Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a windshield and a vehicle.
As a windshield used for vehicles such as motorcycles, golf carts and forklifts, and as a windshield (visor) used for head-mounted objects such as helmets and goggles, its lightness, transparency, workability, and cracking Various plastic materials are used from the viewpoint of ruggedness and safety in case of cracking.
In particular, in recent years, in order to improve the transparency and scratch resistance while maintaining the thermoformability of the windshield for vehicles using a plastic material, it has been proposed that the surface of the windshield is coated. ing.
For example, Patent Document 1 discloses an ultraviolet curable resin composition used by coating the surface of a windshield such as a helmet visor or goggles.
Further,
Further, Patent Document 3 discloses a windshield for vehicles provided with a coat layer composed of a cured product of a resin composition containing a silicon-modified (meth) acrylic resin and urethane (meth) acrylate.
Examples of the method for manufacturing the windshield as described above include a method in which a coat layer is formed on a flat base material and then formed into the shape of the windshield on which this is to be formed.
However, when considering the production of the windshield by the above-mentioned manufacturing method, the coat layer exhibits sufficient moldability, that is, flexibility when molded into the shape of the windshield, and the windshield is formed. At the time of use, it is required to show excellent scratch resistance against impacts such as sand dust and stepping stones, but it is required to develop a windshield plate that achieves both flexibility and scratch resistance. The reality is that.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a windshield plate having excellent moldability and scratch resistance, and a highly reliable vehicle provided with such a windshield plate.

(I)−(II)−(III)―(IV)−(I)で囲まれた領域(A)で表わすことができる。
The amount of plastic deformation work is determined after the load is pushed from 0 mN to 5 mN (position (II)) starting from the time when the load is 0 mN (position (I)) when the load is pushed from 0 mN to 5 mN in the load displacement curve. ), Hold the load at 5 mN for 30 seconds (position (III)), push the load from 5 mN to 0 mN, return the head (reduce the load), and when it reaches 0 mN (position (IV)), the
Further, the elastic deformation work amount starts from the time when the load is pushed from 5 mN to 0 mN and the head is returned (the load is reduced) from the load of 5 mN (position (III)) in the load displacement curve, and is 0 mN. (Position (IV)) is the end point, and the vertical line drawn from this start point (position (III)) toward the axis of displacement in the thickness direction of the
In the load displacement curve as described above, the plastic deformation work amount of the
Further, the elastic deformation work amount in the load displacement curve is preferably 80 pJ or more and 100 pJ or less, and more preferably 85 pJ or more and 100 pJ or less. By setting the elastic deformation work amount within the above range, the above effect can be exhibited more remarkably.

Hereinafter, each step will be described.
(Coating layer forming process)
First, the base material 1 and the resin composition are prepared in advance, and then the resin composition is applied to the upper surface of the base material 1 to form a coating layer.
The method for applying the resin composition is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include known methods such as a roll coating method, a flow coating method, a spray coating method, a curtain coating method, a dip coating method, a die coating method, and a bar coating method. The resin composition can be applied to the upper surface of the base material 1 by using these alone or in combination. Further, by using these coating methods, the resin composition is applied to the base material 1 arranged in the direction orthogonal to the vertical direction, so that the coating layer to be formed, and by extension, in the next step, The film thickness of the
Prior to supplying the resin composition to the base material 1, the base material 1 may be subjected to the above-mentioned surface treatment, if necessary.
(Plate forming process)
Then, the
For example, when the resin composition contains a solvent (diluting solvent), the temperature of the base material 1 and the atmosphere is raised and heated to sufficiently dry the solvent to form a dry coating film, thereby forming a coat layer. 2 is obtained.
The method of heating the coating layer is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a method of heating using an oven or the like.
Further, when the resin composition contains a flexible resin having a photopolymerizable substituent, it is preferable to irradiate an electron beam such as ultraviolet rays after forming the dry coating film. As a result, a crosslinked structure (network structure) is constructed by forming a chemical bond between the polysiloxane resin and the flexible resin having a photopolymerizable substituent, whereby the dry coating film is lightened. The
Examples of the method of irradiating ultraviolet rays include a method of using a general electrodeed type or electrodeless type high-pressure mercury lamp, a metal halide lamp, or the like. Further, a low voltage electron beam irradiation device of about 100 KeV can also be used. When cured by an electron beam, it is not necessary to add the above-mentioned photopolymerization initiator to the resin composition.
Further, if necessary, the dry coating film that has been irradiated with the electron beam may be further heated. As a result, the heat curing of the

The method for heating the resin is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include known methods such as an infrared drying furnace, a gas type hot air drying furnace, and a hot air circulation type drying furnace. Further, as a method of thermoforming, for example, a method such as vacuum forming, compressed air forming, press molding, free blow molding and the like can be mentioned.
The curved surface shape is a shape having a curved surface, and includes, for example, a shape in which the cross-sectional shape of the molded product is arcuate.

The coating layer was photocured by irradiating with ultraviolet rays under the conditions of / cm 2 and the integrated light amount of 700 mJ / cm 2 . After this irradiation, the coating layer was thermoset by further heating in a hot air oven at 60 ° C. for 48 hours.

As shown in Table 1, the windshield plate in each example has the load displacement curve by having a coat layer formed by using a resin composition containing a polysiloxane resin having a photopolymerizable substituent. The amount of plastic deformation work in the above is 28.0 pJ or more and 55.0 pJ or less, and the displacement amount of the indenter when a load of 5 mN is held for 30 seconds is 100 nm or more and 450 nm or less. As a result, the windshield plate in each example showed excellent moldability and scratch resistance as compared with the windshield plate in each comparative example which did not satisfy both of them.
