Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a black globe temperature estimation system, a heat index estimation system, a heat stroke risk estimation system, a wearable device, a black bulb temperature estimation method and a program.
In recent years, the number of heat strokes caused by the intense heat in summer has been increasing. Heat stroke is the rise in the core body temperature of the body due to the high temperature and high humidity of the external environment, causing various symptoms. Dry-bulb wet-bulb globe temperature (WBGT) is an index of the external environment related to heat stroke. It is known that the risk of heat stroke increases as the WBGT value increases, and in Japan, the risk is set in four stages by the country. WBGT is calculated from dry-bulb temperature (Ta), wet-bulb temperature (Tw), and black-bulb temperature (Tg). The outdoor WBGT is represented by the following equation (1).
WBGT=0.1×Ta+0.7×Tw+0.2×Tg (1) WBGT = 0.1 x Ta + 0.7 x Tw + 0.2 x Tg (1)
The black globe temperature (Tg) is observed by installing a black globe temperature sensor (thermometer) inside the black globe. A black sphere is a sphere of a thin copper plate painted black, and the inside of the black sphere is hollow. The diameter of the black sphere is about 15 cm. The surface of the black sphere is coated with a paint that hardly reflects. The black bulb temperature is the equilibrium temperature in the black globe when the black globe is exposed to direct sunlight, and has a good correlation with the sensible temperature in the sun in a weak wind.
Conventionally, a heat stroke index measurement display device used for heat stroke prevention has been known (see Patent Document 1). The heat stroke index measurement display device described in
The electronic wet-bulb globe temperature index meter specified in "Japanese Industrial Standard Electronic Wet-bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) Index Meter JIS B 7922: 2017" is also large in order to measure the black bulb temperature. It is necessary to install a black globe temperature sensor.
Therefore, at present, WBGT is measured only at representative points in various places, and it is difficult for individuals to grasp their own risk of heat stroke.
In addition, a black bulb heat stroke meter that calculates a wet-bulb globe temperature based on the air temperature measured by a temperature sensor, the relative humidity measured by a relative humidity sensor, and the black globe temperature measured by a black globe temperature sensor has been conventionally known. (See Patent Document 2). In the technique described in
Therefore, it is still difficult to apply it to wearable devices that can be worn in daily life, such as wristwatches.

In the example shown in FIG. 1, the black globe

Further, the trained model outputs the black globe temperature as the estimation result.
As described above, in the black globe
Specifically, the example shown in FIG. 2 has teacher data which is information indicating a known black globe temperature, and temperature information, humidity information, illuminance information, and skin temperature information at the time when the known black globe temperature is obtained. Machine learning of the black globe

<Second Embodiment>
Hereinafter, a second embodiment of the black globe temperature estimation system, the heat index estimation system, the heat stroke risk estimation system, the wearable device, the black bulb temperature estimation method, and the program of the present invention will be described.
The black bulb
As described above, the black bulb
Specifically, in the black globe
Therefore, in the black globe
<Third Embodiment>
Hereinafter, a third embodiment of the black globe temperature estimation system, the heat index estimation system, the heat stroke risk estimation system, the wearable device, the black bulb temperature estimation method, and the program of the present invention will be described.
The black bulb
As described above, in the black globe
The present inventors have found in diligent research that the estimation accuracy of the black globe temperature can be improved when the time-series air temperature information is used as compared with the case where the non-time-series air temperature information is used.
Therefore, in the black globe

Therefore, in the black bulb

In the example shown in FIG. 5, the heat stroke risk estimation system B includes a heat index estimation system A and a heat stroke risk estimation unit B1. The heat stroke risk estimation unit B1 is a user of the heat stroke risk estimation system B (black globe temperature estimation system 1) based on the heat index (WBGT) [° C.] estimated (calculated) by the heat index estimation system A. The risk of heat stroke is classified into 4 levels.

The heat stroke risk estimation unit B1 is used by the user of the heat stroke risk estimation system B when the heat index (WBGT) calculated by the heat index estimation system A is 28 [° C.] or more and less than 31 [° C.]. Classify the risk of heat stroke into the "high alert" stage.
The heat stroke risk estimation unit B1 allows the user of the heat stroke risk estimation system B to use the heat stroke risk estimation system B when the heat index (WBGT) calculated by the heat index estimation system A is 25 [° C.] or more and less than 28 [° C.]. Classify the risk of heat stroke into the "alert" stage.
The heat stroke risk estimation unit B1 is a risk that a user of the heat stroke risk estimation system B will develop heat stroke when the heat index (WBGT) calculated by the heat index estimation system A is less than 25 [° C.]. Is classified into the "Caution" stage.

