前記ポール部材のそれぞれには、径方向において前記ポール部材の外周面から前記ポール部材の中空部にまで延びていて、前記グリップ部材の両端部それぞれを前記ポール部材に直交する方向から挿入可能な透孔が形成され、
前記グリップ部材の前記両端部それぞれには、前記両端部それぞれを前記ポール部材それぞれの前記透孔へ進入させると前記ポール部材の前記中空部に連通して前記グリップ部材を前記径方向において貫通する第1貫通孔が形成され、前記グリップ部材の前記両端部それぞれにおける中空部には、前記第1貫通孔を介して前記ポール部材の前記中空部に連通する第2貫通孔が形成された第1ブロック状部材が挿入されており、
