Claims (14)
- 第1ガラス層(10)及び第2ガラス層(20)を有する積層ガラスペイン(1)であって、前記第1ガラス層(10)と前記第2ガラス層(20)との間に、少なくとも1つの第1導電構造体(11)及び第2導電構造体(21)が配置され、前記第1導電構造体(11)及び前記第2導電構造体(21)は互いに離れて配置され、前記第1導電構造体(11)は前記第1ガラス層(10)に対する垂直方向において少なくとも部分的に前記第2導電構造体(21)と重なり合い、前記第1導電構造体(11)は第1電気素子と関連しており、前記第1電気素子は容量センサである、積層ガラスペイン。
- 前記第2導電層(21)は、第2電気素子、特に、光電子部品、センサ、又は近距離無線通信回路、又はアンテナと関連していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層ガラスペイン。
- 前記積層ガラスペインは、第1導電構造体(11)の位置で少なくとも部分的にブラックプリント(50)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の積層ガラスペイン(1)。
- 前記積層ガラスペインは、前記第1ガラス層と前記第2ガラス層との間に少なくとも1つの結合フィルム(40;41、42)をさらに有し、前記結合フィルムは、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)及びポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、ポリフッ化ビニル(PVF)、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、エチレン酢酸ビニル(EVA)、ポリアクリレート(PA)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、ポリウレタン(PUR)、及び/又はこれらの混合物及び共重合体からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つの材料を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスペイン(1)。
- 前記積層ガラスペイン(1)は、前記第1導電層(11)及び/又は前記第2導電層(21)への電気接続を有し、前記接続は前記ガラス層(10、20)のうちの1つを通して、又は前記各ガラス層(10、20)の縁に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスペイン(1)。
- 前記第1導電構造体(11)及び前記第2導電構造体(21)は、少なくとも1つのインレット(15、25)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスペイン(1)。
- 前記第1導電構造体(11)及び前記第2導電構造体(21)は少なくとも1つのインレット(15、25)に配置され、前記少なくとも1つのインレット(15、25)はポリエチレンテレフタレートを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスペイン(1)。
- 前記第1導電構造体(11)及び前記第2導電構造体(21)は、インレット(15)に配置され、前記インレット(15)は折りたたまれたフィルムを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスペイン(1)。
- 前記第1導電構造体(11)は第1ガラス層(10)に配置され、前記第2導電構造体(21)は第2ガラス層(20)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスペイン(1)。
- 乗物、又は建造物、又は情報ディスプレイにおける、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスペイン(1)の使用。
- 以下の工程を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスペイン(1)の製造方法:
・ 第1ガラス層(10)と第2ガラス層(20)とを得ること(100)、
・ 第1導電構造体(11)を有する第1インレットフィルム(15)と、第2導電構造体(21)を有する第2インレットフィルム(25)とを得ること(200)、
・ 前記第1導電構造体(11)が前記第1ガラス層(10)に近くなるように、前記第1インレットフィルム(15)を前記第1ガラス層(10)に対して配置すること(300)、
・ 前記第2導電構造体(21)が前記第2ガラス層(20)に近くなるように、前記第2インレットフィルム(25)を前記第2ガラス層(20)に対して配置すること(400)、
・ 配置した前記各層を熱の影響下で結合させること(500)。 - 以下の工程を含む、請求項8に記載の積層ガラスペイン(1)の製造方法:
・ 第1ガラス層(10)と第2ガラス層(20)とを得ること(100)、
・ 第1導電構造体(11)と第2導電構造体(21)とを有するインレットフィルム(15)を得ること(210)、
・ 前記第1導電構造体(11)と第2導電構造体(21)が少なくとも部分的に互いに重なり合うように前記インレットフィルム(15)を折りたたむこと(310)、
・ 前記第1導電構造体(11)が前記第1ガラス層(10)に近くなるように、かつ前記第2導電構造体(21)が前記第2ガラス層(20)に近くなるように、前記インレットフィルム(15)を前記第1ガラス層(10)に対して配置すること(320)、
・ 配置した前記各層を熱の影響下で結合させること(500)。 - 以下の工程を含む、請求項9に記載の積層ガラスペイン(1)の製造方法:
・ 第1ガラス層(10)と第2ガラス層(20)とを得ること(100)、
・ 第1導電構造体(11)を前記第1ガラス層(10)に、第2導電構造体(21)を前記第2ガラス層(20)に構成すること(150)、
・ 前記第1導電構造体(11)が前記第1ガラス層(10)に近くなるように、かつ前記第2導電構造体(21)が前記第2ガラス層(20)に近くなるように、前記第1ガラス層を配置すること(350)、
・ 配置した前記各層を熱の影響下で結合させること(500)。 - 配置した前記各層を熱の影響下で結合させる(500)前に、前記第1ガラス層(10)と前記第2ガラス層(20)の間に、少なくとも1つの結合フィルム(40;41、42)を配置する工程(450)をさらに含む、請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
