Description

The present invention relates to a protective adhesive plaster.

Conventionally, the stratum corneum formed on the heel of the heel tends to become thicker with aging, and especially when it dries in winter, the skin loses its flexibility and causes cracks and cracks. Such cracks and cracks are likely to occur in the vicinity of the heel peripheral portion, which is the boundary between the bottom surface and the side surface of the heel, which is particularly prone to keratinization. As a preventive measure or symptomatic treatment, an adhesive plaster is applied to the affected area.

However, the conventional large-sized single-wafer adhesive plaster has a problem that it does not always fit the three-dimensional shape of the heel peripheral portion, which is the affected portion, and is easily peeled off.
Further, although it is possible to cover the affected area by combining a plurality of small adhesive plasters, there is a problem that the sticking work is troublesome and the bandage is easily peeled off.

To solve this problem, Patent Document 1 is a substantially rectangular adhesive plaster, which is a large adhesive plaster with notches from the opposite side surfaces, which is attached in an L shape from the bottom surface and the back surface of the heel, and the notches are formed at the bent portion. It discloses an adhesive plaster that is applied with both sides overlapping.

Further, Patent Document 2 is a substantially elliptical adhesive plaster, which is also a large adhesive plaster with notches from the opposite side surfaces, and is affixed in an L shape from the bottom surface and the rear surface of the heel. Discloses adhesive plasters that are stuck on top of each other.

Further, Patent Document 3 discloses a bond plaster having a three-dimensional shape that fits the bottom surface, the rear surface, and both side surfaces of the heel, and each portion of the bond plaster is attached to each surface of the corresponding heel. ..

特開2000−24026号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2000-24526 登録実用新案第3145046号公報Registered Utility Model No. 314546 登録実用新案第3108859号公報Registered Utility Model No. 3108859

However, in each of the adhesive plasters of Patent Documents 1 and 2, although cracks and cracks are concentrated on the peripheral edge of the heel, which is the boundary between the bottom surface and the side surface of the heel, a wider range than the peripheral edge of the heel. There was a problem that it was stuffy even in these wide areas.
Further, since the adhesive plaster of Patent Document 3 has a three-dimensional shape, it may not fit the affected part well depending on the size of the foot.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems, to fit the three-dimensional shape of the heel peripheral portion, which is the boundary between the bottom surface and the side surface of the heel, which is easy to attach and easily cracked or cracked. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a heel protective adhesive plaster that can protect the heel peripheral area by covering only the necessary part.

The heel protective adhesive plaster of the present invention is a single-wafer type adhesive plaster containing a sheet-shaped base material, an adhesive layer applied to one surface of the base material, and a release paper attached to the adhesive layer. It is characterized in that cuts are made from one side surface in the width direction to the middle of the width direction at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the base material.

It is preferable that the release paper is composed of two or more release paper pieces, each of which is adhered to the adhesive layer.

It is preferable that two or more of the cuts are provided for each of the base materials.

The release paper has a structure in which overlapping portions are provided at the ends facing each other, and the overlapping portions are overlapped with each other. Further, the tip portion of the inner overlapping portion is used as a knob portion, and the outer overlapping portion is used as a knob portion. The tip of the mating portion may be folded back to form a knob portion.

The heel-protecting adhesive plaster of the present invention includes a tape-shaped base material, an adhesive layer applied to one surface of the base material, and a cylindrical core, and the base material is such that the adhesive layer side is on the inside. Is a wound tape type adhesive plaster wound around the core, in which cuts are made from one side surface in the width direction to substantially the center in the width direction at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the base material. You may.

In each of the adhesive plasters, a small circular hole may be provided at the end of the notch in the base material.

In each of the adhesive plasters, an uncut portion may be provided on the starting end side of the notch of the base material.

According to the present invention, at a plurality of locations in the longitudinal direction of the base material, cuts are made from one side surface in the width direction to substantially the center in the width direction, so that the half-width portion without the cut is curved in the heel. It can be attached to the side surface, and the notched portion can be attached to the bottom surface of the heel so that both sides of the notch overlap each other. As a result, it fits into the three-dimensional shape near the boundary between the bottom surface and the side surface of the heel, which is prone to cracking and cracking, and covers only this part to maintain the appropriate moisturizing property of the affected area. It also eliminates covering large areas.

Hereinafter, the adhesive plaster according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
(First Embodiment)
First, the first embodiment will be described. The first embodiment is a single-wafer type adhesive plaster, to which a release paper is attached, and the release paper is peeled off and used.
As shown in FIG. 1, the adhesive plaster 10 of the present invention comprises a sheet-shaped sheet-shaped base material 11, an adhesive layer 12 applied to one surface of the base material 11, and a release paper attached to the adhesive layer. 13 and.
The base material 11 is made of a resin sheet such as vinyl.
However, the material of the base material is not limited to this, and may be urethane non-woven fabric, vinyl chloride, elastic cotton cloth, sponge sheet, urethane film (which has both waterproofness and breathability), olefin film and the like. In addition, the urethane non-woven fabric is excellent in that it has high elasticity, fits the skin, and has breathability.

