Abstract
Description
The present invention improves the ion balance in the air and obtains an atmosphere equivalent to the balance in the natural world to provide a comfortable living environment, and secondarily, sterilizes and deodorizes, or improves health and constitution. With respect to an ion generator, or a generator of ozone or a mixture thereof.
It is known that negative ions are generated by the Lenard effect near water fields such as mountain streams and waterfalls, and as a result, the amount of negative ions is large in forests and suburbs, and positive ions are hardly observed. On the other hand, in urban areas and offices, there are few negative ions and many positive ions.
Paradoxically, the shortage of negative ions in urban areas suggests the effect of negative ions, and it has been studied in Germany and other countries since the 1910s. In recent literature, negative ions have a positive effect on the human body, and positive ions have an adverse effect, based on reports of effects such as relief of stress and anxiety, sterilization, and reduction of mites. Against this background, various ion generators that improve the ion balance by supplying negative ions have been provided. A method that applies discharge by high voltage is simple and is widely manufactured.
Many ion generators generate ions and ozone at the same time because the discharge type ion generator generates more or less ozone due to the discharge.
Ozone has sterilization, decomposition of organic substances, deodorizing ability, etc., which is almost the same as the effect of negative ions reported in the literature. For this reason, the effect of the discharge-type generating substance is not only due to negative ions but also due to ozone. Therefore, in this paper, a generator including ozone, negative ions, and a combination of both is referred to.
In many cases, the power discharge structure of the ion or ozone generator that uses electric discharge uses a needle electrode with a sharp tip, and dust and dirt due to electrostatic force tend to accumulate around these structures. Therefore, many products take these measures.
FIG. 1 is a specific example of a conventional example “negative ions or an ozone generator that diffuses negative ions and ozone” (Patent Document 1). In this example, the cylindrical electrode and the needle electrode portion are used as a detachable cartridge to easily clean the dust adhering to the needle electrode, and the use of ion wind eliminates the need for a fan.
FIG. 2 is a specific example of the conventional example “negative ion generator” (Patent Document 2). In this example, by adopting an AC power supply, dust adhesion to the needle electrode is suppressed, and by making the counter electrode side a negative potential bias potential by the discharge current, positive ions are absorbed and positive ions are absorbed. It is characterized by reducing the density.
FIG. 3 is an image diagram of a conventional example "blower type ion generator" (Patent Document 3), and an automatic cleaning brush that rotates behind a fan is attached to automatically clean the dirt on the electrodes.
The problems related to Patent Document 1 are the phenomenon of deterioration of the discharge function due to the accumulation of stains on the discharge electrode that generates ions, and the complexity of the periodic electrode cleaning duty required for that phenomenon. In this example, the discharged part can be removed as a cartridge structure, but since a general user is required to perform complicated cleaning duties, there are some cases where the cleaning is left unattended.
In many negative ion generators on the market, including the conventional example of this example, lint, dust, dirt adhering to the electrodes, etc. between the internal electrodes are discharged time, that is, the usage time, about one month after continuous operation. The stains that accumulate in almost proportion to the above can be seen. However, as mentioned above, in reality, there are some cases where the electrodes are left uncleaned every month in ordinary households and used without cleaning, and the ion generation function is deteriorated. To.
Issues relating to
Issues relating to
However, depending on the size and structure of the automatic cleaning mechanism, the number of ion generating electrodes, that is, needle electrodes, may be limited, and increasing the amount of ion generation may be limited. As seen in
In addition, the automatic cleaning mechanism is located on the axis of the rotating structure of the fan. The structure may require disassembly work such as removal from the rotary structure mechanism for replacement or maintenance of the rotary cleaner configured on the rotary shaft. Therefore, the replacement and maintenance work of the cleaning structure portion cannot be replaced without disassembling the rotating mechanism of the cleaning element unless an additional structure such as an additional cassette type manufacturing structure is proposed.

Although it is common in FIGS. 4, 5, 6 and 7, the means for applying a high voltage to the needle electrode is not shown because it is not the purpose of the present invention. However, if it is a single rotating electrode, a sliding contact or the like is adopted, and if the rotation is partial and the rotation vibrates, a simple high voltage power cord is sufficient.
Further, in this example, the rotating electrode support is rotated by rotational power via the structure of the central shaft, but a method of rotating the circumferential side with a gear, a rotating roller, or the like may be used as long as it can be rotated. It's a good one.
The position of the rotating electrode support is, of course, always fixed, but it is fixed at a position that does not interfere with the cleaning block, but these can be done by using a position sensor, gears, encoders, etc. Any method can be used as long as it can be fixed at a position where it does not interfere.
