (g), the agglomerates have fluidity, so that the agglomerates can be separated by filtration of the liquid to be treated.
The sixth aspect includes, in any one of the first to fifth aspects, washing the filtration membrane used for filtering the liquid to be treated with a washing liquid.
Since the filtration membrane is washed with the cleaning liquid, the filtration membrane can be reused.
In the seventh aspect, in the sixth aspect, the filtration membrane from which the aggregates have been removed by the washing is reused for the filtration.
Since the filtration membrane can be used repeatedly, the liquid to be treated can be treated at a lower cost as compared with the configuration in which the filtration membrane to which the agglomerates are attached is discarded without being reused.
In the eighth aspect, in any one of the first to seventh aspects, the coagulant is a powder coagulant.
The powder flocculant is easy to handle, and the liquid to be treated can be easily treated.
In the liquid treatment apparatus of the ninth aspect, the liquid to be treated is housed, and the powders and granules contained in the liquid to be treated are aggregated by the flocculant to generate aggregates, and the aggregates are diffused inside the liquid to be treated. It has a coagulation tank to be treated and a filtration device for filtering the liquid to be treated to which the agglomerates are diffused to separate the agglomerates from the liquid to be treated.
In this liquid treatment apparatus, in the coagulation tank, the powder coagulant is charged into the contained liquid to be treated, and the powder or granular material contained in the liquid to be treated is coagulated by the powder coagulant. Aggregates in which powders and granules are aggregated are generated and diffused in the liquid to be treated.
Then, in the filtration device, the liquid to be treated in which the agglomerates are diffused is filtered. Since the particle size of the agglomerates is larger than the particle size of the powder or granular material, the agglomerates can be removed from the liquid to be treated by appropriately setting the pore size of the filtration membrane used for filtration.
In the tenth aspect, in the ninth aspect, there is a decomposition treatment apparatus for decomposing residual powders and granules from the filtrate from which the aggregates have been separated from the liquid to be treated.
Since the residual powder and granules are decomposed by the decomposition treatment device for the filtered liquid in which the residual powder and granules are reduced by filtration, the residual powder and granules are compared with the unfiltered liquid to be treated. Can be effectively decomposed.
In the eleventh aspect, in the ninth or tenth aspect, the stirring member for stirring the liquid to be treated is provided inside the coagulation tank.
Since the liquid to be treated is agitated by the agitating member, the formation of agglomerates can be promoted. Further, in the liquid to be treated in which the agglomerates are generated by the powder aggregating agent, the precipitation of the agglomerates can be suppressed and the state in which the agglomerates are diffused can be maintained.
In the tenth aspect, in any one of the ninth to eleventh aspects, the filtration device comprises a filtration membrane that does not permeate the agglomerates of the liquid to be treated but allows components other than the agglomerates to permeate. It has a removing device for removing the aggregates adhering to the filtration membrane from the filtration membrane.
The agglomerates adhere to the filtration membrane without passing through the filtration membrane of the filtration device, and components other than the agglomerates, such as water, permeate the filtration membrane. As a result, the agglomerates can be separated from the liquid to be treated.
Since the agglomerates adhering to the filtration membrane are removed by the removing device, the filtration membrane can be reused and the agglomerates can be efficiently separated from the liquid to be treated.
In the thirteenth aspect, in the tenth aspect, the removing device includes a cleaning device that removes the aggregates from the filtration membrane by cleaning the filtration membrane with a cleaning liquid.
Since the cleaning device cleans the filtration membrane with a cleaning liquid, the adhered aggregates can be removed so as not to remain on the filtration membrane.
In the fourteenth aspect, in the thirteenth aspect, the cleaning device uses the filtered liquid from which the aggregates have been separated by the filtration as the cleaning liquid.