The adhesive layer 12 is applied to one surface of the base material 11 and is for attaching the base material to the affected area. In this embodiment, for example, an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive can be used. The acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive is mainly composed of an acrylic resin made from petroleum, and has excellent transparency, weather resistance, and heat resistance. It is also characterized by being hypoallergenic.
However, the pressure-sensitive adhesive is not limited to this, and a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive or a silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive may be used. In short, anything that can be applied gently to the skin will do.

As the release paper 13, for example, a base material made of a paper sheet on which a polyethylene layer as a sealing layer and a silicone resin layer as a release layer are formed is used. In the present embodiment, the release paper 13 is composed of two divided release paper pieces 13a and 13b, which makes it easy to separate the release paper pieces 13a and 13b from the divided portions. The release paper may be a resin sheet, and in short, any sheet material that can be peeled off from the adhesive layer 12 while maintaining its adhesiveness may be used.

Here, the adhesive plaster of the present embodiment is characterized in that cuts 11b are made at a plurality of locations in the longitudinal direction of the base material 11 from one side surface 11a in the width direction to the middle of the width direction, for example, substantially the center thereof. .. A small hole 11c is formed at the end of each notch 11b to prevent stress from concentrating on the end of each notch 11b and tearing the base material 11.
However, the small hole 11c is not essential, and it is effective to provide the small hole 11c when the base material 11 is a material that is easily torn, and it is possible to prevent the base material 11 from being torn beyond the notch 11b. Therefore, the small hole 11c does not necessarily have to be formed with other materials.
The interval at which the notch 11b is provided may be appropriately set to be large when the adhesive plaster 10 is for adults and small when it is for children. Further, it is preferable to set the interval between the cuts 11b to be small near the central portion of the adhesive plaster 10 and to be large near both ends of the adhesive plaster 10.

The method for producing the adhesive plaster of the present embodiment is basically the same as the method for producing the general emergency adhesive plaster, and the size is determined after the adhesive layer 12 is provided on the base material 11 and the release paper pieces 13a and 13b are attached. It is cut and shaped into a product. After that, it is preferable to wrap it and sterilize it if necessary. The notch 11b and the small hole 11c may be formed either before or after the release paper pieces 13a and 13b are attached. When the base material 11 is made of a particularly flexible material, as shown in FIG. 2, an uncut portion and an uncut portion 11g are left on the starting end side of the notch 11b of the base material 11. You may leave it. By doing so, even when the release paper pieces 13a and 13b are attached or cut and shaped after the notch 11b or the like is formed, the base material 11 can be smoothly fed. In this case, when the product is finally cut and shaped, it may be cut at one end in the width direction of the cut 11b, that is, at the line 11h shown in FIG. 2, and the uncut portion 11g may be separated. However, if the material of the base material 11 is particularly soft and can be easily cut by hand, the uncut portion 11 g may be left as it is in the product.

Next, a method of using the adhesive plaster of the first embodiment of the present invention thus formed will be described.
As shown in FIG. 3, the release paper pieces 13a and 13b are peeled off from the adhesive plaster 10 of the present embodiment, and the surface on which the adhesive layer 12 of the adhesive plaster 10 is formed is directed toward the heel peripheral portion which is the affected portion, and no notch 11b is made. One side portion 11e on the side surface 11d side is attached to the side surface of the heel peripheral portion, and the other side portion 11f on the side surface 11a side with the notch 11b is attached to the bottom surface of the heel so that both sides of the notch 11b overlap each other. As a result, it is possible to provide an adhesive plaster that is easy to apply, fits the three-dimensional shape of the affected heel, and is hard to peel off. Further, according to the adhesive plaster 10, it is possible to cover only the affected heel portion to maintain an appropriate moisturizing property of the affected portion, and it is not possible to cover an extra wide portion.

(Second Embodiment)
Next, the second embodiment will be described. As shown in FIG. 4, the second embodiment is an adhesive plaster 10 having almost the same structure as that of the first embodiment, and the details are incorporated. A notch 11b is made at a predetermined interval, for example, the width of the heel from one side surface 11a to substantially the center in the width direction at a position corresponding to the position of the heel peripheral portion slightly from the center in the longitudinal direction of the base material 11. Here, in the second embodiment, the overlapping portions 13c and 13d are provided at the end portions of the release paper pieces 13a and 13b facing each other, and the overlapping portions 13c and 13d are overlapped with each other. Moreover, the knob portion 13f is provided so that the tip portion of the inner overlapping portion 13d is folded back and pinched by hand. The outer overlapping portion 13c is used as a knob portion 13e as it is. The release paper pieces 13a and 13b can be easily peeled off from the base material 11 by pinching the knob portions 13e and 13f. Also in this embodiment, as in the case of the above-described embodiment, the uncut portion 11 g (see FIG. 2) may be provided, and the above-described embodiment is used for this.
The method of attaching the adhesive plaster 10 to the affected area is the same as the method shown in FIG. 3 after the release paper 13 is peeled off in the adhesive plaster 10 of the first embodiment.

