Abstract
Description
クライオジェニック条件(cryogenic condition)で液化ガス燃料を貯蔵する貯蔵タンクと;
液化ガス燃料の供給を受けるための、前記貯蔵タンクに接続される入口を有する高圧クライオポンプユニットと;
前記高圧クライオポンプユニットの出口に接続される第1供給管と;
高圧気化器と;
を備える。
前記第1供給管は、高圧液化ガス燃料流を前記高圧気化器に導いて、前記主機関のための高圧ガス燃料流に変化させるべく、前記高圧クライオポンプユニットの出口から延伸して前記高圧気化器を通る。
前記システムは更に、
前記貯蔵タンクのボイルオフガス出口をコンプレッサーユニットの入口に接続し、ボイルオフガスの流れを前記コンプレッサーユニットに導くボイルオフガス管と;
第1の熱交換器と;
を備える。
前記第1の熱交換器内で前記ボイルオフガス流の熱交換が行われるように、前記ボイルオフガス管は前記第1の熱交換器を通り、
前記コンプレッサーユニットは、前記ボイルオフガス流の圧力を高めて加圧ガス燃料流を作る。
前記システムは更に、
前記加圧ガス燃料流の第1の部分を、加圧ガス燃料を消費する1つ又は複数の機器に送達するために、前記コンプレッサーユニットの出口に接続される第2供給管と;
前記第1の熱交換器を流れるボイルオフガスとの熱交換のために、前記加圧ガス燃料流の第2の部分を前記第1の熱交換器に通し、続いて前記高圧気化器を流れる前記高圧液化燃料流又は気化したガス燃料との熱交換のために、前記加圧ガス燃料流の前記第2の部分を前記高圧気化器に通すために、前記コンプレッサーユニットの出口に接続される再液化管と;
を備える。
クライオジェニック条件で液化ガス燃料を貯蔵することと;
貯蔵されている前記液化ガス燃料から取り出した液化ガス燃料流を高圧ポンプへと送り込み、高圧液化ガス燃料流を作ることと;
前記高圧液化ガス燃料流を、ガス燃料流へと気化することと;
前記高圧ガス燃料流を前記主機関に供給することと;
貯蔵されている前記液化ガス燃料からのボイルオフガス流をコンプレッサーに導き、加圧ガス燃料流を作ることと;
前記加圧ガス燃料流の第1の部分を、前記コンプレッサーから、加圧ガス燃料を消費する装置に供給することと;
前記加圧ガス燃料流の第2の部分を、前記コンプレッサーから、再液化菅に導くことと;
前記第2の部分を前記ボイルオフガス流と熱交換することと;
続いて、前記第2の部分を前記高圧液化ガス燃料流と熱交換することと;
を含む。
1)加熱: コンプレッサーユニット48内でガスを圧縮することによって加熱する。つまり、加圧ガス燃料に外部エネルギーが追加される。これは、ハンプソン=リンデサイクルを走らせるために必要なものを与えるためである。
2)熱交換器43内において、後続の(そして最後の)ステージからの戻りガスによって冷却される。
3)冷却: 冷やされた環境にガスを晒すことによって行われる。高圧気化器38内で、熱(従ってエネルギー)の一部が失われる。
4)更なる冷却: ジュール=トムソン・オリフィスにガスを通すことによって行われる。熱が奪われるが、エネルギーは保存される。ただし、運動エネルギーではなく、ポテンシャルエネルギーになっている。
Claims (9)
- 船舶の主機関及び該船舶のガス燃料消費装置に加圧ガス燃料を供給するシステムであって、前記システムは、
クライオジェニック条件で液化ガス燃料を貯蔵する貯蔵タンク(26)と;
液化ガス燃料の供給を受けるための入口であって前記貯蔵タンク(26)に接続される入口を有する高圧クライオポンプユニット(37)と;
前記高圧クライオポンプユニットの出口に接続される第1供給管(36)と;
高圧気化器(38)と;
を備え、前記第1供給管は、高圧液化ガス燃料流を前記高圧気化器(38)に導いて、前記主機関のための高圧ガス燃料流に変化させるべく、前記高圧クライオポンプユニット(37)の出口から延伸して前記高圧気化器(38)を通り、前記システムは更に、
