Abstract
Description
以下、本発明の一実施形態について、図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係るセンサ異常判定装置を含む電源システムの概略構成を示すブロック図である。図1に例示した電源システム1は、第1バッテリ10と、DCDCコンバータ20と、第2バッテリ30と、電池監視部31と、複数の車載機器40と、本実施形態のセンサ異常判定装置50と、を備えている。
図3をさらに参照して、本実施形態に係るセンサ異常判定装置50が行う制御を説明する。図3は、センサ異常判定装置50(取得部51、導出部52、及び判定部53のそれぞれ)が実行する電流センサの異常を判定する制御の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。
以上のように、本発明の一実施形態に係るセンサ異常判定装置50によれば、第2バッテリ30の入出力端子に現れる実際の閉回路電圧CCVと、充電率SOC及びSOC−OCV特性曲線から推定した開回路電圧OCVとの差分値(第1電圧差ΔV1)が、所定値(第1所定値)以上の場合、すなわち第2バッテリ30が多くの電流を流入出して充放電を行っていると推定される場合に、電流センサの異常を判定する処理を行う。

Claims (4)
- バッテリの電流を検出する電流センサの異常を判定するセンサ異常判定装置であって、
前記バッテリの閉回路電圧を取得し、かつ、前記バッテリの充電率と開回路電圧との関係を示す所定のSOC−OCV特性曲線に基づいて、前記閉回路電圧を取得したときの前記バッテリの充電率から求められる前記バッテリの開回路電圧を取得する取得部と、
前記閉回路電圧と前記開回路電圧との差分値である第1電圧差と、前記電流センサで検出された前記バッテリの電流と内部抵抗とから求められる電圧の変化量である第2電圧差とを、導出する導出部と、
前記第1電圧差が第1所定値以上であれば、前記導出部で導出された前記第1電圧差及び前記第2電圧差に基づいて、前記電流センサの異常の有無を判定する判定部と、を備える、
センサ異常判定装置。 - 前記判定部は、前記第1電圧差の絶対値が前記第1所定値以上、かつ、前記第2電圧差の絶対値が第2所定値以下である場合、又は前記第1電圧差と前記第2電圧差との差分の絶対値である第3電圧差が第3所定値以上である場合に、前記電流センサに異常が有ると判定する、
請求項1に記載のセンサ異常判定装置。 - 前記SOC−OCV特性曲線は、前記バッテリの充電率に対する開回路電圧の変化率が第4所定値以下となるフラット領域を有しており、
前記判定部は、前記取得部が前記閉回路電圧を取得したときの前記バッテリの充電率が前記フラット領域内にあれば、前記電流センサの異常の有無を判定する、
請求項1又は2に記載のセンサ異常判定装置。 - 前記導出部は、前記バッテリの温度、充電率、及び劣化度に基づいて求められる前記バッテリの内部抵抗と、前記バッテリの電流とに基づいて、前記第2電圧差を導出する、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ異常判定装置。