Since the cleaning device uses a filtered liquid as the cleaning liquid, it is not necessary to prepare a new cleaning liquid. Since the filtrate is a liquid obtained by removing powders and granules from the solution to be cleaned, it is possible to prevent components other than the components contained in the solution to be treated from adhering to the filtration membrane by cleaning the filtration membrane with this filtrate.
In the fifteenth aspect, in the thirteenth or fourteenth aspect, in the filtration membrane, the portion used for the filtration and the portion to be washed are circulated by rotation.
By rotating the filtration membrane, the portion of the filtration membrane used for filtration and the portion to be washed can be circulated and replaced. As a result, the portion of the filtration membrane used for filtration can be moved and used repeatedly.
In the method for forming an agglomerate according to the sixteenth aspect, an aggregating agent is added to a liquid to be treated containing powders and granules, and the liquid to be treated is stirred to aggregate the powders and granules to form an agglomerate. Is diffused inside the liquid to be treated.
By stirring the liquid to be treated to which the coagulant is added, the coagulation action of the coagulant can be promoted to effectively coagulate, and agglomerates having a desired particle size can be produced. Since the agglomerates are diffused inside the liquid to be treated by stirring, it is possible to maintain a state in which the treatment of the liquid to be treated in the next step, for example, filtration by a filtration membrane, is easy.
In the seventeenth aspect, in the sixteenth aspect, the agglutinating agent agglutinates the agglutinating nuclei with the agglutinating nucleation component that attaches the powder and granules to generate the agglutinating nuclei of the agglutinin, and agglutinates the agglutinating nuclei. Includes organic polymer components to be produced.
The aggregating agent attaches powders and granules by the agglutinating nucleating component to form agglomerating nuclei, that is, flocs having a relatively small particle size. Then, the organic polymer component of the flocculant can aggregate the aggregated nuclei to form aggregates, that is, flocs having a relatively large particle size.
In the eighteenth aspect, in the sixteenth or seventeenth aspect, the ratio R = Q / V of the power Q acting on the stirring and the liquid amount V of the liquid to be treated is 0.25 ≦ R ≦ 0. .50 (kW / m 3 )
By setting 0.25 ≦ R (kW / m 3 ), the powders and granules can be reliably agglomerated to form an agglomerate. By setting R ≦ 0.50 (kW / m 3 ), it is possible to prevent the agglomerates from being shredded.
In the agglomerate generation device of the nineteenth aspect, a coagulation tank containing a liquid to be treated containing powders and granules, an input member for charging a coagulant into the liquid to be treated contained in the coagulation tank, and the coagulant. It has a stirring member which stirs the liquid to be treated and agitates the powders and granules to generate an agglomerate and diffuses the agglomerate into the inside of the liquid to be treated.
The coagulant is charged into the liquid to be treated contained in the coagulation tank by the charging member, and the liquid to be treated is further stirred by the stirring member to promote the coagulation action of the coagulant and agglomerate the powders and granules, which is desired. It is possible to produce agglomerates having a particle size of. Since the agglomerates are diffused inside the liquid to be treated by stirring with the stirring member, it is possible to maintain a state in which the treatment of the liquid to be treated in the next step, for example, filtration by a filtration membrane is easy.
In the twentieth aspect, in the nineteenth aspect, the stirring member has a stirring plate that is planar and moves in the normal direction inside the liquid to be treated to stir the liquid to be treated.
Since the stirring plate of the stirring member moves in the normal direction and does not stir the liquid to be treated excessively, it is possible to prevent the generated agglomerates from being divided in the liquid to be treated.
In the twenty-first aspect, in the twenty-second aspect, the stirring member has a rotating member that rotates the stirring plate inside the liquid to be treated.
By rotating the stirring plate inside the liquid to be treated by the rotating member, the liquid to be treated can be continuously stirred. By keeping the angular velocity of rotation constant, it is possible to make the diffusion state of the agglomerates uniformly close to each other.
