Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(First Embodiment)
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an example of a lighting fixture using a light emitting unit according to a first embodiment using the light emitting module of the present invention. The

FIG. 2 is a diagram showing another example of a lighting fixture using the
Further, in each of the

In this configuration, since the heat radiating fins 22C are integrally provided on the
The

FIG. 4 shows a perspective view of the

(About the light emitting module 101)
FIG. 5 shows a side sectional view of the
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the
The
By making the surface convex, the light totally reflected by the surface of the
For example, the angle θ1 is set to a predetermined angle (for example, 100 degrees) centered on the emission light axis L1 of each light emitting

By the way, light is also emitted from the
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, a

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, the
Since the

The
As a result, when the

In the fourth step, the excess elastomer is pulled out by setting the molding die 72. In the fifth step, the elastomer is cured by heat curing using a furnace body. In the sixth step, the molding die 72 and the mounting die 71 are removed (corresponding to the mold release step). Also in this case, the
As described above, as shown in FIG. 5, the

Further, the
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the mounting
Further, since the second protruding
Further, in the method for manufacturing the
Moreover, as shown in the fourth step of FIG. 7, when the
Further, as shown in the third step of FIG. 8, the generation of bubbles can also be suppressed by performing a defoaming step of removing bubbles from the elastomer by filling the mounting surface with the elastomer and then setting the environment under reduced pressure.
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the
Further, since the
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the reflecting

FIG. 9 shows a side sectional view of the
The

The
