Abstract
Description
a)200ml空気/分未満のベントセン外側表面粗さ値、ISO 9895及びISO 536に従って決定される30Nm/gより大きいMDでの比SCT、並びに相当する表面質量の液体包装用板紙の曲げ剛性より、そのいかなる印刷可能なコーティング(クレイコート)をも除いて少なくとも30%低い曲げ剛性を有する、カレンダー処理された段ボール原紙である、セルロース系バルク材料層の第1のウェブ(A)を用意する工程であって、外側とは、ラミネートされた材料から作製された包装容器の外部に向くことになる側であることを意味する、用意する工程、
b)100g/m2以下の表面質量(ISO 536)、及び装飾用印刷パターンを担持する外側印刷面を有する、セルロース系印刷用基材紙の第2のウェブ(B)を用意する工程であって、該外側印刷面が、100ml空気/分未満のベントセン表面粗さ値(ISO 8791−2)を有する、用意する工程、

Claims (15)
- 液状食品を包装するためのラミネートされた包装材料(10a;10b;10c)であって、セルロース系バルク材料層(11a;11b;11c)と、バルク材料層の外側、すなわち、ラミネートされた材料から作製された包装容器の外部を向くことになる側に配置された、熱可塑性ポリマーの透明な最外保護層(13a;13b;13c)と、熱可塑性ポリマーの透明な最外保護層の下に、すなわち内側に配置され、それを通して目に見える装飾用印刷パターンと、包装容器内の液状食品と直接接触することになるヒートシール性で液密な熱可塑性ポリマーの最内層(15a;15b;15c)とを含み、バルク材料層が段ボール原紙であり、前記段ボール原紙が、200ml空気/分未満のベントセン外側表面粗さ値にカレンダー処理されており、ISO 9895及びISO 536に従って決定される30Nm/gより大きいMDでの比SCT、並びに相当する表面質量の液体包装用板紙の曲げ剛性より、そのいかなる印刷可能なコーティング(クレイコート)をも除いて少なくとも30%低い曲げ剛性を有し、ラミネートされた包装材料が、セルロース系印刷用基材紙(12a;12b;12c)を更に含み、前記印刷用基材紙が、装飾用印刷パターンを担持する外側印刷面(12a−1;12b−1;12c−1)を有し、前記印刷用基材紙が、乾燥質量で1〜4g/m2の接着剤によってバルク材料層の外側に接着されており、100g/m2以下の表面質量(ISO 536)を有し、外側印刷面が、100ml空気/分未満のベントセン表面粗さ値(ISO 8791−2)を有する、
ラミネートされた包装材料。 - 酸素バリア層又はコーティングを含むガスバリアフィルム又は箔(14a;14b)が、バルク材料層の内側に、バルク材料層と熱可塑性ポリマーの最内層との間にラミネートされている、請求項1に記載のラミネートされた包装材料。
- バルク材料層(11a;11b;11c)が、印刷用基材紙にラミネートされる前に、150ml空気/分(ベントセン)未満の外側表面粗さにカレンダー処理されている、請求項1又は2に記載のラミネートされた包装材料。
- 外側印刷面(12a−1;12b−1;12c−1)が、80ml空気/分を下回る、例えば70ml空気/分を下回る、例えば60ml空気/分を下回る、例えば50ml空気/分を下回るベントセン表面粗さ値を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のラミネートされた包装材料。
- 印刷用基材紙(12a;12b;12c)が、80g/m2未満、例えば70g/m2未満の表面質量を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のラミネートされた包装材料。

- 印刷用基材紙(12a;12b;12c)が、MG(マシン光沢仕上げ)紙、MF(マシン仕上げ)紙、LWC(軽量コート)紙、可撓性包装紙、デジタル印刷用紙、及びインクジェット印刷用紙からなる群から選択される紙である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のラミネートされた包装材料。
- 印刷用基材紙(12a;12b;12c)の外側印刷面(12a−1;12b−1;12c−1)が、金属化されており、100ml空気/分(ベントセン)未満、例えば50ml空気/分未満の表面粗さを有する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のラミネートされた包装材料。
- 印刷用基材紙(12a;12b;12c)の外側印刷面(12a−1;12b−1;12c−1)が天然の茶色である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のラミネートされた包装材料。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のラミネートされた包装材料を含む、液状食品包装容器(30a;30b;30c;30d)。
- 液状食品を包装するための、ラミネートされた包装材料を製造するための方法であって、以下の工程:
a)200ml空気/分未満のベントセン外側表面粗さ値、ISO 9895及びISO 536に従って決定される30Nm/gより大きいMDでの比SCT、並びに相当する表面質量の液体包装用板紙の曲げ剛性より、そのいかなる印刷可能なコーティング(クレイコート)をも除いて少なくとも30%低い曲げ剛性を有する、カレンダー処理された段ボール原紙である、セルロース系バルク材料層の第1のウェブ(A)を用意する工程であって、外側とは、ラミネートされた材料から作製された包装容器の外部に向くことになる側であることを意味する、用意する工程、
b)100g/m2以下の表面質量(ISO 536)、及び装飾用印刷パターンを担持する外側印刷面を有する、セルロース系印刷用基材紙の第2のウェブ(B)を用意する工程であって、前記外側印刷面が、100ml空気/分未満のベントセン表面粗さ値(ISO 8791−2)を有する、用意する工程、
c)接着性ポリマーを乾燥含有量で1〜4g/m2の量で含む水性接着剤組成物を、第1のウェブの外側及び第2のウェブの内側の少なくとも1つの上に施す工程であって、内側とは、前記包装容器の内部を向いていることを意味する、水性接着剤組成物を施す工程(21)、
d)工程c)からの第1及び第2のウェブを、圧力ローラーニップ(22)に向けて送り出して、ニップを通過する間に、且つ水性接着剤組成物が第1及び第2のウェブ(A及びB)の少なくとも1つの表面内に部分的に吸収される間に、介在する水性接着剤組成物によって一緒に合わせてラミネートする工程、
e)装飾用印刷パターンを、印刷用基材紙の印刷面上に印刷する工程、
f)ヒートシール性熱可塑性ポリマーの最内層を、印刷用基材紙側とは反対の、バルク材料層のウェブの内側にラミネートする工程であって、最内とは、前記包装容器内の液状食品と接触することを意味する、ラミネートする工程(27)、
g)熱可塑性ポリマーの透明な最外保護層を、印刷用基材紙のウェブの外側、すなわち、バルク材料層側とは反対の外側印刷面にラミネートする工程(27’)
を任意の順序で含む方法。 - 工程e)が、工程c)及びd)の前に実施されて、印刷用基材紙が、最初に別の印刷操作でその印刷面(12a−1;12b−1;12c−1)上を装飾印刷で印刷される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 酸素バリア層又はコーティングを含むガスバリアフィルム又は箔(14a;14b)が、バルク材料層の内側に、バルク材料層と熱可塑性ポリマーの最内層との間にラミネートされている、請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
- バルク材料層(11a;11b;11c)が、工程a)の前の別の工程で、80〜120kN/mのニップ荷重及び200℃を上回る表面温度、500〜1200m/分のカレンダリング速度で、200ml空気/分(ベントセン)未満、例えば150ml空気/分(ベントセン)未満の外側表面粗さにカレンダー処理されている、請求項12から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
