Claims (10)
- 自動車のパワートレーン用のハイブリッドモジュール(1)であって、ケーシング(2)と、遮断クラッチ(3)と、該遮断クラッチ(3)と協働する、前記ケーシング(2)に収容された液圧式の操作ユニット(4)と、電気機械(5)とを備え、該電気機械(5)のロータ(6)が、前記遮断クラッチ(3)のクラッチ構成部材(7)に回転可能に連結されているか、または連結可能であり、前記操作ユニット(4)が、前記ケーシング(2)に対して摺動可能に収容されたピストンエレメント(8)を有しており、該ピストンエレメント(8)が操作軸受(9)により前記遮断クラッチ(3)の軸方向で摺動不能に、しかし前記遮断クラッチ(3)を締結および解放するために働く押圧エレメント(10)に対して回動可能に結合されている、ハイブリッドモジュール(1)において、前記操作軸受(9)がスラストニードル軸受(9)として形成されていることを特徴とする、自動車のパワートレーン用のハイブリッドモジュール(1)。
- 前記ニードル軸受(9)が、該ニードル軸受(9)の複数のニードルボディ(11)を互いに相対的に離間させて保持する保持器(12)を有しており、該保持器(12)が、前記ピストンエレメント(8)に対してセンタリングされている、請求項1記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)。
- 前記操作ユニット(4)の、前記ピストンエレメント(8)を収容するシリンダ領域(13)が、前記ケーシング(2)によって直接に形成されている、請求項1または2記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)。
- 前記シリンダ領域(13)および前記ピストンエレメント(8)によって取り囲まれている液圧式の圧力室(14)が、前記ケーシング(2)内に加工された少なくとも1つの孔(15)によって液圧区間に接続されている、請求項3記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)。
- 前記ピストンエレメント(8)に、前記押圧エレメント(10)において支持された戻しばね(16)によって、走入位置に向かって予荷重が加えられている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)。
- 前記遮断クラッチ(3)の、前記ロータ(6)に回転可能に連結された前記クラッチ構成部材(7)が、ロータ支持体(18)を有しており、該ロータ支持体(18)が、支持軸受(19)によって前記ケーシング(2)の側で回転可能に支承されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)。
- 前記遮断クラッチ(3)の前記クラッチ構成部材(7)にねじ締結された第1のねじエレメント(20)が、前記遮断クラッチ(3)の複数の摩擦エレメント(24)のための対向保持部として働き、かつ前記支持軸受(19)の第1の軸受レース(22)を軸方向で支持しており、かつ/または、前記ケーシング(2)にねじ締結された第2のねじエレメント(21)が、前記支持軸受(19)の第2の軸受レース(23)の軸方向の位置固定のために配置されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)。
- 前記遮断クラッチ(3)の他に、2つの部分クラッチ(25a,25b)が設けられており、前記クラッチ(3,25a,25b)のそれぞれが、油冷されて構成されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)。
- 第1の部分クラッチ(25a)および/または第2の部分クラッチ(25b)が、回転フィードスルー(26)を介して操作されている、請求項8記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)。
- 請求項1から9までの少なくともいずれか1項記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)を備えた、自動車のためのパワートレーン。
