Claims (4)
- インダクションレンジ用調理容器の加熱磁性体であって、
磁性材料から作られていて、非磁性材料から作られた調理容器Aの底部に露出する底部を有するベースプレート2と、
複数の弾性支持部3であって、各弾性支持部3がベースプレート2内で互いに対向する両端を有し、各弾性支持部3の中央が上方に突出するように切り欠かれていて、両端が上方に曲げられてベースプレート2に接続され、中央から両端に向かって下向きに傾斜し湾曲している複数の弾性支持部3と、を備え、
調理容器Aが金型Bで成形される場合、ベースプレート2が載置された下金型B2に対応する上金型B1が加圧されると、弾性支持部は、上金型B1の底部に同時に接触して弾性的に支持され、調理容器Aが成形された後、上金型B1の底部の頂部に到達することを特徴とする加熱磁性体。 - 前記弾性支持部3は、中央が尖っていて、上金型B1の底部に接触する先端接触部5を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱磁性体。
- 前記弾性支持部3は、
特定の間隔「l」で特定の幅「t」を有するように形成されていて、前記ベースプレート2に両端が接続された支柱部6と、
両側の前記支柱部6の上部から中央の先端接触部5に向かって幅が徐々に狭くなるように形成されている部分幅狭部7とを備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の加熱磁性体。 - 前記弾性支持部3は、前記ベースプレート2に接続された両端から中央の先端接触部5に向かって幅が徐々に狭くなるように形成されている全幅狭部8をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の加熱磁性体。