前記貯蔵タンク(26)のボイルオフガス出口をコンプレッサーユニット(48)の入口に接続し、ボイルオフガス流を前記コンプレッサーユニット(48)に導くボイルオフガス管(42)と;
第1の熱交換器(43)と;
を備え、
前記第1の熱交換器(43)内で前記ボイルオフガス流の熱交換が行われるように、前記ボイルオフガス管(42)は前記第1の熱交換器(43)を通り、
前記コンプレッサーユニット(48)は、前記ボイルオフガス流の圧力を高めて加圧ガス燃料流を作り、
前記システムは更に、
前記加圧ガス燃料流の第1の部分を、加圧ガス燃料を消費する1つ又は複数の装置に送達するために、前記コンプレッサーユニット(48)の出口に接続される第2供給管(41)と;
前記第1の熱交換器(43)を流れるボイルオフガスとの熱交換のために、前記加圧ガス燃料流の第2の部分を前記第1の熱交換器(43)に通し、続いて前記高圧気化器(38)を流れる前記高圧液化ガス燃料流又は気化したガス燃料流との熱交換のために、前記加圧ガス燃料流の前記第2の部分を前記高圧気化器(38)に通すように、前記コンプレッサーユニットの出口(48)に接続される再液化管(46)と、
を備える、システム。 - 前記加圧ガス燃料流の前記第2の部分にスロットル過程を適用するために、前記高圧気化器(38)の下流の前記再液化管(46)に、例えば膨張弁のようなスロットル装置(29)を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記高圧気化器(38)及び/又は前記スロットル過程の冷却効果により生成した液化ガス燃料を収集し、再液化ガス燃料から余分なガス燃料を分離するため分離容器(32)であって、前記高圧気化器(38)の下流又は前記スロットル装置(29)の下流に、前記再液化管(46)に接続される分離容器(32)を備える、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記分離容器(32)の液体排出口を前記貯蔵タンク(26)の入口に接続し、再液化されたガス燃料を前記貯蔵タンク(26)に送達する、再液化ガス管(33)と;
前記分離容器(32)のガス排出口を前記ボイルオフガス管(42)に接続するガス再循環路(34)と;
を備える、請求項3に記載のシステム。 - 前記高圧ガス燃料流を主機関に供給する前に暖めるべく、前記高圧気化器(38)の下流の前記1供給管(36)にヒーター(39)を備える、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 船舶の主機関に高圧ガス燃料を供給し、該船舶の加圧ガス消費装置に加圧ガス燃料流を供給する方法であって、
クライオジェニック条件で液化ガス燃料を貯蔵することと;
貯蔵されている前記液化ガス燃料から取り出した液化ガス燃料流を高圧ポンプ(37)へと送り込み、高圧液化ガス燃料流を作ることと;
前記高圧液化ガス燃料流を、ガス燃料流へと気化することと;
前記高圧ガス燃料流を前記主機関に供給することと;
貯蔵されている前記液化ガス燃料からボイルオフガス流をコンプレッサー(48)に導き、加圧ガス燃料流を作ることと;
前記加圧ガス燃料流の第1の部分を、前記コンプレッサー(48)から、加圧ガス燃料を消費する装置に供給することと;
前記加圧ガス燃料流の第2の部分を、前記コンプレッサー(48)から再液化菅(46)に導くことと;
前記第2の部分を前記ボイルオフガス流と熱交換すること、及びそれに続いて、前記第2の部分を前記高圧液化ガス燃料流と熱交換することと;
を含む、方法。 - 前記第2の部分の少なくとも一部を再液化し、該一部を貯蔵されている前記液化ガス燃料に加えることを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の部分の残留ガスを前記ボイルオフガス流に加えることを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の部分をスロットル装置(29)に通すことを含む、請求項6から8のいずれかに記載の方法。