In the twenty-second aspect, in any one of the nineteenth to twenty-one aspects, the ratio R of the output P of the stirring member to the liquid amount V of the liquid to be treated contained in the coagulation tank is R. = P / V is 0.25 ≦ R ≦ 0.50 (kW / m 3 ).
By setting 0.25 ≦ R (kW / m 3 ), the powders and granules can be reliably agglomerated to form an agglomerate. By setting R ≦ 0.50 (kW / m 3 ), it is possible to prevent the agglomerates from being shredded.
In the present application, the powders and granules can be effectively removed from the liquid to be treated containing the fine powders and particles.
Hereinafter, the

The
The coagulant is charged into the
The stirring
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the stirring
In the present embodiment, the stirring
Further, although the stirring
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The

As shown in detail in FIG. 3, the
The
The
The pore size of the
The CNT powder granule C1 has a tubular or columnar shape, and the length in the axial direction is longer than the width and depth orthogonal to the axial direction. Generally, the particle size is a representative diameter of non-spherical fine particles, and is a value between the maximum diameter and the minimum diameter, but the particle size of the CNT powder particles is also displayed in the same manner. Practically, for example, a particle size displayed by a particle size distribution measured by irradiating a laser beam like a particle counter is an example of this.
However, since CNTs have a significantly different minor axis and major axis, they cannot be treated in the same manner as other substances. For example, some of the CNTs held in the aggregated nucleus C2 may escape from the flocs because the minor axis is extremely short.
Further, the agglomerate C3 has a shape close to a sphere because a plurality of agglutinating nuclei C2 are aggregated and formed in the process of its formation. Therefore, if an arbitrary distance between two points is taken inside each aggregate C3 and the maximum value of the distance between the two points is defined as the particle size D3, the particle size D3 considers the aggregate C3 to be a sphere. It can be approximated by the diameter of the case. Then, for a plurality of aggregates C3, preferably about 10 or more aggregates C3, if the maximum value of the internal two-point distance is measured and the average value is taken, the aggregate C3 in the liquid to be treated SL1 More accurate values can be obtained for the particle size D3. The distance between two points inside the aggregate C3 can be measured, for example, by visual observation.

In the present embodiment, the
Next, the operation of the present embodiment, the liquid treatment method, and the agglomerate formation method will be described.
In the present embodiment, the coagulant is charged into the treatment liquid by the
In this way, by stirring the CNT drainage SL1 to which the coagulant is added, the coagulation action of the coagulant is promoted as compared with the case where the coagulant is not agitated, and the CNT powder or granular material C1 (see FIG. 4A) is effective. Can be aggregated into. In addition, the generated aggregate C3 (see FIG. 4C) can be suppressed from precipitating inside the CNT drainage SL1, and the state in which the aggregate C3 is dispersed can be maintained.
The flocculant used in the present embodiment contains an aggregated nucleation-forming component and an organic polymer component. As the aggregated nucleation component, a component capable of ion exchange is preferable. For example, zeolite, layered clay minerals such as bentonite and smectite, crushed ion exchange resin and the like are preferable, and zeolite is particularly preferable. As the organic polymer component, anionic, nonionic, cationic, and amphoteric ones are used. For example, polyacrylamide-based, polycarboxylic acid-based, polyacrylic acid-based, polyacrylic acid ester-based, polymethacrylic acid ester-based, polyamine-based, dicyandiamide-based, and the like can be used. For example, a molecular weight of 100,000 or more is preferably used. As the agglomerated nucleation component and the organic polymer component, the most suitable one may be selected and used according to the target powder and granules.
