Abstract
Description
光反射層と、前記光反射層上に備えられた光吸収層とを含む色発現層と、
前記色発現層の一面に備えられた電気変色素子とを含む装飾部材を提供する。
PET基材の一面上に、80nmの厚さのITO層、および250nmの厚さのWO3層が順次に積層されたフィルムを準備した。前記PET基材の反対面に光反射層(Al、厚さ100nm)および光吸収層(アルミニウム酸窒化物、厚さ40nm)を蒸着して、脱色時の基本色相が金色(Gold)となるようにした。このように製造したハーフセル(Half cell)を電解液(LiClO4(1M)+プロピレンカーボネート(PC))が含まれたバス(Bath)に入れて、ポテンショスタット(potentiostat)装置を準備し、−1Vの電圧を50秒間印加して、WO3を着色させた。

実施例1の光反射層および光吸収層を形成せず、PET基材上に、厚さ210nmのITOと厚さ250nmのWO3層を順次に積層した。この後、実施例1と同様の貼り合わせ工程により、透過型電気変色フィルム(ITO/WO3/GPE/PB/ITO)を製造した。このように製造されたフィルムを、実施例1と同様の方法で変色速度を測定した。
PET基材として、図21のように、電気変色素子に接する面の反対面にプリズムパターンが形成されたPETフィルムを用い、PETフィルムのプリズムパターンが備えられた面に光反射層および光吸収層を形成したことを除けば、実施例1と同様に実施した。追加的に、アノードとしてITO層を形成した後、PETフィルムをさらに積層した。製造された装飾部材の一面での大きさは、図18のように70mm×100mmであった。
Claims (14)
- 光反射層と、前記光反射層上に備えられた光吸収層とを含む色発現層と、
前記色発現層の一面に備えられた電気変色素子とを含む装飾部材。 - 前記色発現層は、前記光反射層の前記光吸収層に対向する面の反対面、前記光反射層と前記光吸収層との間、または前記光吸収層の前記光反射層に対向する面の反対面に備えられたカラーフィルムをさらに含むものである、請求項1に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記色発現層は、前記光反射層の前記光吸収層に対向する面の反対面、または前記光吸収層の前記光反射層に対向する面の反対面に備えられた基材をさらに含むものである、請求項1または2に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記電気変色素子は、アノード、アノード側電気変色層、電解質層、カソード側電気変色層およびカソードを含むものである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記電気変色素子は、前記アノードの前記アノード側電気変色層に接する面の反対面、または前記カソードの前記カソード側電気変色層に接する面の反対面に備えられた基材をさらに含むものである、請求項4に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記光吸収層は、厚さが異なる2以上の地点を含むものである、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記光吸収層は、上面が傾斜角度0度超過90度以下の傾斜面を有する領域を1つ以上含み、前記光吸収層は、いずれか1つの傾斜面を有する領域における厚さと異なる厚さを有する領域を1つ以上含むものである、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記光吸収層は、△E*ab>1の二色性を有するものである、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記光吸収層の上面は、コーン(cone)形態の突出部または溝部を有するパターン、最高点が線形態の突出部または最低点が線形態の溝部を有するパターン、またはコーン形態の上面が切り取られた構造の突出部または溝部を有するパターンを含むものである、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記コーン形態の突出部または溝部を有するパターンは、前記コーン形態のパターンを上面から観察した時、コーンの頂点を基準として360度回転時、同一の形態が2個以下存在するものである、請求項9に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記最高点が線形態の突出部または最低点が線形態の溝部を有するパターンは、上面から観察した時、重心点を基準として360度回転時、同一の形態が1個しか存在しないものである、請求項9に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記光吸収層は、400nmにおける屈折率が0〜8である、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記光吸収層は、400nmにおける消滅係数が0超過4以下である、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の装飾部材。
- 前記装飾部材は、デコフィルムまたはモバイル機器のケースである、請求項1〜13のうちのいずれか1項に記載の装飾部材。