(Third Embodiment)
Next, a third embodiment will be described. The third embodiment is a wound tape type adhesive plaster 20, which has no release paper and is of a type used by peeling off the required amount from the wound roll and cutting it out.
As shown in FIG. 5, the adhesive plaster 20 of the present embodiment includes a tape-shaped base material 21, an adhesive layer 22 applied to one surface of the base material 21, and a cylindrical core 23, and is suitable. A perforated cutting portion 24 that can be cut into lengths and used by hand is provided at a predetermined length. The length of the cut-off portion 24 may be appropriately determined depending on the size of the foot, for example, the size may be determined for children or adults.

The base material 21 is wound around the core 23 so that the adhesive layer 22 is on the inside to form a ticket circulation tape (roll), and the base material 21 is formed at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction in the width direction. A notch 21b is made from one side surface 21a to substantially the center in the width direction. A small hole 21c is formed at the end of each notch 21b to prevent stress from concentrating on the end of each notch 21b and tearing the base material 21.
However, the small hole 21c is not essential as in the first embodiment, and is formed of a material that is strong or hard to tear, such as a commercially available first-aid adhesive plaster, which is soft but hard to tear. If so, the small hole 21c does not necessarily have to be formed.

The method for producing an adhesive plaster according to the third embodiment of the present invention having such a configuration is basically the same as the method for producing a general ticket-turning tape type adhesive plaster. For example, an adhesive is applied to one surface of the original fabric of the base material 21 to form an adhesive layer 22, a notch 21b and a small hole 21c are formed therein, and the adhesive is wound again to form a roll. After that, it may be packaged and sterilized. The notch 11b and the small hole 11c may be formed before the release paper pieces 13a and 13b are attached. In this embodiment as well, as in the case of the above-described embodiment, the uncut portion 11 g (see FIG. 2) may be provided, and the above-described embodiment is used for this.

Next, a method of using the adhesive plaster of the third embodiment of the present invention thus formed will be described. Peel off the required amount from the roll (20) of the ticket loop tape and use it. When cutting, if scissors are used, it is possible to cut at a place other than the cut-off portion 24, so that the length covering the heel can be freely adjusted.
The method of attaching the adhesive plaster to the affected portion is the same as the method shown in FIG. 3 after the release paper 13 is peeled off in the adhesive plaster 10 of the first embodiment.

(Fourth Embodiment)
Next, a fourth embodiment will be described. The configuration of the fourth embodiment is basically the same as that of the adhesive plaster of the first and third embodiments, except that two notches 11b are provided.
In the adhesive plaster 10 of the present embodiment, two notches 11b are provided in parallel as shown in FIG. 6A, or two notches 11b are provided in the width of the base material 11 as shown in FIG. 6B. It is provided in a substantially C-shape when viewed in a plane so as to be separated toward one side in the direction, or as shown in FIG. 6 (c), two notches 11b are provided on one side in the width direction of the base material 11. It is designed to be provided in a substantially inverted C shape when viewed in a plane so as to approach each other. Also in this embodiment, as in the case of the above-described embodiment, the uncut portion 11 g (see FIG. 2) may be provided, and the above-described embodiment is used for this.
The distance between the notches 11b is the same as that in the first embodiment, but in the present embodiment, the distance between the notches 11b and both ends is larger than the distance between the central parts sandwiched between the two notches 11b and 11b. It is set relatively large.
According to the adhesive plaster 10 of the present embodiment, the side portions of the three other side portions 11f are appropriately overlapped with each other to enhance the airtightness in the adhesive plaster, so that the moisturizing property of the affected portion can be effectively maintained.

Although the small hole 11c is formed in the drawing in this embodiment as well, the small hole 11c is not indispensable, and it is effective to provide the small hole 11c when the base material 11 is a material that is easily torn, and the base material 11 can be torn above the notch 11b. Can be prevented. Therefore, the small holes 11c do not necessarily have to be formed with other materials.

The above-mentioned adhesive plasters 10 and 20 exemplify the adhesive plasters according to the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
For example, the adhesive plasters 10 and 20 of the first to third embodiments are configured to simply protect the affected area with the base materials 11 and 21 of the adhesive plaster, but the present invention is not limited to this, and gauze is attached to the adhesive surface of the adhesive plaster. You may cover the affected area with a bandage.

The adhesive plaster according to the present invention can be widely used in the industrial field of manufacturing sanitary products and emergency medical products.
