Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- a)2つの対向するブレーキ表面(2a、2b)が提供されるブレーキバンド(2)を備える、ブレーキディスクを配置するステップであって、ブレーキ表面のそれぞれは、少なくとも一部にディスクの2つの主要側面の1つを画定し、ブレーキバンドは、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金で作られ、またはねずみ鋳鉄または鋼で作られる、配置するステップと、
b)HVOF(高速フレーム溶射)技術またはHVAF(高速フレーム溶射)技術またはKM(キネティックメタライゼーション)技術によって、粒子形態で、炭化クロム(Cr3C2)及びニッケルクロム(NiCr)の層をディスクに堆積し、ブレーキ表面に直接接触する、ブレーキバンドの2つのブレーキ表面の少なくとも1つを覆う基礎保護コーティング(30)を形成するステップと、
c)HVOF(高速フレーム溶射)技術またはHVAF(高速フレーム溶射)技術またはKM(キネティックメタライゼーション)技術によって、炭化タングステン(WC)、鉄(Fe)、クロム(Cr)及びアルミニウム(Al)からなる粒子形態の材料を、前記基礎保護コーティング(30)上に堆積し、炭化タングステン(WC)、鉄(Fe)、クロム(Cr)及びアルミニウム(Al)からなる、表面保護コーティング(3)を形成し、ブレーキバンドの2つのブレーキ表面の少なくとも1つを覆うステップと、を備えるブレーキディスクを作製する方法。 - 前記基礎保護コーティング(30)を作製するための堆積ステップb)で堆積される粒子形態の前記材料は、65%から95%の炭化クロム(Cr3C2)と残りニッケルクロム(NiCr)からなることが好ましい、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記表面保護コーティング(3)を作製するための堆積ステップc)で堆積される粒子形態の前記材料は、重量で75%から87%の炭化タングステン(WC)と残り鉄(Fe)、クロム(Cr)及びアルミニウム(Al)で、好ましくは、重量で10%から17%の鉄(Fe)、重量で2.5%から5.8%のクロム(Cr)、重量で0.6%から2.2%のアルミニウム(Al)と残り炭化タングステン(WC)からなる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記表面保護コーティング(3)を作製するための堆積ステップc)で堆積される粒子形態の前記材料は、重量で85%の炭化タングステン(WC)と重量で15%の鉄(Fe)、クロム(Cr)、及びアルミニウム(Al)からなる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記基礎保護コーティング(30)を作製するための堆積ステップb)で堆積される粒子形態の前記材料と、表面保護コーティング(3)を作製するための堆積ステップc)で堆積される粒子形態の前記材料の両方は、HVOF(高速フレーム溶射)技術によって堆積される、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記基礎保護コーティング(30)は、20μmから60μm、好ましくは40μmに等しい厚さを有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記表面保護コーティング(3)は、30μmから70μm、好ましくは50μmに等しい厚さを有する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記基礎保護コーティング(30)を形成するためのステップb)で堆積される粒子形態の前記材料は、5から40μmの粒子サイズを有する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記表面保護コーティング(3)を形成するためのステップc)で堆積される粒子形態の前記材料は、5から45μmの粒子サイズである、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 堆積ステップb)は、前記基礎保護コーティング(30)を形成するために同じ表面に炭化クロム(Cr3C2)とニッケルクロム(NiCr)の2以上の分離した堆積ステップを備える、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 堆積ステップb)は、前記ディスクに直接基礎保護コーティング(30)の第1の層を作り出すための粒子形態の炭化クロム(Cr3C2)とニッケルクロム(NiCr)の第1の堆積ステップと、第1の層上に第2の層を作り出すための粒子形態の炭化クロム(Cr3C2)とニッケルクロム(NiCr)の堆積のための第2のステップを備え、
前記第1の堆積ステップで堆積される炭化クロム(Cr3C2)とニッケルクロム(NiCr)は、前記第2の堆積ステップで堆積される炭化クロム(Cr3C2)とニッケルクロム(NiCr)の粒子サイズよりも大きい、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の堆積ステップで堆積される炭化クロム(Cr3C2)とニッケルクロム(NiCr)は、30から40μmの粒子サイズを有しながら、前記第2の堆積ステップで堆積される炭化クロム(Cr3C2)とニッケルクロム(NiCr)は、5から20μmの粒子サイズを有する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ブレーキバンドは、ねずみ鋳鉄で作られ、好ましくは全ディスクは、ねずみ鋳鉄で作られる、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 2つの対向するブレーキ表面(2a、2b)が提供されるブレーキバンド(2)であって、ブレーキ表面のそれぞれは、ディスク(1)の2つの主要側面の1つを少なくとも部分的に画定し、ブレーキバンド(2)は、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金であるまたはねずみ鋳鉄または鋼であるブレーキバンドを備え、
前記ディスクは、
−前記ブレーキバンドの前記2つのブレーキ表面の少なくとも1つを覆う基礎保護コーティング(30)であって、前記基礎保護コーティング(30)は、炭化クロム(Cr3C2)及びニッケルクロム(NiCr)からなり、HVOF(高速フレーム溶射)技術、またはHVAF(高速フレーム溶射)技術、またはKM(キネティックメタライゼーション)技術によって粒子形態で炭化クロム(Cr3C2)及びニッケルクロム(NiCr)をディスクに直接堆積することによって得られる、基礎保護コーティングと、
−前記ブレーキバンドの前記2つのブレーキ表面の少なくとも1つを覆う、表面保護コーティング(3)であって、前記表面保護コーティング(3)は、炭化タングステン(WC)、鉄(Fe)、クロム(Cr)及びアルミニウム(Al)からなり、HVOF技術、またはHVAF(高速フレーム溶射)技術、またはKM(キネティックメタライゼーション)技術によって、粒子形態で炭化タングステン(WC)、鉄(Fe)、クロム(Cr)及びアルミニウム(Al)を前記基礎保護コーティング(30)上に堆積することによって得られる表面保護コーティングと、
