Abstract
Description
[0070]I=I0e−αs
[0072](I1,I2,I3,...,IN)=(I01e−α 1 s,I02e−α 2 s,I03e−α 3 s,...,I0N −α N s)
[0076](D1,D2,D3,...,DN)=−(ln[I1/I01],ln[I2/I02],ln[I3/I03],...,ln[IN/I0N])
[0138]AHem=AHem・|HEM| (9)
[0139]ADAB=ADAB・|DAB| (10)
Zimmermann「Spectral Imaging and Linear Unmixing in Light Microscopy」Adv Biochem Engin/Biotechnol(2005)95:245−265」において、ならびにC.L.
[0148]S(λ)=A1・R1(λ)+A2・R2(λ)+A3・R3(λ)……Ai・Ri(λ)
図7は、減衰に対する染料濃度の効果を例証する(Peter H.およびTobias M.,「Supplementary Information to A model based survey of color deconvolution in diagnostic bright field microscopy:Error Estimation and Spectral Consideration」、Sci Rep.2015;5:12096を参照されたい)。
