Claims (3)
- 流体通路に配置され、該流体通路を開閉する電磁弁と、
前記流体通路において、前記電磁弁の流入側或いは流出側に配置された負圧閉止弁と、を備え、
前記負圧閉止弁は、弁体と、弁座と、該弁体を弁座方向に付勢する付勢部材と、前記弁体に固着し、前記弁座上方部を閉塞するダイアフラムとから構成され、前記流体通路内の圧力が所定の圧力を超えて低下すると前記弁体が前記弁座に着座して前記流体通路を閉止することを特徴とする電磁弁ユニット。 - 前記電磁弁および前記負圧閉止弁の流出側には、さらに、流量センサを備え、
前記流量センサの出力信号により、前記電磁弁を開弁/閉弁制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁弁ユニット。 - 前記負圧閉止弁には、前記付勢部材による付勢力を調整して前記負圧閉止弁が閉弁する圧力を調整する圧力調整部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電磁弁ユニット。
