In the technique described in Patent Document 1, when heat curing is performed while applying tension to a continuous fibrous resin material in a curved mold material or work, the reinforcing fibers are peeled off from the mold material or work and adhesion becomes unstable. Or, if heat curing is performed without applying tension, there is a problem that the reinforcing fibers tend to meander due to the movement of the resin.
It should be noted that these phenomena can also occur in the fibrous resin material using the plastic resin when the plastic resin is melted.
An object to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method for producing a molded product and a method for producing an integrally molded product, in which the arranged fibers are less likely to float or meander at a predetermined arrangement position.

3. 3. Manufacturing Method The manufacturing method includes a step of pressing the fiber resin material against the mold material or the work in a state where the fiber resin material is deformable and tension is applied to the fibers. The pressing here is, for example, when the fiber resin material is moved to the mold material or the work side and pressed, or when the mold material or the work is moved to the fiber resin material side and pressed, the fiber resin material and the mold material or the work are close to each other. This includes the case of moving in a direction and pressing.
In the present specification, "moving A to the B side (proximity)" means, as described above, when moving A to the B side (proximity) or moving B to the A side (proximity). This includes the case where A and B are moved (close).
For pressing, for example, the fibrous resin material may be brought close to the mold material or the work, and the means for bringing the fibrous resin material close to the mold material or the work is not particularly limited.
(2) Pressing step In the pressing step, the fibrous resin material in a state in which tension is applied is pressed against the mold material or work arranged on one side in the front and back directions. The pressing can be performed by using an expanding back, a bagging film, or the like.
(2-1) Expanding back When using the expanding back, the expanding back is placed on the side opposite to the mold material or the work with respect to the fiber resin material, and the fiber resin material is pressed against the mold material or the work by expanding the expanding back. Alternatively, the expanded expand bag may be moved to the fiber resin material side to press the fiber resin material against the mold material or work, or the expand bag may be expanded and moved to move the fiber resin material to the mold material or work. You may press on.
The expanding bag may be made of an expandable material. The expanding bag has a bag shape, for example, and can be expanded by blowing a fluid (for example, air) into the bag. The support plate arranged on the side opposite to the mold material or the work with respect to the expanding bag enables expansion of the expanding bag to the mold material side or the work side and expansion of the expanding bag to the work side. The expanding bag has a strength that can withstand an internal pressure of, for example, 0.5 [MPa] or less.

(2-2) Bagging film When a bagging film is used, the bagging film is placed on the side opposite to the mold material or work with respect to the fiber resin material, and the fiber resin material is pressed against the mold material or work by sucking the bagging film. You may.
The bagging film can be sucked by reducing the pressure in the closed space while forming a closed space with the bagging film and the mold material or the work and accommodating the fiber resin material in the closed space.
(2-3) Mold material / work The mold material or work uses a metal material, a resin material, a wood material, or the like. The mold material here may be separated from the molded product after molding, or may be integrated after molding. When separated from the molded product, the surface of the mold material facing and in contact with the fibrous resin material (this surface is referred to as the surface of the mold material) has a shape obtained by reversing the surface shape of the molded product.
The interval between the expanding back, the fibrous resin material and the mold material or the work is a distance at which the fibrous resin material can be pressed against the mold material or the work by 0.05 [MPa] or more by the expanding back.
The interval between the bagging film, the fiber resin material and the mold material or the work is a distance at which the fiber resin material can apply a pressure of 0.05 [MPa] or more to the mold material or the work by the bagging film.
One end of the fibrous resin material is fixed, and the other end is free with tension acting on the fibrous resin material. As a result, the fibrous resin material can be pressed against the mold material or the work in a state where tension is applied to the material.
(3) Curing / solidifying step In the curing / solidifying step, the fibrous resin material is cured in the case of a curable resin, and the fibrous resin material is solidified in the case of a plastic resin. In order to cure or soften, thermal energy is given in the case of a thermosetting resin and a thermoplastic resin, and photoenergy is given in the case of a photocurable resin and a thermoplastic resin.
The curing timing may be before the expanding bag is expanded or the bagging film is sucked (the resin starts to cure after the expansion or suction), during expansion or suction, and after expansion or suction. That is, the resin may be expanded or sucked before the viscosity of the resin becomes high and curing is started. Preferably, it is when and before and after the viscosity of the resin becomes the minimum in the curing step. In the case of a fast-curing resin, it is preferable that the fiber resin material is pressed against the mold material or the work.
The solidification timing is preferably before expansion of the expanding bag or before suction of the bagging film and during expansion or suction. That is, the expanding back may be expanded or the bagging film may be sucked so that the viscosity of the resin becomes low and the fibrous resin material can be deformed along the surface of the mold material or the work.
<First Embodiment>
In the first embodiment, a manufacturing method for manufacturing the dome-shaped molded
A reinforcing fiber is used as the fiber, a photocurable resin is used as the resin, and a light-transmitting translucent material (for example, nylon film or Teflon (registered trademark) film) is used as the expand back.
(1) Supply / Fixation of Fiber Resin Material Although not shown, the fiber resin material is composed of reinforcing fibers supplied from the creel passing through a resin bath for storing the resin.

(2) Installation of Expanding Bag and Mold Material As shown in (b) of FIG. 1, the expanding bag 4 is arranged on the upper side (one side in the front and back directions) of the fiber resin material 1 and the lower side of the fiber resin material 1 (one side in the front and back directions). The
(3) Expansion and movement of the expanding bag As shown in (b) of FIG. 1, the expanding bag 4 is moved downward while sending compressed air into the expanding bag 4 (arrow A). As a result, as shown in FIG. 1C, the fibrous resin material 1 is pressed against the

<Second Embodiment>
In the second embodiment, a manufacturing method for manufacturing the integrally molded
Reinforcing fibers are used as the fibers, and thermosetting resin is used as the resin.

<変形例>
<Modification example>
Although the first and second embodiments have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and for example, the following modifications may be used. Further, the embodiment, the modified example, and the modified example may be combined.
Further, even if there is an example not described in the embodiment or the modified example, or a design change within a range not deviating from the gist, it is included in the present invention.
1. 1. Expanding bag The expanding bag 4 of the first embodiment uses one bag, but for example, a plurality of expanding bags 24 may be used.
The outline will be described below with reference to FIG.
Here, as shown in FIG. 3A, the expanding bag 24 is composed of a plurality of expanding
The molding surface of the
When the arrangement of the
Next, the expanding
In the same way, the expanding bag 24C next to the expanding
Then, the expanding
In this way, in the case of a molded surface having irregularities, by adjusting the expansion order of the expanding back, the fibrous resin material can be arranged along the molded surface, and tension is applied to the fibrous resin material even during molding. As a result, a molded product without meandering of fibers can be obtained.
Here, a plurality of
