Description
The present invention relates to a method for cleaning an ink supply roll and a cleaning sheet used for the method. In particular, it relates to a method of cleaning an ink supply roll in a printing apparatus using a flexographic plate and a cleaning sheet used for the method.
As a method of printing on cardboard or the like, there is a printing technique using a flexographic plate (Patent Document 1). For the flexo version, set the flexo version on the roller. Ink is placed on the surface of the flexographic plate using the rotation of the rollers, and the ink is transferred to the cardboard. If you have a flexographic plate, you can easily print.
In the above device, it is necessary to clean the ink supply roller that attaches ink to the flexographic plate. It takes time to adjust the device to remove and clean the rollers.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning method for an ink supply roll that cleans the ink supply roll without disassembling, and a cleaning sheet used for the cleaning method.
In order to solve the above problems, the printing machine has a large roll, a unit for supplying patterned ink to the large roll, and a stage or roll for holding an object to which the ink is transferred. The unit has an ink tank for supplying the ink, an ink supply roller for receiving the ink from the ink tank, and a flexo plate on the surface, receives the ink from the ink supply roller, and transfers the ink to the large roll. In the printing machine, which is a roll to be used, a cleaning sheet is set on the roll, and the ink supply roll is cleaned by rotating the roll. The method for cleaning the ink supply roll is used.
Further, it is a cleaning sheet for cleaning an ink supply roller that supplies ink to a roll on which a flexographic plate is arranged, and a cleaning sheet having the same thickness as the flexographic plate is used.
With the method for cleaning the ink supply roll of the present invention and the cleaning sheet used for the method, the ink supply roll can be cleaned in a short time.
Hereinafter, the invention will be described with reference to embodiments, but the invention is not limited to the following.
(Embodiment 1)
First, the flexographic printing technology will be described.

By making it alkaline, the detergency is significantly improved. If a strong alkali is used, the solubility of the ink is improved, but there is a problem in storage because it is treated as a deleterious substance, and there is also a problem in work danger. Therefore, it is a weakly alkaline surfactant. However, it can be sufficiently cleaned by using a weak alkaline surfactant together with the

<実施例>