Inside the CNT drainage SL1, each of the plurality of CNT powder granules C1 exists without agglutination or binding with the other CNT powder granules C1. The particle size of each of the CNT powder particles C1 is smaller than the pore size of the
Since the agglutinating nucleation component of the aggregating agent has a charge on the surface in water, even a non-ionizing component such as CNT can be electrically attached, and a plurality of CNT powder granules C1 are attached, and FIG. 4B As shown in, agglutinating nuclei C2 are generated. Further, the organic polymer component of the flocculant acts as a binder, and as shown in FIG. 4C, a plurality of agglutinating nuclei C2 bind to the binder to generate agglutinating C3. The particle size D3 of the aggregate C3 is larger than the pore size of the
In FIG. 4C, a plurality of agglutinates C2 are shown in order to clarify that the agglutinin C3 is formed by the agglutination of the agglutinating nuclei C2. However, from the relative size relationship, the agglutinating nuclei are shown. C2 is so small that it cannot be seen. Therefore, in reality, the aggregated nuclei C2 are relatively smaller than the aggregates C3, as shown in FIG. 4C.
The CNT drainage SL1 is agitated by the stirring
As shown in FIG. 2, the stirring
The stirring
In the present embodiment, the CNT drainage SL1 is introduced into the
By setting the stirring time T3 to 10 ≦ T3 (minutes), the CNT drainage SL1 can be reliably stirred and the variation in the size of the generated aggregate C3 can be suppressed. Further, it is possible to prevent the unreacted flocculant from remaining inside the CNT drainage SL1.
Further, by setting the stirring time T3 to T3 ≦ 12 (minutes), it is possible to prevent the agglomerates C3 from being excessively agglomerated and settling, and to realize a state in which the agglomerates C3 are dispersed inside the CNT drainage SL1. it can. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent the produced aggregate C3 from being shredded and subdivided.
In this way, the CNT drainage SL1 is sent to the
The term "diffusion" as used herein means a state in which the sedimentation of the generated aggregate C3 is suppressed inside the liquid to be treated SL1 and most of the aggregate C3 is dispersed inside the liquid to be treated SL1. .. Specifically, for example, it means that the local variation in the turbidity of the liquid to be treated SL is suppressed within a predetermined range. For example, when the minimum value of the turbidity is 50% or more of the maximum value of the turbidity. Say something.
The particle size D1 of the CNT powder or granular material C1 is, for example, about 0.1 μm to 1 μm. On the other hand, in the structure widely used as the
On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the CNT powder granules C1 are aggregated to generate the aggregate C3, and the particle size D3 of the aggregate C3 is appropriately made larger than the pore size of the
More specifically, for example, the particle size D3 of the aggregate C3 is set to 5 ≦ D3 ≦ 20 (mm). When the particle size D3 of the aggregate C3 satisfies 5 ≦ D3 (mm), it is possible to realize a state in which the aggregate C3 is efficiently captured by the filtration membrane during filtration of the filtration target liquid SL2. Further, when the particle size D3 of the aggregate C3 satisfies D3 ≦ 20 (mm), the precipitation of the aggregate C3 inside the filtration target liquid SL2 is suppressed, and the aggregate C3 diffuses into the liquid to be treated. It becomes easier to maintain the state.
Here, regarding the
Further, as an example, it is assumed that the
In the present embodiment, the aggregating agent is such that the jelly strength (bloom value) J of the produced aggregate C3 is preferably 1 ≦ J ≦ 400 (g), more preferably 10 ≦ J ≦ 200 (g). The stirring conditions are set by the type and composition of the above, and in addition, the stirring
When the jelly strength (bloom value) J of the aggregate C3 is 1 ≦ J (g), it is possible to prevent the produced aggregate C3 from being subdivided inside the CNT drainage SL1. Further, when the jelly strength (bloom value) J of the aggregate C3 is 10 ≦ J (g), the subdivision of the aggregate C3 can be more reliably suppressed.
Further, since the jelly strength (bloom value) J of the aggregate has fluidity when J ≦ 400 (g), the liquid SL2 to be treated is filtered by the
The jelly strength can be measured by the method specified in JIS K6503, but since the size and strength of the aggregate C3 may vary, it is measured a plurality of times, preferably 10 times or more. The average value is used as the measured value.