FIG. 6 is a diagram for explaining an example of machine learning of the black globe
In the example shown in FIG. 6, a neural network is used as a machine learning method.
Specifically, in the example shown in FIG. 6, the temperature sensor data and the humidity sensor data used as the training data are measured by the temperature / humidity sensor, for example, once every 1 min. The temperature / humidity sensor is arranged around the arm of the user of the black globe
Further, the illuminance sensor data used as the learning data is measured by the illuminance sensor at the same timing as, for example, the temperature sensor data and the humidity sensor data. The illuminance sensor is arranged around the arm of the user of the black globe
Further, the skin temperature sensor data used as the learning data is measured by the skin temperature sensor at the same timing as, for example, the temperature sensor data and the humidity sensor data. The skin temperature sensor is arranged, for example, around the arm of the user of the black globe
Further, the black globe temperature sensor measures the black globe temperature as teacher data at the same timing as, for example, the temperature sensor data and the humidity sensor data. The black globe temperature sensor does not have to be arranged around the arm of the user of the black globe
In the example shown in FIG. 6, the neural network is then trained by using the training data and the teacher data (specifically, for example, 1 min of data is used). In the training of the neural network, the estimated black globe temperature is compared with the black globe temperature measured by the black globe temperature sensor.
As a result of learning the neural network, the neural network can estimate the black globe temperature.
By using the black globe temperature estimated by the neural network, the heat index (WBGT) [° C.] can be calculated by the heat index estimation system A described above.
Further, by using the heat index (WBGT) [° C.], the risk (risk degree) can be classified into four stages by the heat stroke risk estimation unit B1 described above.
FIG. 7 is a diagram showing the relationship between the measured value of the black globe temperature input to the neural network shown in FIG. 6 and the estimated value of the black globe temperature output from the neural network shown in FIG. The horizontal axis of FIG. 7 indicates the time from 10:19 to 11:16. The vertical axis of FIG. 7 shows the black globe temperature [° C.] (specifically, the measured value of the black bulb temperature and the estimated value of the black globe temperature).
FIG. 8 is a diagram comparing the actually measured value of the black bulb temperature shown in FIG. 7 with the estimated value of the black bulb temperature. The horizontal axis of FIG. 8 shows the measured value [° C.] of the black globe temperature input to the neural network shown in FIG. 6, and the vertical axis of FIG. 8 is the black globe output from the neural network shown in FIG. It shows the estimated temperature [° C].
In the studies shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the black globe temperature is estimated from the temperature sensor data, the humidity sensor data, the illuminance sensor data, and the skin temperature sensor data detected once every 1 min between 10:19 and 11:16. In the estimation of the black bulb temperature at, for example, 10:19 by the black globe
In the studies shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, as shown in FIG. 7, it was possible to obtain an estimated value of the black globe temperature which is almost the same as the measured value of the black globe temperature. That is, the neural network shown in FIG. 6 (black globe
FIG. 9 is a diagram showing the correct answer rate (classification accuracy) of the heat stroke risk estimation result by the heat stroke risk estimation system B shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 9, under the condition that the measured value of the heat index corresponds to the “caution” stage (less than 25 [° C.]) of the heat stroke risk, heat stroke by the heat stroke risk estimation system B shown in FIG. The correct answer rate of the risk estimation result became "1" (= 100%).
Under the condition that the measured value of the heat index corresponds to the "warning" stage of the heat stroke risk (25 [° C] or more and less than 28 [° C]), the heat stroke risk by the heat stroke risk estimation system B shown in FIG. The correct answer rate of the estimation result was "0.93" (= 93%).
Under the condition that the measured value of the heat index corresponds to the "strict caution" stage (28 [° C] or more and less than 31 [° C]) of the heat stroke risk, the heat stroke risk by the heat stroke risk estimation system B shown in FIG. The correct answer rate of the estimation result was "0.79" (= 79%).
Under conditions where the measured value of the heat index corresponds to the "danger" stage (31 [° C] or higher) of the heat stroke risk, the correct answer rate of the heat stroke risk estimation result by the heat stroke risk estimation system B shown in FIG. However, it became "0.95" (= 95%).
The average correct answer rate in four stages of the heat stroke risk estimation result by the heat stroke risk estimation system B shown in FIG. 5 was "0.91" (= 91%).
That is, the figure in which the classification interval (classification temperature range) of the heat index (WBGT) [° C.] is set to 3 [° C.] (25 [° C.] to 28 [° C.], 28 [° C.] to 31 [° C.]). In the study shown in 9, the risk of heat stroke could be estimated with high accuracy without using the measured value of the heat index.

The vertical axis of FIG. 10 shows the classification accuracy, and the horizontal axis of FIG. 10 shows the classification interval (classification temperature range) of the heat index (WBGT) [° C.].
In the study shown in FIG. 10, when the classification interval (classification temperature range) of the heat index (WBGT) [° C.] is other than 3 [° C.] (specifically, when the classification temperature range is 1 [° C.], classification is performed. It was confirmed that the risk of heat stroke can be estimated with high accuracy even when the temperature range is 2 [° C] and the classification temperature range is 4 [° C]).
