Abstract
Description
本実施形態のステンレスパイプ1の内面研磨装置10には以下の特徴がある。
本願発明者らは、上記内面研磨装置10によって研磨されたステンレスパイプ1の内面の算術平均粗さ(Ra)を測定し、従来のステンレスパイプの内面の算術平均粗さ(Ra)と比較した。

Claims (10)
- 被研磨材である金属パイプの内面を研磨する金属パイプの内面研磨装置であって、
軸方向に延びる回転体と、
前記回転体を前記軸回りに回転させる駆動手段と、
粒状の研磨剤と液体とが混合された研磨液を前記金属パイプの内部に供給する供給手段と、
を備え、
前記回転体が、
前記軸と直交する径方向に突出し且つ径方向外側に設けられた弾性を有するブラシと、前記ブラシより径方向内側に設けられた内側弾性体とを有し、前記軸と前記ブラシの先端との間の寸法が、前記金属パイプの内径の半分以上であり、
前記回転体が前記金属パイプの内部に設置された状態で、前記内側弾性体が前記ブラシを径方向外方に押圧し、前記ブラシの先端部が起立したまま前記金属パイプ内面に当接して内圧を負荷することで、前記供給手段から供給されて前記金属パイプの内面に付着した研磨剤が前記金属パイプの内面に押し当てられ、前記内面を研磨することを特徴とする金属パイプの内面研磨装置。 - 前記回転体が、
前記軸方向に延びる本体と、
前記軸と直交する径方向の外方に前記本体から突出し、且つ径方向に移動可能に設けられた前記ブラシと、
前記軸と前記ブラシとの間に設けられ、前記ブラシを径方向外方に向かって弾性的に押圧する前記内側弾性体と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属パイプの内面研磨装置。 - 前記ブラシと前記内側弾性体とが接触し、前記内側弾性体が前記ブラシを直接的に径方向外方に向かって押圧することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の金属パイプの内面研磨装置。
- 複数の前記ブラシが、前記本体の周方向に等間隔に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の金属パイプの内面研磨装置。
- 前記回転体が前記金属パイプの内部に設置された状態で、
前記ブラシの先端部が前記金属パイプの内面と垂直に当接することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の金属パイプの内面研磨装置。 - 前記回転体が前記金属パイプの内部に設置された状態で、
前記金属パイプの内面と前記回転体の表面との間に空間が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の金属パイプの内面研磨装置。 - 前記駆動手段は、前記軸回りに前記回転体を回転させつつ、前記軸に沿って前記回転体を移動させることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の金属パイプの内面研磨装置。
- 複数の前記回転体が、その軸方向にシャフトを介して連結されたことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の金属パイプの内面研磨装置。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載された内面研磨装置によって研磨された内面の算術平均粗さ(Ra)が0.1μm未満であることを特徴とする金属パイプ。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載された内面研磨装置によって内面が研磨され、長さが4m以上であることを特徴とする金属パイプ。