Here, the power (energy per unit time) that acts when the stirring
FIG. 5 shows the value of the stirring ratio R (unit is kW / m 3 ) when the unit of the output P is kW and the unit of the liquid amount V is m 3, and the turbidity of the supernatant inside the
ここでは、濁度の単位として、NTU(Nephelometric Turbidity Unit)を用いている。 The turbidity is an index indicating the degree of turbidity of a liquid specified in JIS K0101, and can be measured visually by comparison with a standard liquid or can be measured with a commercially available turbidity meter, for example. Here, NTU (Nepherometric Turbidity Unit) is used as a unit of turbidity. As an index of liquid quality, in addition to turbidity, chromaticity, SS (Suspended Solids suspended solids concentration), a count value using a laser particle counter, and the like can also be used.
As can be seen from FIG. 5 and Table 1, by setting the value of the stirring ratio R to 0.25 or more and 0.50 or less, the water quality of the supernatant liquid and the water quality of the filtrate SL3 are in a preferable state, and the turbidity is adjusted. 19 NTU or less can be realized. Further, by setting the value of the stirring ratio R to 0.30 or more and 0.40 or less, the water quality of the filtrate SL3 becomes more preferable, and the turbidity can be realized to be 9 NTU or less.

In the present embodiment, the aggregate C3 having a predetermined particle size is generated in this way, and the aggregate C3 is filtered by filtering the filtration target liquid SL2 containing the aggregate C3 with the

In the filtrate SL3 in the
In the
The rotation speed of the

In the present embodiment, the
As a removing device for removing the adhering aggregate C3 from the
In the present embodiment, as the cleaning liquid for cleaning the
In the
In the present embodiment, the

In the above, as the aggregating agent, an aggregating agent containing an aggregating nucleation component and an organic polymer component has been exemplified, but a plurality of CNT powders and granules in CNT drainage are aggregated to aggregate the agglomerating nuclei shown in FIG. 4B. It may contain a component that produces C2 and aggregates a plurality of aggregated nuclei C2 to produce the aggregate C3 shown in FIG. 4C. As an example, when a powder coagulant is used, it is easy to handle and can be easily charged into the
As the flocculant, for example, general-purpose polyaluminum chloride, sulfate band, ferric chloride, or the like may be used. In such a coagulant, the powder or granules to be removed from the liquid to be treated are held in the gaps of the formed crosslinked structure. However, in this case, the CNT powder or granular material C1 to be separated from the CNT drainage SL1 has a small particle size D1, and the minor axis and the major axis of the CNT are significantly different. If the CNT powder particles are held in the form of, they will come out during the treatment process, for example, during filtration or dehydration.
On the other hand, in the zeolite-based powder flocculant used in the present embodiment, it is considered that the CNT powder or granular material C1 is strongly retained on the zeolite surface due to the surface charge of the zeolite. It is possible to greatly suppress the escape of the granular material C1.
The amount of the coagulant input may be adjusted according to the proportion of the CNT powder granules C1 contained in the CNT drainage SL1 in the previous stage of being housed in the
In the present application, the powder or granular material to be separated and removed from the liquid to be treated has a particle size smaller than the pore diameter of a general filtration membrane. That is, the powder or granular material is fine particles that are difficult to separate from the liquid to be treated even if a filtration membrane is used. Examples of the powder or granular material include, in addition to the CNT powder or granular material C1, a colloidal substance such as iron, a pigment such as a pigment, a dye, an oil content, and the like.
Then, as the aggregating agent for aggregating the powders and granules to form an agglomerate, an agent suitable for forming the agglomerates may be selected according to the type of the powders and granules.

(1) In the ozone oxidation treatment, ozone generated by a silent discharge method, an electrolysis method, an ultraviolet lamp method, or the like is diffused in the filtrate SL3 to decompose an organic substance having a large molecular weight into an organic substance having a small molecular weight.
